Chapter 18 Breaking the mental block

Once Belamis realized that she had a mental block to prevent her transformation, she was worried.

Medora was at her bedside taking care of her, changing her bandages on her body and her eyes.

Medora had a romantic feeling towards Belamis, and looked upon Belamis as a man.

Belamis eyes were still recovering, she could not stand the bright lights yet. Dr. Kitty examined her eyes.

"You need to keep those bandages on for at least another week. The corrosion of the monster's saliva was not serious, but your eyes needed rest."

Belamis nodded, as Dr. Kitty placed two pads over her eyes.

When the bandage was done, Belamis placed her hand on Medora's shoulder, and said, "Take me out for a walk...."

Dr. Kitty nodded, and Belamis went out with Medora.

Medora could not speak, so she just hold Belamis hand. Medora could feel her way in total blindness around the facilities and she took Belamis out.

Belamis and Medora sat beside the beach.

Medora leaned upon Belamis, and felt heavenly.....it was like a date. Belamis gently stroke Medora's hair.

"Medora...." Belamis said..... "Do you know.... why I transformed ?"

Medora could not speak, so she held Belamis hand and replied in telepathy, "I only know you are different... like I am different...". In her heart she thought..."you are also special to me..."

Belamis paused... and said, "I am different... and would have been an outcast.. if not for my adopted parents..." She told Medora about her past, and Medora placed her hands beside Belamis' head, and said in telepathy, "..can I look ?" Belamis nodded.

Medora used her telepathy powers to look at Belamis' past, and shed tears as she found out more, how Belamis lost her home planet, how she witnessed her mother's and friend's death, how she found out about her identity as Gariusu giant, and finally the death of the old Queen.

Medora spoke to Belamis in her telepathy, "Belamis.... I am also an outcast...... I could read people's mind and talk to them in telepathy...they are scared of me... I have no friends in schools... only mother knew my powers... and accepted me.."

Belamis hugged Medora with her arms, and said, "I will be your friend ... forever...". Medora fell into Belamis' arms and cried.

Belamis had to stay in the research facilities for most of her time, and Medora stayed with her.

Then suddenly the alarms sounded.

"What is that ?" Belamis asked. Medora opened her mouth, only a weak sound of gasping came out, and she hold Belamis hand.

"I ... I have to fight..." Belamis said, as she got up, and then suited herself up.

Medora pushed Belamis chest, and in her telepathy, said, "No.... your eyes are still wounded..."

Belamis said, "... the monster will be too powerful for this research facilities and even the defense forces of Earth... I have to go.."

Belamis struggled and walked out, then suddenly Medora said to her in telepathy, "Belamis ... kneel down..."

Belamis knelt down, and Medora then placed her hands over Belamis eyes. Belamis felt a surge of energy on her eyes, and then she pulled off the bandages, she could see.

"Medora... what have you done ?" Belamis exclaimed, as she saw Medora face was pale and she obviously was very weak.

"Belamis..... go..." Medora said to her in telepathy.
Immediately Belamis realized what happened, Medora used her Galaxy energy to heal her eyes.

Belamis eyes filled with tears, and she said to Medora, ".... you.... you don't have to..."

"Belamis, I love you.." Medora said to her in telepathy.

Belamis picked Medora up with her arms and gently placed her onto the bed, and said, "Wait here for me... and don't go anywhere..."

It was the second time Medora was in Belamis arms. She clearly felt Belamis' strong arms and body, and she blushed. Belamis did not noticed she was blushing.

Belamis replied gently, "Stay with the others... I will protect here, you and Dr. Kitty!" She stormed out and leaped to her jet.

"Blue Star! Launch!" Belamis exclaimed. She started her jet and flew to fight the monster.

The monster was like a gigantic ape, throwing it arms around, and shooting out beams from its eyes.

Belamis yelled, "Attack!" Power lasers shot out from her jet, and she also started shooting bullets.

The monster was only slightly deterred, it still headed to the research facilities. Belamis drew her sword, and leaped out of her jet, and rode her space bike and charged the monster.

"Electro-bolt!" Belamis shot out the energy from her sword hitting the monster. Belamis then leaped up and sent EM-thunder to the monster. The monster roared as it was hit, suddenly it drew a large stick with spikes on it, then hurling it to Belamis. Belamis steered her space bike away and turned, shooting out EM-bullets at the monster.

Suddenly the monster opened its mouth and spilled out red hot flames, hitting Belamis. Belamis fell to the ground, but she jumped up and yelled, "EM-thunder!" The monster turned to Belamis and shot a strong energy beam from its large club, hitting Belamis.

"Arh..." Belamis was injured, and fell to the ground.

Medora did not stay in bed, because in her telepathy she "saw" Belamis was in pain. She got out of the bed and felt her way out.

The monster proceeded to the research facilities.

Dr. Kitty commanded, "Turn on the energy shield!" The energy shield surrounded the facilities, the monster hit it with its club, and then shooting it with its flames.

"The shield could only hold for a few minutes..." Dr. Kitty said.
Medora was afraid and shaking as she heard the loud bang sound as the monster was attacking. She knew where the scepter was, as Dr. Kitty once showed her where it was placed, but she was hesitating.

Medora remembered what Belamis said about not to use the scepter on her.

Belamis struggled to get up, and she shot a blast of Electro-bolt to the monster, the monster turned, then suddenly grabbed hold of Belamis and squeezed.

Belamis felt the crushing force, and her bones felt like they would be crushed, and she yelled in pain.

"Belamis!!" Dr. Kitty yelled.

Belamis tried to resist with all her might, but the monster was much too strong, even with Belamis' strength. The monster threw Belamis onto the ground, and proceeded to attack the facilities, hitting the energy shield.

"No... the energy shield is not going to hold..." Assistant Professor Dodge yelled.

In a loud bang, the energy shield broke, and the research facilities had no protection.

"Dr. Kitty.. Medora...." Belamis looked and struggled up..... "... I... I cannot transform.." Belamis was shocked and full of frustration...

Belamis used her high speed movement, and stood before the monster, and looked fearlessly.

"Even if I die..." Belamis hold up her sword, and yelled, "EM-thunder!" She shot out a strong blast of EM-thunder to the monster. The monster roared and kicked Belamis, sending her crashing to a tree. Belamis could not stand up.

Medora knew the energy field was gone, and she felt her way out, and got to the exit of the facilities, and walked out in the open. Using her hearing and touch, she knew the position of Belamis and she ran.

The Medora was tripped by a twig and fell to the ground, but she got out and continued.

"Medora, where are you going ?" Dr. Kitty exclaimed.

Medora ran all the way towards Belamis.

Belamis saw Medora coming, and yelled, "Go away! Don't!"

The monster spitted out flames and nearly hit her.

Belamis saw Medora and said, "No... run away....". Medora shook her head and said in telepathy..."No... you are my friend..."

The monster raised the spiked club and was about to hit at Belamis.

The old memories of her friend Medona flashed back to her.... and the scene of Medona died in her arms resurfaced...the two ran alone in the wild, running away from the monster attacking them, and then the energy blasts nearly hit Medona... Belamis and Medona ran and ran...

Belamis saw Medora ran towards her, and the monster's blasts would hit them... "....Medora!! No...!!!"

Then Belamis eyes welled up in tears, and she remembered their conversations...

"Belamis... go.... just leave me.... and run for you life!" Said Medona.

Belamis immediately said to Medora, "Medora.... leave me..... run for your life!"

"Don't talk like that! We are best friends... I am not leaving without you" Belamis remembered what she said to Medona. Medora then looked at her and shook her head, in telepathy, "... don't say such things..... you are my best friend now... I am not leaving you here..."

"Run... run!!" Belamis remembered she pushed Medona away. She then pushed Medora away just as she did to her best friend before.

Then Belamis remembered.....Medona was hit by the monster's blasts, and fell down.

"Medona! Hang on!! Hang On..... Medona!!" Belamis hold Medona in her arms and wept...

The monster raised the spiked club and about to strike Belamis. Medora threw herself onto Belamis body.

"No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Belamis yelled..........

Then Belamis' forehead glowed.... eyes shot out white light, and her suit was off, then she transformed just in time to the giantess form, and grabbed the spiked club with one hand, and her other hand shielding Medora.

Medora heard the sound and knew Belamis transformed, and tears rolled out her eyes.

Belamis looked at Medora, and said in a low voice... "Me...do...ra..." She flexed her muscles and pushed the monster back with all her might.

The monster spewed out flames from its mouth, Belamis took that blast and roared loudly, hitting the monster with her fists, and then punched the monster, hitting it. The monster retreated.

Belamis picked up Medora and leaped to a spot, and she placed Medora behind a rock for shelter.

Belamis had no weapons but only her body, she charged the monster and leaped up, sending a flying kick to the monster's head, the monster fell to the ground.

Belamis then lifted up the monster and threw it to the ground again. The monster hit back with its spiked club, hitting Belamis left arm. Belamis braved the pain and injury, grabbed both hands of the monster and pushed it away. Belamis and the monster wrestled, and the monster pushed Belamis.

Belamis flexed her muscles, and she was so strong that she could pushed back a gigantic ape nearly twice her size. She then leaped up, and snatched the club from the monster, and hit the monster back, driving it backwards.

Belamis then wrapped her arms round the monster's neck, and grabbed tightly, suffocating it.

The monster struggled, but Belamis was strong, and her arms grabbed so tight that the monster gradually fell, and could not move.

Then Belamis sent out her energy, turning the monster back to an ordinary ape.

Medora was there, though she could not see a thing she heard the sound of the fierce battle, and knew Belamis was injured, and from her telepathy, she knew Belamis was in pain.

Belamis turned and knelt down to her, and said, "...Me..do..ra.."

Medora reached out and touched Belamis hand, and she was crying. Belamis nodded, and then she returned to human form. Medora then hugged Belamis, who was naked and wounded.

Belamis looked at Medora, she smiled and said, "... I am alright..." Medora touched Belamis' strong muscular body, Belamis slowly collapsed, and a drop of tear rolled out the corner of her eye.

Medora placed her hands on Belamis body. She felt Belamis hands, and she moved her hands along Belamis' arms, and felt the muscles on Belamis' arms. Then Medora touched Belamis shoulders, and felt her strong deltoids, and then Medora moved her arms to Belamis chest. Medora wanted to imagine how Belamis' body looked, and she touched Belamis upper pectorals, and just about the moment Medora could touch Belamis' breast, Dr. Kitty came.

Medora took her hands off Belamis body, and blushed.

Dr. Kitty saw all that, and said nothing.

In the research facilities, Belamis was resting, with bandages all over her.

Dr. Kitty and Medora were at Belamis' bedside, and both were worried about Belamis.

Gradually Belamis woke up, and saw Medora and Dr. Kitty, she signed.

Dr. Kitty spoke, "Belamis......." She stop short of saying that Belamis could transform again... for every time Belamis transform it was a dangerous situation, and Belamis would be seriously wounded and suffered.

Medora held Belamis hand and started to cry.

"Don't cry Medora..." Belamis reached out her left hand and touched Medora's face, "I am alright..." Medora hugged Belamis.

Dr. Kitty looked at the two, and fixed her gaze at Medora.

Chapter 17 The scepter

Belamis saw the old Queen died and turned into a ball of energy an entered her body.

For a day and a night, Belamis cried and wailed in deep grief in her giantess form, with her body's wounds all open and bleeding, and she shook as she felt the immense pain in her heart -- it was like witnessing her own mother's death all over again, and that grief was unbearable to Belamis.

Belamis felt as though her heart was ripped apart over and over again, as she felt the wrenching pain in her heart, and she wailed and howled. Then Belamis started to pick up large boulders and toss it high to the air.

Princess Aurora remarked, "What ...??" The boulder fell and its sharp edge hit Belamis' chest and body, and she bleed.

"No...!!!" Princess Aurora yelled, and Belamis picked up boulders again and threw them up, and letting them hit her body. The boulders had sharp ends and the sharp ends hit Belamis' breast.

Belamis just repeatedly threw boulders up and let them hit her body,  again and again, wailing and weeping as she tormented herself.

Princess Aurora looked on and could do nothing, and she watched Belamis inflicting harm to her body. Princess Aurora remembered the old Queen once told her, the legendary Gariusu giantess loved the Queen of the Great Planet, and would rather her suffer infinite pain than the Queen die, and that's what Belamis was doing.

"It was like a primeval cry.... as if Belamis is asking the gods to give back the life of the Queen..." Princess Aurora thought. Belamis roared and howled on her knees, eyes streaming out tears. Then Belamis lifted up another huge boulder, toss it to the sky. The boulder fell and its sharp end hit Belamis' chest, and more blood flowed out of Belamis open wounds.

Belamis wailed loudly, body shaking, tears streaming out her eyes.

"Belamis..." Princess Aurora shouted..."Don't torture yourself!!!"

Belamis breathed heavily, body covered with blood, and looked at the Princess, and uttered in her low voice, "Queen.... mama...ma..ma.." as tears streamed out of her eyes, she wailed loudly again, the voice full of sadness and grief, and she yelled, "Ma.................".

Then Belamis put her fingers on her opened wounds and pulled to rip open her own flesh. The sound of ripping open her flesh was horrid, and Princess Aurora had to cover her ears..."No...."

Princess Aurora watched helplessly and thought,  "Her heart is torn apart..... she was extremely painful...." Belamis looked up to the heavens, and roared, and her body shook.

Then Belamis let out a long wail, the wailing sound was full of pain, before she finally collapsed, and returned to human form.

When Belamis woke up, Princess Aurora was at her side. Princess Aurora tended Belamis' wounds, and her body was bandaged. Belamis tried to move, but her wounds hurt and she moaned.

Princess Aurora said gently, "Rest well... you wounds are serious..." She put a quilt over Belamis.

Belamis looked at Princess Aurora, eyes glittered with tears and she closed her eyes to rest.

 After a few days when her wounds were better, Belamis put her suit back on and patrolled the Great Planet according to her duties as a army officer. She turned back from the giantess who freely expressed her emotions in complete innocence to the cool-headed and calm soldier who would not let her emotions out.

Yet Princess Aurora knew very well that Belamis was grieving inside, but Belamis tried to act calm on the surface, so that Princess Aurora would not worry about her.

Night and day Belamis stayed up, looking at the heavens. Princess Aurora knew she was still grief-stricken.

Belamis would not sleep, but spent nights kneeling outside the palace at the Great Planet, looking at the stars. In her heart, she was struggling. She was the Gariusu giantess, who protected Dr. Kitty, Kugo, and supposedly the old Queen. Yet at the same time the old Queen died for her.

Belamis struggled at this apparent contradiction, and shed tears silently.

Then news finally arrived from the Galaxy Union commander, "Colonel Belamis, it is time for you to return to Earth and station there as the Captain of the star fighter squadron."

Belamis nodded, and she looked at Princess Aurora.

Princess Aurora looked at Belamis, and saw in her eyes deep grief and sorrow.

"Belamis, you must not blame yourself...." Princess Aurora spoke gently, as she put her hands on Belamis shoulder.

Belamis said nothing, and bowed her head. Princess Aurora still remembered the sound of Belamis' wailing when she was in the giantess form, she knew Belamis loved the old Queen and still struggling from the deep sadness. Princess Aurora hugged Belamis tightly, and said, "I know how you feel....."

Belamis closed her eyes, and hugged the Princess back. Princess Aurora stroke Belamis hair and back, and looked at her blue eyes.

Then Princess Aurora took out something, and placed it on Belamis hand. It was the scepter.

"I am not going to keep this.. bring it with you so that you can have something to remember the old Queen...." Princess Aurora said.

Belamis looked at the scepter in her hand, eyes filled with tears, nodded, and said, "I will be strong... and fight to the end for the peace of the cosmos...." Then she boarded her jet and started the engine, and flew away in her jet.

In her jet, Belamis looked at the scepter, and was in deep thought.

She remembered to old Queen's tenderness, and also her love. She remembered all the test she endured as the Gariusu giantess, and how the old Queen transferred all her Galaxy energy to make her strong. Belamis felt her body was much stronger, and she even could see she had grown more muscular.

"...why...why am I the Gariusu giantess...." Belamis thought, as she recalled her own past, being adopted by General Conan. The twist and turn of her fate were inexplicable, and it all turned out that she had to be the warrior to guard the Galaxy energy.

Belamis looked at the vast cosmos, she was now the only Gariusu being alive in the whole cosmos, lonely and yet she had to shoulder such heavy responsibility, and suffer so much grief.

Belamis hold the scepter, and bowed her head, closed her eyes and wept silently. Her jet soon jumped to hyper warp flight mode, speeding back to Earth.

In just a few hours Belamis was back on Earth, and she headed to the Galaxy Union base to report duty.

Belamis saluted General Kahn. General Kahn said, "We will soon launch a major counter strike, and we need you and others to be commanders. Come, meet the soldiers at your command."

They went to a large room, General Kahn said, "These people were volunteers from many different places in the Galaxy, and they specifically wanted to be under your command."

Djorgo was also there, listening to the briefing, alongside with Belamis.

"Fellow comrade fighters, this is Colonel Belamis. She will be your commander." General Kahn announced.

Then several tenths of men and women said loudly in unison, "Chief Captain Belamis, we are proud to be at your command!"

"Chief Captain ?" Belamis wondered. This was her title when she was the commander at Giuma Legion and Lacets Legion.

"You have been kind to us before.... we are from Giuma Legion and Lacets Legion, we returned to our planets after you released us from our duties.." One of the men said.

"You are a fine commander and also one that cares about us.." Another of the women said, "..and you are chivalrous and brave, we came and join the forces to protect the peace of this Galaxy."

Djorgo listened, and thought to himself, "Belamis is really a fine leader, she could command such loyalty."

"When you alone challenged and fought with Prince Guyma's battleship... we are really impressed by your courage and sense of justice..." Once said.

"She fought with Prince Guyma's battleship...?" Djorgo wondered.

Belamis nodded, and said, "Thank you..... I have the duty to see that you are all safe under my command.... the Galaxy Union will soon arrange your assignments...."

The briefing ended, and Djorgo caught up with one of those men, and asked, "Did you say Belamis faced up to Prince Guyma's battleship all by herself ?" Djorgo remembered Prince Guyma was chasing after them.

"Yes.... we were.... pursuing Queen Cosmos.... our fighter planes surrounded the cyborgs... Kugo, and the other two... Chief Captain Belamis alone in her jet, stalled the battleship... braving the giant canons of the battleship....she hold back the battleship...so that Queen Cosmos escaped... until her jet was shot down.. we were worried about her.... she could have been killed..." The man recalled that battle.

Djorgo looked at Belamis who was leaving the room, and wondered, "She helped us previously all along... but told none of us anything about it..."

"Belamis was a good captain, she would not use us as human bombs against enemies.... under her command..... we felt dignified and also cared for... she cared about us..." The man replied.

"I am sure she is a caring and fine commander.." Djorgo said.

Belamis left the room, and according to the briefing, she would soon be on board a battleship, leading a squadron of fighters as their captain.

Djorgo came from behind and hailed her, "Hey... Belamis!"

Belamis turned, and said, "Djorgo... sorry... I was lost in thoughts..."

"I think...we owe you a lot of gratitude..." Djorgo said, "Even before you came to Earth... you have helped Kugo, me, Hakkah and the Princess.... without letting us know..."

"I am just doing what a honorable soldier and as a knight will do......" Belamis replied, "I nearly forget about these things...."

Djorgo replied, "But these things counts.... Thank you."

She parted with Djorgo and headed back to the research facilities to join Dr. Kitty there in her jet.

Belamis looked at Dr. Kitty, Dr. Kitty knew all about the old Queen from Princess Aurora, and saw in Belamis eyes deep grief.

"Come.... you should get yourself out of the suit and just take a day off.." Dr. Kitty said.

Belamis nodded, and she took her fighting suit off and wore plain clothes.
She took out the scepter belonging to the old Queen, and handed to Dr. Kitty, "This scepter.. belongs to the old Queen... can you keep it for me ?"

Dr. Kitty said, "It's OK. You can leave it with me, I will keep it for you."

Belamis went to the orphanage again. She went to the small shed where her master Nia used to live. The place was covered with dust, so she cleaned up the place, and sat on the wooden floor, looking at the old man's stuff. Tears rolled from her eyes....

Belamis lost a lot of people who loved her, her parents, her dearest friend Medona, Shierus, old Nia and also the old Queen.

She sat there looking at the shed, and signed. Then she stood up and headed to the orphanage.

As before, the children welcomed her... surrounded her. Belamis smiled, only this place could give her joy.

She slept in the shed and spent time in the orphanage. Belamis looked at the vulnerable children, and also the people on Earth.

"The people... this planet.... all I can repay for the joy and happiness I owe them.. is to protect them with my life..." Belamis thought, as she gazed the setting sun.

Then suddenly the transmitter she was wearing sounded an alarm...

"Attacks from monsters... at the research facilities!" Belamis ran down the hill, and then suited herself up. She summoned her jet and leaped into its cockpit, and headed to where the attack was.

There a gigantic, dinosaur like monster was spitting out flames, tearing around the town. Belamis leaped from her jet, drew her sword and rode on her space bike and started to attack.

"Electro-Bolt!" Belamis yelled, and the monster was hit, and deterred from proceeding to a building. The monster turned to Belamis, and spewed out flames at her. Belamis dodged and turned to the monster, shooting out EM-bullets.

As she was fighting, suddenly Belamis thought she heard a sound, "Help...!!!!"

Belamis steered her space bike around, and looked, "What is that sound...?"

It was the voice of a girl, crying for help...

Then she thought she heard it... "It was not a voice to my ears..... it's like..." Belamis thought...

Belamis hunch drew her attention to a building on fire. Belamis steered the bike nearer and that hunch was much stronger..

"Someone was trapped..." Belamis thought. She leaped into the window of the burning building from her space bike, and ran into the burning building.

Belamis looked around, and the same voices echoed in her mind, "Help.....!!" Then Belamis saw a small shadow amongst the rubble behind a fallen pillar, the room was filled with smoke, and flames were spreading. Belamis ran over, and saw a small body huddled at a corner, covering with a wet blanket. Belamis immediately picked the small body up with one arm, then took her cloak off and covered the person. Her cloak was made of materials that was fireproof. When one hand holding the person, Belamis ran to the window and jumped out.

It was six storey high, and Belamis landed on the pavement, then she saw the monster attacking. She took the child to a corner, and said, "Wait here for me..."

Belamis then leaped to her space bike and then charged the large dinosaur, and yelled, "EM-thunder". Her sword shot out strong blast of EM energy, hitting the monster. The monster was hurt, and it lashed its large tail, hitting Belamis space bike. Belamis fell to the ground.

"Arh...." Belamis moaned in pain, and she struggled up. There she saw the monster was heading to the small child she just rescued. Belamis ran forward, shooting EM-bullets, the monster turned back, then raised its foot and stomped on Belamis.

Belamis narrowly escaped, and fought back with her sword shooting EM-bullets. Then Belamis leaped up and poked the monster at one of it eyes, the monster hit her with its front paw, sending Belamis crashing to the ground.

"Arh...." Belamis struggled to stand up, and the monster stomped on her, crushing Belamis with its great weight.

Dr. Kitty arrived and saw Belamis was under the onslaught.... "Why isn't she transforming to the giantess form ?" Then the monster turned to Dr. Kitty

Belamis saw that, and thought ."No!!" She struggled up, and shot another EM-thunder at the monster, drawing its attention to her again.

Belamis then leaped onto her jet and shot beams of laser from her jet at the monster, but the monster was tough.... Belamis leaped out of her jet and weld her sword, slicing one of the monster's hand off, the monster growled in pain, turned and left the scene.

Belamis stood, breathing heavily. She looked at Dr. Kitty and saw Dr. Kitty was safe, so she breathed sign of relief.

Belamis then went and found the small child she saved. Belamis took her helmet off, then removed her cloak and the blanket covering the child.

There a face of a young girl, around early teens, appeared, looking back at Belamis.

"Medona...???" Belamis gasped. The young girl looked very much like her best friend back at planet Gariusu.

Medona and Belamis grew up together. They attended same schools, played together. Belamis was always the stronger one who protected Medona, and Medona was the tender on that comforted Belamis when she was troubled.

All those memories flashed back at Belamis.

Belamis hold back her emotions, and she knelt down, so that she and the girl was eye level. The girl looked at Belamis, eyes filled with kindness.

"What's you name...?" Belamis asked.

The girl opened her lips, but no sound came out of it. She was mute.

Belamis looked at her, and said, "It is OK... we are safe now.."

The girl took Belamis right hand, and wrote on her palm the sound of her name.

"Me..do... ra..." Belamis read... and thought..."sounds so much like Medona..." Her eyes welled up in tears.

The girl reached out her hands and touched Belamis face, feeling with her finger tips Belamis' eyebrows, nose, hair and face.

Belamis thought, "She was also blind..."

Then Belamis heard a sound in her mind, "Don't cry... Belamis..."

"You... you are telepathic ?" Belamis said. Medora nodded. Medora reached out both of her hands and placed them at the side of Belamis head.

Then Belamis felt everything around her vanished, and a scene was projected in her head. She saw Medora's childhood, her father died a long time ago, and Medora was with her mother... they lived together... and her mother was killed by the monsters just not long ago. When Medora's mother died, she was there hearing what happened. Medora lost her eyesight from that attack.

"Medora..." Belamis looked at her. Then Belamis saw tears rolled out of Medora's eyes.

Belamis looked at Medora, gently hugged her.

"Come.... I will protect you..." Belamis stood up, and hold Medora's hand. In Belamis mind she vowed she would protect this girl from any harm.

Belamis took Medora back to the research facilities. "Dr. Kitty... this girl is an orphan... can we take her in and .... care for her ?" Belamis asked.

"No problem..." Dr. Kitty kindly remarked.

Medora then lived in the research facilities, with Belamis taking care of her, because she was blind.

"Belamis... it is strange.... why didn't you transform ?" Dr. Kitty asked.

"...transform ?" Belamis replied.

"The previous attack by the monster... you are clearly in danger... and people around you.. me are also in danger... but strangely ... you did not transform to your giantess form..." Dr. Kitty said.

Belamis recalled, and noticed it too. "I... I don't know...."

Then Dr. Kitty hit upon an explanation, and she thought, "... is it that Belamis is resisting the transformation ?"

Dr. Kitty and assistant professor Dodge discussed.

"You mean.. Belamis is having a mental block ?" Dr. Kitty asked.

"It is not uncommon at all... if you say that Belamis blamed herself for the death of the old Queen..." Replied assistant professor Dodge.

"She is rejecting her identity as the Gariusu giantess... because being the Gariusu giantess, caused the old Queen to give her life to Belamis... " Dr. Kitty slowly said.

"This is a highly plausible explanation... from what Princess Aurora told us, Belamis was deeply traumatized ...." Said Assistant Professor Dodge.

Medora lived at the research facilities, and she tried to familiarize herself with the place by feeling her way around, with Belamis holding her hand.

Belamis took her around, and gently explaining to her the places.

"This is the main control room, this is the way out...." Belamis spoke to Medora gently, holding her hand.

Medora clung onto Belamis arms, like a girl in love with a man.

Dr. Kitty noticed it, and thought, "...she is in love with Belamis...she thought Belamis was a man..."

Indeed Belamis was very handsome, and her dark eyebrows made her look masculine, and her deep voice sometimes made it hard for others to tell if she's a woman, like that time when Kugo first encounter her.

Medora spent a lot of time with Belamis, admiring her, and in her mind she thought Belamis was her hero, her knight in shiny armor.

At the same time, Belamis projected her love to Medona, her best friend onto Medora... subconsciously redeeming herself from the sadness of losing Medona, but she did not know that Medora had other feelings.

This day everything appeared normal, when alarm sounded at the research facilities.

"Monster!!!" Belamis put on her fighting suit... "Stay with the others!! " Belamis said to Medora as she headed out. Medora was left alone, and she felt her way to the main control room, where Dr. Kitty was monitoring the battle.

It was two large monsters, one was the large T-rex like dinosaur, one was like a large lizard. Belamis leaped onto her space bike and began attacking them.

Dr. Kitty watched anxiously at the screens, showing Belamis fighting a difficult battle... the monsters clearly had more fire power, and Belamis' attack from her sword was not deterring them a bit. Medora heard everything, and tried to imagine Belamis' situation.

Medora could not see a thing, she was worried and she clutched her hands.

Belamis fought with all her might... and began to think..."No.. cannot use space sword... it was too destructive... and could also destroy the downtown area..." Her weapons were no use to them

Then the lizard tongue caught Belamis and wrapped her up. The giant lizard then spitted poisonous saliva at Belamis and hit her eyes.

"Arhh..." Instantly Belamis eyes were burnt by the corrosive fluid and could not see.

Belamis was thrown to the ground. The large dinosaur stomped on her again and again.

"Belamis!!" Dr. Kitty yelled. The monster left Belamis behind.... a large deep hole was left by the dinosaur, after repeated stomping, Belamis was there motionless.

The two monsters headed to the research facilities.

Dr. Kitty exclaimed, "Belamis' eyes were hurt... she was attacked at all sides and could not fight back!!"

Medora heard what Dr. Kitty said, and silently she felt her way out. She said to herself, "I...I have to help Belamis."

Belamis tried to walk to the research facilities even though she couldn't see a thing. Then in her heart she thought she heard Medora's cry again.

"Belamis!"

"Medora... Dr. Kitty..." Belamis thought.... yet she was unable to transform.

"My goodness... Belamis could not transform...." Thought Dr. Kitty....

Medora went out in tears, shaking as she listened to the explosions and Belamis yelling.

"Belamis... hang on!!!" Medora telepathy sent a distress call to Belamis.

"Medora..." Belamis walked, but then the large lizard spilled out flames and Belamis was engulfed in the fire.

Then suddenly, the scepter moved, breaking through the glass cupboard and landed into the hands of Medora.

"What's happening?" Dr. Kitty was astonished.

The scepter's gem was glowing, and Medora was holding it, totally confused. She only felt that there was a small short stick in her hands.

Then there was a thought appearing in Medora's mind, "The girl with Galaxy Energy, raise the scepter!"

Medora, without a second thought, hold the scepter up. A ray of light shot out from the scepter, hitting Belamis forehead and then she immediately transformed into the giantess.

Belamis roared, and flexed her muscles. Yet she couldn't see a thing. She reached out her hands, tried to feel her way forward.

Medora was blind for a long time and could use her hearing as her sight, she recognized the footsteps of Belamis, and the sound of the monster, and thus she could tell their relative positions.

"Belamis, watch your right side!" Medora telepathy voice said to Belamis.

Belamis immediately ducked, narrowing escaping the lashing by the monster's tail.

"Your left!!!" Again Medora again used her hearing to judge the position of the monster and Belamis, and used her telepathy voice to guide Belamis.

Belamis then took a deep breath... she remembered a few times she trained blindfolded with her master Nia. She listened and felt the air around her with her body....

The dinosaur spitted out flames on her, Belamis leaped and landed at the back of the monster, then she kicked the monster. Medora then guide Belamis, "The lizard is at the front left of you..."

Belamis lifted the dinosaur and threw it to the giant lizard. The giant lizard suddenly sprang forward and sank its teeth on Belamis right shoulder. Belamis struggled with it, and pulled open its jaws, the dinosaur then slashed Belamis back with its claws, and bit Belamis left shoulder. The two monsters were using their teeth and claws on Belamis, causing multiple injuries over her.

Yet Belamis was unafraid, she threw the dinosaur onto the ground, and then pulled the lizard's tongue apart. As the large dinosaur charged Belamis, Belamis heard the sound, and leaped up, then cut the dinosaur's head with her hand chop, and then she picked up the lizard, and pulled its jaws open, tearing it apart.

Belamis defeated the monsters, and was seriously wounded. She turned, as she was guided by Medora telepathy, "Belamis... we are here.... turn to your left..."

Belamis walked slowly, knelt down, and reached her right hand to the ground as Medora felt her way forward, until she touched Belamis right hand.

Belamis gently touched Medora. Medora hold up the scepter, and a beam shot at Belamis forehead, and she turned back to human size. She hugged Medora.

Medora was crying, as she moved her hands over Belamis muscular body. She did not touch Belamis breasts, all she could feel was a strong body, like a man. She rested her head against Belamis chest.

Belamis breathed heavily, and carried Medora in her arms, and said, "It's all OK..."

Belamis was lying on the bed, with bandages all on her body, and on her eyes.

"Her eyes were only slightly burnt by the monster's venom. There's no permanent damage... the bandages on her eyes could be taken off in one or two weeks. "Said Dr. Kitty.

Dr. Kitty saw what happened, especially how Medora used the scepter to cause Belamis to transform.

Belamis murmured, "Medora..." Medora held Belamis hands. Belamis stroked her hair, and gently said, "don't worry... I am OK.."

"Why did I transform ?" Belamis asked.

"Medora did it.. .with the scepter..." Dr. Kitty replied.

"The scepter ?" Belamis was astonished.

Belamis realized there were implications. Only a person with Galaxy Energy could use the scepter, the old Queen was one, Princess Aurora was another.

After several days of examining Medora, Dr. Kitty said to Belamis, "Medora is an unusual girl. She has telepathy powers, and moreover... she is like Princess Aurora.... she could emit and amply Galaxy Energy like her..."

"Medora...." Belamis remarked.

"...and like the old Queen and also Princess Aurora, she has the power to use the scepter ... to summon the Gariusu giantess... so that day... she hold the scepter at you, and you transformed..." Continued Dr. Kitty.

"... you.. subconsciously refuse to change to your giantess form.. so even the control unit inside your head is not blocking you.. you still do not transform..." Dr. Kitty said.

Belamis laid on the bed, and said, "..... I... I .... cannot live with this identity as the Gariusu giantess... because of this... the old Queen died for me...". Belamis was saddened as she spoke.

Dr. Kitty said, "... yet ... Galaxy Energy, Earth... your loved ones needed your protection... and Medora needed your protection... she could well be the next queen at the Great Planet...."

Belamis was in deep thought, "Medora.... "

Belamis injuries healed gradually, but she still had bandages over her eyes. Belamis hated to stay in bed, and she struggled to get out. Medora held her hand.

"It's OK... can you just hold my hand and lead the way for me..." Belamis asked. Medora nodded, and then helped Belamis up.

Belamis smiled, "Though you are blind, but you now can lead me because you are used to find your way in total blindness here..."

"I must recover soon..." Belamis thought.

Medora lead Belamis to the open, and let Belamis felt the fresh air.

"Medora...." Belamis spoke slowly..."I will protect you.... like I protect Dr. Kitty... but I must overcome my mental block of not able to transform..."

To Belamis, it was strange feeling - now like the old Queen, Medora had the ability to use the scepter on her. In a way she was now like the old Queen and Princess Aurora. Yet in a strange way, Medora was vulnerable, and in Belamis' heart she was like her own little sister.

Medora affection to Belamis increased, as she hold Belamis hand tight.

"Medora... please... don't use the scepter to transform me..." Belamis said.

Medora gasped, she knew if Belamis could not transform she would be killed.

"I have to overcome this.... and when I hear you cry for help...calling me... I will be there for you...I promise..." Belamis said.

Medora wept, and little did she know that her love to Belamis would not be reciprocated.

Chapter 16 The death of the old Queen

With Dr. Kitty's new improvement on her sword, Belamis mounted her space bike and headed to the attacking monster.

"Let me try this..." Belamis thought. "Electro-bolt!" She exclaimed, and immediately a bolt of power electromagnetic blast out from the tip of her sword, shot towards the attacking monster, hitting and injuring it.

"Marvelous!" Belamis thought. She then steered her space bike away.

"Try this attack..." Belamis thought. "EM bullets!!" The sword sent out multiple bullet like blasts, hitting the monster.

With these improvement Belamis sword could attack from a distance, giving her an advantage.

"The last strike! EM thunder!" Belamis exclaimed, immediately a large bolt of lightning, containing high energy hit the monster, paralyzing it.

"Belamis, don't kill it!" Princess Aurora exclaimed.

Belamis nodded, and as she headed back, the monster suddenly let out a strong blast of energy, hitting Belamis' right arm.

"Arhh.." Belamis nearly fell from her space bike, and she tried to use her sword...

"...my arm... I cannot move my arm.." Belamis thought. Her right arm was severely hurt.

Princess Aurora screamed as the monster headed towards her and the old Queen.

Belamis hopped to her jet and started to fight with the weapons on it, attempting to drive away the monster.

The monster turned towards Belamis and hit her jet, sending Belamis jet to a nose dive, and Belamis barely able to stabilize it and landed the jet. She ran out to the monster, which was trying to harm the old Queen and Princess Aurora.

Belamis braved the pain of her arm and started to use her left hand on the sword, but the monster's tail strike her down.

"No..." Belamis thought... she saw the old Queen and Aurora in mortal danger, her forehead glowed again, and she transformed to the giantess.

Belamis roared, with her right arm bleeding, she moaned in pain. Then Belamis ran and used only her left arm and grab the monster by its tail and pulled it backwards.

"Belamis!" Princess Aurora exclaimed, "Let me use Galaxy Energy to turn that monster back to normal beast!"

Belamis nodded, and she used her body to try and pin down the monster, but the monster raised its paws and hit Belamis on her injured arm, Belamis groaned in pain, and she braved the pain and leaped up, delivering a strong kick to the monster, hitting it to the ground.

Then Belamis rushed forward and used only her left arm to press and pin down the monster.

Princess Aurora focused her Galaxy Energy and beamed it to the monster, soon turning it back to a normal beast, before Belamis let the monster off.

Then Belamis collapsed.

Belamis woke up, to find her right arm on a sling.

"Ahr..." She tried to move it, but it was painful.

"You mustn't move your arm now....." Princess Aurora said.

Belamis looked, and she took off the sling, and suited herself up.

"I have no time to rest..." She stood up.

"But you can't even use your sword!"

"Yes...." Belamis set her sword to her right side, then pull the sword out with her left hand. "I am good at both hands...."


"You mean you can use your left hand to weld the sword, as good as your right hand ?"

Belamis nodded, ".... a few years ago... my right arm was injured and could not move... for nearly a year.... I then practiced using my left hand on the sword intensely..."

Belamis recalled the event.

"Uncle Conan!! Aunt Rose!" Medora was helping Belamis, she was injured.

"What is it ?" General Conan asked with concern. He then saw Belamis' right arm got a dagger stabbed there, and the blood streaming out was black.

"Belamis... got into a fight with thugs... they stabbed her arm.... with a poisonous dagger..." Medora exclaimed.

Conan tore off the right sleeve of Belamis shirt, and there exposed the horrid wound.

Belamis said, "... it's.. my arm cannot move..."

"It's too far away to the main hospital..." Rose said.

"Even if we get there..." General Conan said, "..... we might not be able to save her arm....the poison progresses quickly and is eating her muscles..."

Medora cried, for Belamis was hurt because she tried to protect her from the thugs.

"The only method.. is to ... is to... cut that part of the muscle now..." General Conan said, and he drew his sharp dagger.

"What ?" Rose and Medora yelled.

"Yes.... cut away those muscles that were affected by the poison..."

"But there is no anesthesia..." Rose said.

"Father... go ahead..." Belamis said, braving the pain on her arm.

Rose immediately hugged Belamis tightly.

"Give me a handkerchef..." Belamis asked Medora. Medora took a handkerchief out, and handed to Belamis left hand. Belamis put the handkerchief to her mouth and bite it hard. Then she nodded to her father.

General Conan pulled the dagger out from Belamis' right arm then he grabbed her right arm, and laid his dagger on it. General Conan said softly, "Daughter.... hang on.."
He then cut onto Belamis arm, and moved the blade along. A large part of her tricep and bicep was sliced off... whilst Belamis endured the pain... so much muscle was cut from her upper right arm that some part of the wound was so deep that even exposed the bone of her arm.

Belamis then clutched her teeth, shaking intensely as she was rushed to the hospital.

After hours of surgery...

"Your daughter is really tough... how could one withstand such pain in cutting of the muscles like that..." The doctor emerged, and said with astonishment, ".... you saved her right arm, but that will take months to recover..."

General Conan replied, "Thanks..." Then he was in deep thought, "... Belamis indeed is the descendant of the giant race... otherwise not even a man can withstand such pain..."

For the next six months, Belamis forced herself to use the sword with her left arm, and trained night and day, almost refusing to rest. When her right arm healed, Belamis then exercised her right arm to regain the strength and agility, and she practiced using her sword on both hands ever since.

As Belamis recalled her story, only briefly mentioning her injury, leaving out the part her muscle was cut off, to Princess Aurora.

"But...you right arm is still wounded..." Said Princess Aurora.

"I will be careful..." Replied Belamis, as she headed out to patrol. She then stopped, and looked at the Princess, "Don't mention my injury to the old Queen..." They were at separate quarters, far away from where the old Queen was resting.

However, the old Queen was listening in, hiding behind the window.

"Belamis..." The old Queen thought.

Then another alarm sounded. This time there were at least eight of them flying, in all shapes.

Belamis leaped to her space bike and headed out to the monster.

Belamis fought using her left hand, and was mindful not to stress her injured right arm. Yet that severely limited her movements.

"Damn.... if only... I can use my right arm..." Belamis thought. She then shot out EM-bullets to the monsters, some of them spread out.

Belamis then shot out EM_thunder to one monster, hitting it down. The others started to head to the Palace. Belamis charged the leading one, and leaped from her jet, but one other monster weld its tail and hit her right arm.

"Arhh..." Belamis braved her pain and weld her sword against another monster, yet the eight of them could still fight. One shot a blast of flame at Belamis knocking her space bike down. Belamis fell to the ground, then a gigantic elephant like one stomped on her.

"Belamis!!" The old Queen and the Princess yelled!

Then in a bright glow, Belamis turned into her giantess form, and pushed away the large monster.

Then she felt a cutting pain on her right arm. Belamis ignored the pain and leaped up, catching one monster and pulled it onto the ground, she then punch its head, wrecking the horn and cracked its skull.

Then two others charged at her, one of them use its horns and poked through Belamis right shoulder. Belamis roared and threw the monster to the ground. Then she kicked the other monster.

Yet Belamis was overwhelmed, one after another attacked, and Belamis hold them back and tried to subdue them.

Then suddenly one giant spider spitted its web and wrapped Belamis in a tight web.

Belamis roared and tried to break free.... one monster changed and its horn poked Belamis body.

"No... I have to transfer the Galaxy Energy to her...!" The old Queen thought. She looked and saw the scepter. She grabbed it.

"No... don't go!!" Princess Aurora exclaimed.

The old Queen pointed the scepter at her and trapped her in a ball of energy. Then the old Queen hopped on a shuttle and flew towards Belamis.

The monsters surrounded Belamis, each firing their weapons at her, and Belamis moaned in pain. Then Belamis saw the old Queen coming...

"No..." Belamis thought, and she tried to struggle even harder, then she broke free, and kicked the monsters. Belamis leaped up and caught the shuttle in her hands, and she looked at the old Queen, and she shook her head, placed the shuttle far away.

Then Belamis thought, "I have to be able to stop all of them..."

She remembered she was able to destroy the entire fleet of Golinkor with one blast, but could she do it now?

Then she thought, almost like a prayer..." Please... all the energy in the cosmos..... gather in my body..."

Then she felt energy flowing in her...she held her hands close together, there was a small glow...an as the energy gathered in her, she felt an enormous pain rushing through her body...

"Arhh...." She moaned as she endured the pain. "Come... all the energy.. help me..."

The glow between her hands enlarge to a larger ball of light.... then it grew larger and larger, and Belamis let out a loud cry, pushing the ball of energy to the monsters....

In a single large ball of light, the monsters were annihilated ....

Then Belamis fell to the ground. This blast of energy used up a large part of her own life energy.

"Belamis..." The old Queen rushed to her... "...she is dying..." She sensed Belamis' rapid falling of life energy. Belamis then turned back to her human form.

Slowly, the old Queen lay her hands on Belamis breast and chest, and said, "Child.... I love you.." She radiated her very last bit of Galaxy Energy to Belamis...

As Belamis regained conscience, she saw the old Queen.

"No!!" Belamis got up, and the old Queen looked at her, she suddenly looked a lot older...
"Belamis.... I will be with you ..." Then the old Queen collapsed.

Belamis hold her in her arms, and said, "No... no...." She tried to use her life energy to save her.. suddenly the scepter moved by itself and shot out the energy field and subdue Belamis again.

"No!!!" Belamis yelled, trying to struggle free.

The old Queen opened her eyes... and said softly, "Belamis... the scepter sensed that I have transferred all my Galaxy Energy to you.. it will not allow you to return that to me... I am dying... but I died in peace .. as well as with joy... of having met and loved a soul like you..."

"No!!! You are not going to die!!" Belamis shouted, as she saw the old Queen was about to die, Belamis wanted to save her even on pain of death, it triggered her to change to her giantess form again...and she roared and struggle.

Yet this time the energy field was many times stronger than before, even Belamis struggled with all her might she could not break free... tears rolled out of Belamis eyes as she wailed with deep sorrow....

"Belamis..... don't cry... don't struggle..." The old Queen suddenly levitated towards Belamis, and the energy field just dropped. Belamis was on her knees, crying. The old Queen levitated towards Belamis face and touched her face, saying, "... I will live in you forever..." Then she transformed to a ball of energy, flew to her left chest and entered Belamis body.

Belamis saw that...and was stunned.... then after a few moments...she wailed in deep sorrow and pain.... eyes streaming out tears...

Princess Aurora was freed from the ball of energy and ran towards Belamis, and looked at her who was now wailing loudly.

"Belamis..."

Chapter 15 The love to the old Queen

As Queen Cosmos proceeded full speed ahead, the old Queen of the Great Planet remained in bed, and Princess Aurora took care of the old Queen.

"Where is Belamis ?" The old Queen asked.

"She's out there in her jet patrolling..." Replied the Princess.

"I have not seen her for days.... did I... did I scare her ?" The old Queen asked.

"No...Belamis loved you dearly...... and I know when I saw her carry you on board..." The Princess said, "with her wounds still bleeding and naked, she carried you in her arms to Queen Cosmos, and ignored her pain...." The Princess said.

The Princess was in deep thought.

"She did not even care about her wounds..."

Belamis was severely wounded, but she only wanted to take the old Queen back to the Great Planet to save her, if not for the Princess who insisted to bandage her up.

"Belamis... you have to treat your wounds..." The Princess exclaimed, as Belamis wanted to go out on her jet...

Belamis looked back at the Princess. Then she sat down silently and took her suit off, exposing her wounds. Belamis' chest, torso, arms and back were all wounded, and the Princess took a while to clean her wounds and bandage her up.

"..I am sorry ... I cannot do better than this.." Said the Princess, as she put the gauze pads and bandaged Belamis.

"No worries.... I will be fine.." Belamis looked at the Princess, and replied calmly, but her eyes shimmered with gratitude, and she said, "Thank you."

"Be careful.... don't exert yourself... otherwise you will bleed again.." The Princess said, but she knew if Belamis fought the monsters, she would tear open the wounds and bleed...

Belamis nodded, and went to her jet without a word.

"She may appear cold and aloof... but it's because she doesn't want me to worry about her." The Princess looked at Belamis as she exit, and felt very sorry for Belamis.

Then the door opened, and Belamis entered. The old Queen saw her, and Belamis looked at her.

Belamis' face was expressionless, but her eyes glittered in tears.

"Is everything alright ?" Belamis asked in a calm voice.

"Yes..." The Princess said.

"Good..." Belamis remarked and exited the room.

As she left the room, Belamis struggled to hold back her tears... "I cannot let the old Queen worry about me.. or love me..." She thought, and her heart ached at the idea of turning away from the love of the old Queen.

Belamis entered the cockpit and sat down, gazing in the starry heavens. She remembered her mother... "... mother..." She thought.

The Princess entered, and saw Belamis.

The Princess knew that on the surface Belamis was hard necked and aloof, but Belamis' eyes showed that she loved the old Queen.

"Let me pilot Queen Cosmos... you can take a rest." The Princess said.

"It's OK. I'm not tired.." Belamis replied.

"I know you cared about the old Queen... even if you don't say it..." The Princess said, "You should go and see her...... she... she loved you and worried about you.."

Belamis looked at the Princess, and she remained silent.

It was in the late hours, where the Princess was asleep. Belamis entered the room where the old Queen was.

Belamis looked at the old Queen who was asleep, and Belamis struggled to hold back her tears.

Belamis then knelt down beside the bed, and gazed at the old Queen.

"If only I can transform to my giantess form.... I can use my own life energy..." Belamis thought, as she gently stroke the old Queen's hair.

The old Queen opened her eyes and saw Belamis. Belamis saw that the old Queen was awaken, and she stood up, and was about to leave the room.

"Belamis...don't..." The old Queen said in her weak voice. Belamis stopped and looked back, and she knelt down beside the bed.

"... I am sorry ... to have try and force it upon you..." The old Queen said, as she remembered how Belamis wailed and cried, struggling to break free from the force field even if she's bleeding.

Belamis was silent, her eyes glittered with tears in it.

The old Queen put her hand on Belamis face, and said gently, "I will not force the Galaxy Energy upon you.... to have to trap you with the force field... makes my heart break... especially when I hear you wailing to break free..."

Belamis said, "When you are back at the Great Planet... everything's going to be fine. You rest well now." Then she left the room quickly, and tears streamed out of her eyes.

Belamis was touched by the old Queen's love, and it reminded of Belamis of her mother.

Belamis returned to the cockpit, and then the alarm sounded.

"Enemies ? Monsters ?" Belamis wondered, and she turned on the screens.

Indeed it were space monsters.

When both the Princess and the old Queen were absent from the Great Planet, and with Golinkor empire meddling with Galaxy Energy around, space monsters reappeared.

Belamis rushed to her jet and flew out. Then she opened her cockpit and stand outside her jet, and she drew her sword, ready for combat.

"I am not going to let you harm the Princess or the old Queen.." Belamis was determined to fight and protect the old Queen and the Princess.

The Princess heard the alarm and was in Queen Cosmos cockpit.

"I will deal with the space monsters... you steer Queen Cosmos and take refuge at that asteroid..." Belamis said to the Princess.

"OK!" Replied the Princess, as she steered Queen Cosmos away.

The space monsters were a number of giant winged dragons, spitting out flames.

Belamis leaped from her jet and cut the head of one of the monsters, then she flew her jet and fired at the others. There were at least eight of those monsters around.

Belamis leaped out and attacked another monster, the monster fired superheated flames at her, which Belamis endured as she sunk her sword to the head of the monster.

Two out of the eight monsters were killed by Belamis, and Belamis threw her sword like a spear, penetrating two of the monster, again killing them. As she caught her sword back, she felt a piercing pain, and she pressed her hand on her torso... she knew she torn open her wounds.

Princess Aurora landed Queen Cosmos, and watched from afar, worried about Belamis. The battle was intense and Belamis fought the monster all by herself.

The battle was over in about 20 minutes, and Belamis returned. She entered the cockpit, then suddenly she fell onto her knees.

Princess Aurora rushed forward, and said, "You tore open your wounds...." Princess Aurora helped Belamis up.

Belamis took her helmet off, and had a painful expression on her face.

Belamis then took her suit off, revealing her bandaged body. The bandages at her breasts and back were soaked in blood. It was the wound of the spears which penetrated her body. The wounds were torn open and Belamis was bleeding again.

"If... if only I could stitch you up.... " Princess Aurora said, as she tried to stop Belamis' bleeding.

"Then... stitch me up..." Belamis said, as she rose up.

"...but ..." The Princess hesitated.

"Let me.." The old Queen said. She was off the bed, and she heard Belamis. "..I know how to do it...."

Belamis looked at the old Queen, and said, "You mustn't walk around..."

The old Queen smiled, and said, "Look at you... you needed rest too.." She gently put her hands on Belamis shoulder, and Belamis looked.

"We have no anesthesia here..." Princess Aurora said, "..it will hurt really badly.."

"I am ready.." Belamis said.

The old Queen then began to stitch up the wounds on Belamis breasts and back with a very thick needle.

Belamis sat very still, with Princess Aurora helping out, and Princess Aurora saw Belamis clutching her teeth, enduring the intense pain.

After half an hour, the wounds were stitched. Princess Aurora bandaged Belamis up, and Belamis put back her suit. She looked at the old Queen, and said, "You must rest..."

The old Queen touched Belamis face, and nodded, before she fainted.

Belamis exclaimed, "Queen!!" Belamis carried the old Queen to her room, and looked at her, and Belamis eyes were filled with tears. Belamis body was aching all over, and she was shaking.

"I don't know how long can she hold on..." Princess Aurora said, "She is very weak now.."

Belamis looked, and wished she could transform to the giantess, then suddenly, she turned to the Princess, "use the scepter.... turn me to the giantess..."

"What ?" The Princess said.

"....so... so that I can transfer my life energy to the old Queen.." Replied Belamis.

"But...."

"This is the only option....I can revive her..." Belamis said, "There's no time to argue.."

Belamis carried the old Queen out to the open.

"I am doing it now.... " Princess Aurora said, as she pointed the scepter at Belamis. Princess Aurora thought to herself, "I... I never wanted to use it on Belamis..." She looked at Belamis eyes.

Belamis nodded, "Just do it..."

Princess Aurora replied, "Sorry.... " She commanded the scepter, and then the scepter fired out a beam and the beam hit Belamis' forehead.
Belamis lost her suit and transformed into the giantess.

In the transformation, the newly stitched wounds were torn open, and Belamis was bleeding again, and Belamis made a soft sound as she felt the pain as the stitched wounds were torn open...

Princess Aurora saw all that, and wept..."Belamis.."

Belamis looked at Princess Aurora, and nodded, trying to say the she was okay.

In the giantess form, Belamis placed her hand onto the old Queen, and began sending out her own life energy.

Because Belamis was consuming her own life energy, it took a toll on her. By the time Belamis finished, and Princess Aurora turned Belamis back to the human form, Belamis could barely stand up, and her wounds were also bleeding.

"...you have to bandage me all over again.." Belamis smiled.

"Belamis..." Princess Aurora said, visibly concerned and sad to watch Belamis suffered like that.

"..It... it is OK.." Belamis replied, and she forced herself to carry the old Queen back to her room, and she even forgot to suit up, and just walked all naked.

Belamis put a blanket over the old Queen, before she fell onto her knees, and she breathed heavily.

"You cannot keep doing this..." Princess Aurora said, "...even you ... you might die too.."

Belamis looked at Princess Aurora, and said, ".... I know what I am doing... I have to protect you and the old Queen....and...I cannot let her die ...."

In the sick room, Princess Aurora bandaged Belamis up, and she looked at Belamis.

Belamis then took a deep breath, before she suited up and rose up, then she turned to the other side.

"Belamis...... I know you are tough ... but we cared about you.." Princess Aurora said, "..and Kugo loved you."

Belamis heard the name Kugo, and paused.

"Kugo.... " Belamis uttered, then a smile was on her face. "He gives me so much happiness.." Replied Belamis.

"If I.... if I... " Belamis said, "... if I don't make it... tell him... every brief moment with him... are my greatest joy...".

"Belamis, you must not say such things..." Princess Aurora said.

"I am a warrior.... and its normal for us to die in battle..." Belamis replied, "Let's head back to the cockpit..."

At the cockpit, Queen Cosmos was cruising steadily at its full speed. Because the old Queen was too weak, they could not use warp flight.

Belamis then has a thought in her head.

"Aurora, what if I ... I transfer a large part of my life energy to the old Queen ..so that she is strong enough to withstand the warp flight..." Belamis said.

"No..... you will die too..." Princess Aurora answered.

"Listen to me.... I will transfer as much of my life energy to the old Queen, enough to strengthen her so she could sustain the warp flight, and I retain enough. When you and the Queen got back to the Great Planet.... the old Queen will be revived... and then you can save me.." Belamis said.

"It will be a big gamble...." Replied Princess Aurora.

"The old Queen is ailing... with this speed, we still have to travel at least 5 days.... I am afraid she could not make it... warp flight will take us there in less than 3 hours..." Belamis said, as she looked at the calculations.

"This is the only way to save her.." Belamis said.

Princess Aurora replied, "...but..."

Belamis looked at Princess Aurora, and said, "Princess Aurora, the old Queen is like my mother now. If she died, my heart would be torn apart. I would rather suffer any pain, any torture than to watch her die like that."

Princess Aurora immediately remembered the sad legend about how the Gariusu giantess gave her life for the Queen a thousand years ago....one night... the old Queen told her more about how the Gariusu giantess was tortured and suffered as she fought to protect the Queen one thousand years ago.

"What ????" Exclaimed Princess Aurora.

The old Queen continued to tell Princess Aurora the story a thousand years ago, handed down by word of mouth from one Queen to another.

"Yes....the attacking enemies captured the Gariusu giantess. In order to force the Gariusu giantess to reveal where she hid the Queen, the enemies tortured her for days, subjecting her to the most horrendous torture."

The old Queen voice shook, as she continued, "The giantess suffered for nights and days excruciating pain. They cut her flesh off bit by bit, they scorched her body with red hot iron, they ripped her muscles apart."

"The giantess refused to give away the location of the Queen....the enemies stepped up the torture: they plugged her eyes out, broke her fingers and bones one by one....all kinds of torture...the Gariusu giantess endured.....not even letting out a cry....body shaking immensely because of the horrid pain she experiences...." The old Queen recalled, her voice shook and tears rolled out of her eyes. Princess Aurora shed tears, as she listened.

"All her body was cut open, she bleed all over, and her blood covered the meadow, the hillside and even the streams and river turned red with her blood...she clutched her teeth...refusing to let out even a groan....until finally helped arrived, the new Queen came with her protectors and drove away the enemies...they found the Gariusu giantess lying in a pool of blood, body mutilated... .. but she was still alive...in gruesome pain, the the Queen crying, the giantess could barely move, but she still uttered softly the words ma ma...and tears rolled out of the giantess hollow eye sockets.. her tear glands were still there... then the guardians of Gariusu giantess took the bleeding Gariusu giantess away... and she was never seen again.... legends had it that she was healed and went to protect other planets.."

Princess Aurora cried, "You mean... one day Belamis would suffer like that ?" Princess Aurora asked in a shaking voice. The old Queen looked at her, and looked away, "Belamis...... she was willing to sacrifice herself even before she knew she was a Gariusu giantess....and from her behavior I saw...." The old Queen stopped.

Princess Aurora gasped.

"The Gariusu giantess are beings that are extremely strong and tough..... but with body that can experience indefinite pain.. very very excruciating pains beyond imagination.......their almost immortal body is like a curse....their enemies can inflict all kinds of torture on them...." Said the old Queen.

As Princess Aurora recalled that conversation, she looked at Belamis, and her eyes filled with tears, and she immediately realized, Belamis indeed was the Gariusu giantess, willing to suffer any pain for the her love to the Queen.

"OK. You have to be careful." Princess Aurora remarked, holding back her tears.

Belamis nodded, and she turned away, also holding back her tears.

Queen Cosmos landed on an asteriod, where Belamis carried the old Queen out to the open.

"Are you ready ?" Princess Aurora asked.

Belamis nodded.

Princess Aurora lifted the scepter and fire the beam at Belamis, and instantly she turned into the giantess form.

Belamis then placed her palm over the old Queen, and began emitting her own life energy to the old Queen.

Princess Aurora watched, as Belamis knelt down, and sending her own life energy out, and Princess Aurora shed tears as she watched the scarred body of Belamis.

After 20 minutes, Belamis turned back to human form, and she was on her knees, and could not stand up. Cold sweat was all on Belamis' face, and she was shaking.

"Help the old Queen back to Queen Cosmos first.." Belamis said, her voice was weak.

"I will be right back.." Princess Aurora replied.

After Princess Aurora took the old Queen in, she helped Belamis up, and headed to the cockpit.

"I have placed the old Queen in the protection chamber..." Princess Aurora said, "I will also go into my protection chamber now."

Belamis suited up, and sat on the pilot seat, "Signal me when you are ready..." Belamis said.

Princess Aurora entered to her protection chamber. Warp flight strained human being, and both her and the old Queen need to be in the chamber to be protected from the stress of warp flight.

Princess Aurora said in the transmitter, "I am ready...", and in her thought, "..Belamis...you must hang on..."

"Ten seconds to warp flight.... five, four, three, two, one..." Belamis counted and then pushed the lever to initiate the warp flight. Immediately Belamis groaned in pain..."arhh...eee.....arh..." She clutched her teeth.... before the intense pain on her body caused her to black out.

After a long silence, Queen Cosmos was in the vicinity of the Great Planet, out from the warp flight.

Princess Aurora exited her chamber, she looked at the chamber beside her where the old Queen was lying. The old Queen was normal, and was asleep. She then ran to the cockpit.

The Belamis was unconscious. Belamis was weakened after she transfer a large part of her energy to the old Queen, normally Belamis would not have any problem in warp flight, but this time the stress of the flight was too much.

"Belamis... Belamis.." Princess Aurora tried to wake her up.

Belamis gradually opened her eyes, and she took a deep breath, and struggled to stand up.

"No... you are too weak now.." Princess Aurora said.

"We must land the Queen Cosmos first..." Belamis said.

Then suddenly Queen Cosmos shook, and alarms sounded...

"The thrust and the engines have trouble..." Princess Aurora cried.

Belamis scrambled to the pilot seat and grab the steering controls.

"No... Queen Cosmos is loosing energy and thrust..." Princess Aurora yelled.

Belamis steered Queen Cosmos, trying to stabilize it. The two women gazed anxiously as Queen Cosmos was approaching the Great Planet.

"Belamis..." Princess Aurora remarked.

"I will stabilize the space ship... " Belamis pulled the thrust and the controls, so that Queen Cosmos was in a landing mode...

Then Queen Cosmos touched down... but it was still racing at high speed.

"We have to stop it..." Princess Aurora cried, "... ahead is a deep valley!!"

Belamis looked, and she said, "You take over! I will go and stop it!"

She ran out of the cockpit.

"No... Belamis!!" Princess Aurora yelled.

Belamis ignored the Princess cry, and ran as fast as she could in her weak body. She leaped out with all her might, and landed on the ground, and she moaned in pain.... her body was aching.

She stood before Queen Cosmos as it raced towards her.

".... have to stop it... even with only my bare hands.." Belamis thought.

The front landing gear hit Belamis, as she pushed with her hands... but Queen Cosmos was not slowing down a bit, Belamis knew all her wounds were torn...and the pain was all over her body.

"...no.... I have to save the old Queen and the Princess.." Belamis thought...and suddenly she cried out aloud, as she was thinking to save the Princess and the old Queen.

Then Belamis transformed into her giantess form. Her concern and love to the old Queen and the Princess triggered her transformation.

"Belamis!!" Princess Aurora saw at the window Belamis in the giantess form, who caught Queen Cosmos with her hands and stopped it, and Belamis was bleeding.

Belamis hold Queen Cosmos in her hands, and gently put it down, and she said "Aurora...", before she transformed back to human form and fainted.

Belamis woke up, and then she said, "Old Queen!!"

"She's OK..." Princess Aurora replied.

Belamis found her lying on the bed, and she sat up and looked at Princess Aurora.

"We made it to the Great Planet.... the old Queen is resting in the Palace, she will recover." Replied Princess Aurora.

Belamis breathed a sign of relief, and lied down.

Then Belamis looked at Princess Aurora, and said, "She did not use her energy on me, did she ?"

"No... she didn't... I did..." Princess Aurora replied.

"You..." Belamis remarked, she got up and put her arms on Princess' shoulders.

"It's OK.... in the Great Planet, I can use the Galaxy Energy to heal you.." Princess Aurora said.

Belamis looked at Princess Aurora, and could tell that she was weakened.

"You... you don't have to.." Belamis said.

"No.... it is your bet that took me and the old Queen here safely, and your bet worked. Here, me and the old Queen's Galaxy energy are strengthened, and I can use the Galaxy energy to help you. All I did was to revive you, and that is not really a big deal. " Replied Princess Aurora.

Belamis looked at the Princess, and she got off the bed and put on her suit, and then she said to Princess Aurora, "Thank you."

"I have to fulfill my duty to protect you and the old Queen..." Said Belamis.

She then went out put on her cape and helmet.

"Belamis..." Princess Aurora thought.

On the Great Planet, the old Queen was able to revive because the Galaxy Energy were concentrated there, with Princess Aurora there to amplify and propagate it, the old Queen could rest and revive.

Belamis spent time in patrolling as well as tending the old Queen.

The old Queen placed her hands on Belamis face, as Belamis knelt before her.

"Belamis... you are a brave and compassionate warrior... and the Gariusu giantess...., one day you must receive all the Galaxy Energy you need..." Said the old Queen.

"This can wait... " Replied Belamis. She stood up and leave the room and went to her patrolling around the Great Planet. The reinforcement from the Galaxy Union would arrive six days later.

Princess Aurora watched Belamis patrolled everyday, and then when Belamis landed and exited her jet, Princess Aurora approached Belamis.

"I had something for you..." Princess Aurora remarked as she took out a necklace, with a small yellow star on it... same star on the badge wore by Kugo.

"What is this ?"

"Dr. Kitty made three badges for Kugo, Djorgo and Hakkah, and one necklace... she told me..."

Dr. Kitty said, "You shall find three cyborgs to protect you on the way to the Great Planet..you would give them these badges..."

"What's this necklace for ?"

"A fourth one.... the one that would protect the Galaxy Energy after... after you arrived at the Great Planet....these badges symbolize love, courage and friendship...the necklace... is for the warrior of love...."

"You are a kind and compassionate person at heart, only once lost, but now you found yourself...and transformed into the warrior of love..." Replied Princess Aurora.

Belamis nodded, and said, "I will protect you and the old Queen."

"You and Kugo are so alike in some ways...." Said Princess Aurora.

"What ?"

"You both like to have it your way, sometimes stubborn.... and interestingly, I am given the means to ... to make Kugo and you behave... Kugo had his head band which I can cause it to tighten.... and the scepter. However, I promise I will not use them on you both... for you two are free warriors..." Replied the Princess.

"I didn't know that about Kugo..." Smiled Belamis.

"You should have seen his look when I tried that thing..." Chuckled Princess Aurora.

Belamis smiled, and said, "Kugo is so rowdie at times... but I can make him behave..."

Princess Aurora laughed.

It's late, Princess and the old Queen were asleep, and Belamis stayed up and kept watch.

"Before the reinforcement arrive I cannot take any chances..." Belamis thought.

Then suddenly there was a loud bang.

A gigantic, tiger like monster appeared, then another one, a giant serpent also came.

Belamis hopped to her jet and set up to fight the monsters. She fired from her jet, but both the monsters could spit out blasts of flames and energy, Belamis steered the jet away and charged again, as she got out of her cockpit, and drew her sword.

The tiger monster roared and fired flames at Belamis which Belamis dodged, but the serpent attacked from the other side. Belamis leaped to her space bike and flew to the serpent.

She used her sword to slice the serpent, cutting its neck, the serpent lashed its tail at Belamis, nearly hitting her. Belamis then turned to the tiger monster and leaped out, trying to use her sword at the tiger.

The tiger violently shook its head but Belamis hold on and poked it with her sword, but it only mildly harm the beast. Belamis leaped away, only to be shot by a blast of energy beam from the serpent's eye.

"Arh..." Belamis fell to the ground. The serpent then coiled its tail round Belamis, trying to strangle Belamis.

"Arh...arh..." The tightening grip of the serpent was crushing Belamis, and she moaned in pain. The tiger approached the Palace, and Belamis saw both the old Queen and Princess Aurora there.

"No..." Belamis thought.... trying desperately to break free from the tightening strangle of the giant serpent. The serpent fired flames at her...

"Belamis!!" The old Queen exclaimed.

Belamis saw the old Queen, and in her heart she again had the will to fight and die for them, she transformed to the giantess and broke free from the serpent.

With herself freed, Belamis first caught the serpent by its tail and threw it far away. The tiger could fly in the air, and dive down and attacked her.

Belamis struggled with the tiger, and Belamis pushed it away.

Suddenly the serpent crept up to her and coiled onto her, trapping Belamis. The tiger monster then bit Belamis, sinking its teeth into Belamis left chest, and started to pull.

"Aarr..." Belamis moaned in pain, and she felt the pain. The serpent also turned its head and bit Belamis right chest, and pulling.

The serpent tighten its grip, trying to crush Belamis, and also trying to tear flesh from Belamis chest.

"Belamis!" Both the old Queen and Princess Aurora exclaimed.

Belamis let out a loud roar, using all her might, she broke free, throwing the serpent way, then she pulled the jaws of the tiger monster and pushed it back, but the tiger was relentless. The tiger lashed it claws at Belamis, scraping several wounds on her back and chest, before Belamis pressed the tiger down.

The serpent charged at Belamis, Belamis with one hand still holding the tiger down, used her left hand, and hit the serpent at its head. Belamis then grabbed the serpent's tail then tied it to the tiger's neck, and pull, using the serpent's like a large rope, and she pulled to tighten the noose on the tiger.

The two monster struggled, and Belamis used her strength and hold on, pulling the serpent hard and also squeezing the serpent's neck. As she was doing it, her chests bleed.

"Belamis... hold them right there!!!" Princess Aurora rushed forward, and let out her Galaxy energy, turning both the monster to normal beasts - a snake and a tiger, which Belamis let go.

Belamis breathed heavily, then she fell onto her knees, as the old Queen and Princess Aurora stood before her.

"... Queen..." Belamis uttered in her giantess voice.

The old Queen looked at Belamis in giantess form before her, and was teary, "Belamis..."

The Belamis turned back to human form and collapsed.

Belamis laid on the bed, with Princess Aurora cleaning her wounds and bandaging her. The old Queen stood by, very worried.

Belamis woke up, and she saw the two ladies. She tried to get up, Princess Aurora cried, "No... you are seriously wounded.."

"You cannot move now..." The old Queen added.

Belamis signed.

Then the old Queen felt dizzy, Belamis immediately got up and hold her, ignoring her wounds.

"I am OK.. just tired." The old Queen said.

Belamis looked at the Princess.

"Belamis.... I cannot stop her... she used her Galaxy energy..." Replied Princess Aurora.

Tears rolled out of Belamis eyes, and she carried the old Queen in her arms, and took her to her room and laid her down on her bed. Belamis knelt beside the old Queen's bed.

The old Queen reached out her hands and touched Belamis face, ".. I did not give all my Galaxy energy to you... just use them... on your wounds..."

Belamis could only said, "Why....." and tears began welling up in Belamis eyes.

The old Queen gently wiped Belamis tears from the corner of her eyes, and said, "I love you.... you are as dear to me as a daughter now..."

Hearing these words, Belamis hold the old Queen's hand and tears just rolled down her face.

Princess Aurora watched this scene, and was touched, "... Belamis ..."

The monsters' attacks came daily, and almost every time, Belamis returned wounded, sometimes in her giantess form, and Princess Aurora would tend her wounds everyday.

Belamis sat there silently, with her suit off and naked. She let Princess Aurora cleaned her wounds and applied bandages, throwing out the blood soaked ones.

Princess Aurora looked at Belamis' body, and thought, "She is strong, and her wounds are healing...but there are always new wounds..." She gently used a wet towel soaked in warm water to wipe off dirt from Belamis body.

"I am all dirty now..." Belamis said.

"Yes... you don't even have a chance to wash yourself..." Princess Aurora replied, as she cleaned Belamis' wound, and put on medications and pads, and putting on bandages.

"It will be another 5 days before any help arrive.." Belamis said, as she looked at her sword.

Unlike Kugo's Astro Lance, which and shot out Trizer Beam and Astro Thunder, Belamis's electromagnetic sword had to be used at close range. This put Belamis at a big disadvantage when fighting with large monsters.

Belamis put this question to Dr. Kitty and was waiting for answers. She suited herself up, ready to go.

"Dr. Kitty sent back this after you asked how to enable your sword to attack from a distance." Princess Aurora handed her a computer data cartridge. Belamis looked at it, and put it in her jet's computer.

It showed a schematic diagram of her sword, and how to change it so that it could shoot out blasts of electromagnetic shock and blasts.

Belamis nodded, and said, "Yes.. I suspected a long while that this can be done..."

She made the changes onto her sword, and then pulled it out like before.

"You mean now you can shoot using your sword ?" Princess Aurora asked.

"Theoretically yes..." Belamis replied. "My sword skills is good at close range combat, but not an advantage when facing monsters like those we see now.... Kugo's Astro Lance is a more advanced weapon than mine."

"You fighting capability is indistinguishable from that of Kugo.. he's the most powerful cyborg in the Solar System.. I suspect... you are also the strongest at your star system." Princess Aurora remarked.

Belamis looked at Princess Aurora, and said, "This comes at a price..."

Then the alarm sounded.

Belamis rushed out, saying, "Take care of the old Queen."

She leaped onto her space bike, drew her sword and ready to fight.

Chapter 14 Encountering the old queen

Finally the three weeks' journey ended. Queen Cosmos arrived at a safe haven, where it was safe from the attack of Golinkor forces, which were held back by the Galaxy Union.

Belamis had the task of protecting the Princess as the cyborg fighter.

The place was a planet away from the Great Planet, located at the galaxy system Large Magellanic Cloud, nearest to the Galaxy, so that the Galaxy Energy could be sustained. It was also at the end where it was farthest from Golinkor threats.

"Belamis, you will be the protector of the Princess here..." The Galaxy Union command sent in a message, ".. Kugo and Djorgo must come to the other front to help fighting off the enemies from Golinkor."

Kugo held hands with Belamis, as she looked at him. Djorgo and Princess watched.

"Go..... I will be fine." Belamis said to Kugo, gazing at his eyes, and she turned to the Princess.

"It's OK, Belamis is capable of protecting me." The Princess said.

"I will miss you both..." Djorgo said.

"Take care... Belamis, and you too.. Princess." Kugo.

The two cyborgs then flew away, with Belamis piloting Queen Cosmos, and preparing to land at a planet near one of the star.

Belamis looked, and her emotions were stirring. Princess watched her sat silently, she knew Belamis was very attached to Kugo, and it would be a long time they couldn't see each other.

"Prepare to land, Princess." Belamis sounded calm and wore a straight face as she prepared Queen Cosmos to touch down.

"She tried to sound as if nothing matters.." Princess thought.

Belamis figured that the Golinkor enemy could some how track Galaxy energy, to play safe, she setup an energy field to try and mask the Princess' trace of Galaxy energy, but that field could not be turned on constantly. Now she shut down the field as they were in the safe haven.

Queen Cosmos touched down, and the two came out.

"There it is.." The Princess pointed to a palace... "..the old queen of the Great Planet is here too."

"Old queen ?" Belamis asked.

"Yes.... when I assume the throne at the Great Planet, she moved here to spend the rest of her life here." The Princess added

Belamis looked at the palace. "She is very kind and gentle, like a mother to me... I think she would like you too.." The Princess said.

Then an old lady emerged from the palace.

"There she is.." The Princess said.

She was a lady with silvery white hair, and she wore a fine and beautiful robe, and had a crown on her head. She hold a scepter, and she nodded at them.

Belamis could not tell how old she was, yet the old Queen was still beautiful, though she had some wrinkles on her face.

Belamis gazed, and felt warm, "She was really motherly looking.."

She approached and hold her helmet at one hand.

The old Queen saw the two, and said, "Princess Aurora, nice to see you again.." She turned to Belamis, and said, "..and who is this fine young lady here ?"

"She is Belamis, she's from the army who is responsible to protect me." The Princess replied.

Belamis bowed her head, and said, "Your majesty, I am Belamis."

The old Queen looked at her. She smiled at said, "Come closer and let me look at you."

Belamis approached. The old Queen saw before her a young and smart warrior, beautiful and confident.

"I liked you... you looked like a brave and kind person." The old Queen said.

"Thank you." Belamis replied.

The old Queen was holding a scepter, the tip was a big gem.

At night, Belamis stayed up to be on guard. Then she felt a strange sensation.

"... somebody is calling me ?... what is it?" Belamis thought. She turned and felt that sensation was from the palace.

She placed her right hand on the sword, and entered the palace.

There the old Queen's scepter was placed at a table. The gem at the tip was glowing.

"What is it ?" Belamis thought, and she approached with caution.

Then suddenly the scepter fired out a beam and hit Belamis forehead.

"Ha...arh..." Belamis was hit, then she froze.

"I... cannot move..." Belamis was alarmed. Belamis struggled, but to no avail. There seemed to be a force field acting on her, and the more she struggled, the force field became stronger and she could not break free. Belamis started to moan as she struggled.

The stir woke both the old Queen and Princess up, and they came down and check out.

"What happened ?" The Princess exclaimed as she saw Belamis' state.

"I... cannot move a bit..." Belamis answered.

"Why is the scepter doing this .." The old Queen said.

Then Belamis suddenly lost her suit, and levitated in the air naked, showing her strong and muscular body.

The old Queen looked, and remarked, "..... she has such a strong body....."

Belamis, under the influence of the field, and floated out to the open air.

Belamis was all naked, and then her forehead glowed, and she just transformed to her giantess form.

The old Queen was stunned, as she looked at the strong and muscular giantess before her.

"You ....you are a Gariusu giantess ?" The old Queen approached, and looked at Belamis in great astonishment.

Belamis was even more confused, and she still could not move. She let out a low voice sound, "...Gariusu..."

The scepter seemed to have a life of its own, and it emitted a force that was so powerful that it could subdue even Belamis in her giantess form.

"Arh.... arh.." Belamis tried to break free, but the force was extremely powerful, and Belamis flexed her muscles trying to break free, and the sound of her flexing if muscles was audible.

"No... don't struggle!!" The old Queen said, as she picked up the scepter.

The another light radiated towards Belamis.

Belamis looked at the old Queen, then she felt a kindness sensation in her heart, and Belamis saw in the Queen the same motherly look, just like her own mother.

Belamis then stopped struggling, the force field eased, and Belamis fell onto her knees, and she breathed heavily. Her struggle against the field was exhausting, and her pectorals were moving.

"What happened ?" The Princess asked.

"This scepter.... would start to activate itself... when it encounters the Gariusu giantess warrior.." The old Queen hold out the scepter, and looked at Belamis.

"Yes... you are the Gariusu giantess... a strong and brave one..." The old queen looked at the giantess before her, who was full of muscles, very strong.

Belamis flexed her muscles, and the flexing sound was audible, and she uttered, "...old Queen..."

The old Queen looked at her, and said, "...indeed..just like the legend said... you could hardly talk in your giantess form..."

Belamis looked, and was confused as to why she would just transform, yet somehow a presence caused her to keep kneeling down, and in her heart, there was a kind of reverence feeling she felt before the old Queen.

Then a drop of tear rolled out of Belamis right eye.

Princess Aurora said, "Belamis is crying..."

The old Queen nodded, and said, "..because... because the Gariusu giantess will love the Queen of the Great Planet ..." Then she approached Belamis, touching her hand.

"The scepter contained energy that could summon the giantess, and also subdue the giantess..." She said as she pointed the scepter at Belamis. A bright light shot Belamis forehead, and Belamis returned to her human form.

Belamis was still naked, kneeling before the old queen.

The old queen helped Belamis up, and said, "Indeed it is you.... you are back..." She wiped the tears on Belamis face, and looked at Belamis' blue eyes, still teary.

"..I... I am back ?" Belamis asked. She was totally confused, and stunned by what happened.

"Come in... I will tell you more about your race.." The old Queen said.

Belamis suited herself up, and followed the old Queen with the Princess.

"Sit down.... I have a long story for you both..." The old Queen said, as she looked at her scepter.

Belamis sat, and looked at the old Queen.

The old Queen hold the scepter, and said, "This scepter, contained the energy that can summon a Gariusu giantess.... and it could also subdue the Gariusu giantess, under the will of its master. This scepter is from Gariusu."

"... from Gariusu... my home planet ?" Belamis said.

"Yes... your home planet...... it was given to the Queen of the Great Planet... eons ago by some godlike beings. If Belamis was transformed by the power of the scepter...only this scepter could turn Belamis back to human form." The old Queen said, and she turned to Aurora.

"Remember the old legend I told you ?" She said.

Aurora said, "Yes.... it was about the old Great Planet ... you showed me a bed of bright red flowers covering half a hill and a big meadow.. you called them ... Yarisa... you said it was about love... you did not tell me the rest of the story.."

"It is about love and courage... a long long time ago..." She looked at Belamis, "...a Gariusu giantess was there to protect the Queen at the Great Planet. She fought bravely with monsters attacking the planet, she protected the Queen selflessly... and at the very last battle... the monsters tortured the giantess severely, and the Gariusis giantess suffered, her blood was spilled everywhere...... covering half the hill and the meadow..."

Princess Aurora covered her mouth in shock... imagining the horror of the battle to have so much blood spilled.

Belamis listened, and remembered her wounds, and she bowed her head, thinking of her mother, Dr. Kitty, and the old Queen before her.

"... Yarisa ... in the old language at the Great Planet... means the blood of love from the warrior.." The old Queen continued.

"Every 1000 years .... there will be a Gariusu giantess who will help protecting the Galaxy Energy..." She looked at Belamis.

"The only way to identify one is the scepter, handed down from one Queen to another, when the Gariusu giantess shows up...".

Belamis looked at the old Queen, and said, "..you mean.. that is me ?"

Princess Aurora immediately remembered how Belamis almost got herself killed when she fought the photon master. "That was her act to guard the Galaxy Energy..?"

"I knew what you did when you sacrifice yourself .... you nearly got killed....." The old Queen knew about that... ".. only the correct Gariusu giantess will respond to the scepter.."

"Those godlike beings who first gave this scepter to the Queen at Great Planet many eons ago, were intelligent beings that were pockets of energy with life. According to the legend, they are also the guardian of the Gariusu giantess. They will heal the Gariusu giantess, and the energy this scepter emit will resonate with the Gariusu giantess." The old Queen said.

Belamis looked at the scepter, and gazed in awe.

"According to the legend... once the Gariusu giantess appeared before the Queen... she would have to undergo many tests...."

"What tests ?" The Princess asked.

"I have no idea..." The old Queen said, "... because we have not seen one Gariusu giantess for 1000 years.."

She looked at Belamis, and touched her face, "... my child... all I know is that, the tests will be very painful for you..."

Belamis listened, and looked at the old Queen at her eyes. The old Queen clearly was concerned with Belamis for she might suffer a lot, not just the tests.

"Whatever the tests....." Belamis replied slowly... "...I am not afraid."

For days, Belamis remained outside, keeping watch.

"I wonder... what tests ..." Belamis thought.

The Belamis saw a strange glow at the palace again.

"The scepter..." She thought.

The scepter floated by itself out the palace and approached Belamis.

"... if it is the test...." Belamis thought.

Then suddenly a ball of light emitted from the scepter, and the ball of light engulfed Belamis.

"....haa...." Belamis cried. Then she lost her suit, and was all naked. Then Belamis levitated out to the open, and then turned into the giantess.

Out of nowhere, four shackles chained Belamis on her hands and feet, and the ball of light carried Belamis away.

Belamis was surprised, and the ball of light took her to a mountain, then the four chains fixed on the mountain, effectively chaining Belamis to it.

"Arrh..." Belamis roared, and she tried to struggle free, but the chains and shackles appeared to be made of ultra-hard materials, even Belamis exerted all her muscles and strength, yet she could not break free.

The sound of Belamis' roaring woke up the Princess and the old Queen, and they rode shuttles out and looked for Belamis. They found her chained to the mountain.

The old Queen looked, and tears rolled out of her eyes.

"... my poor child.... I just don't want you to go through this... but I can do nothing about it...it is the fate of Gariusu giants..." Said the old Queen, and she raised her shuttle and flew towards Belamis face, touching Belamis' face with both her hands.

Tears rolled out of Belamis eyes, as she was touched by the kindness of the Queen, and Belamis could only let out a low voice growl....

The Princess also approached, and looked Belamis in her eyes, "..Belamis..."

"Au...ro..ra.." Belamis said in her giantess voice.

"The tests... are going to be tough...and painful....." The old Queen said.

"The previous Queen was told... to treat the Gariusu giantess as a slave and not to give her love... " Said the Queen.

"Why ?" The Princess asked.

"For if the Gariusu giantess felt the love of the Queen, or if she felt loved... she would repay the love by suffering indefinitely all kinds of torture... thinkable and unthinkable.... the previous Queen gave the Gariusu giantess love... and the giantess, in protecting the Queen, suffered the most gruesome torture and pain...that's why she spilled her blood in the Great Planet..." The old Queen looked at Belamis, she saw those scars on Belamis body, ".... Belamis..."

Belamis listened, and she roared, trying to free herself.

Then suddenly the chains just detached, and a ball of energy carried her to a deep gorge.

The Princess and the old Queen followed.

There the chains at Belamis hand attached to the sides of the gorge. Then there was a earthquake, the gorge broke open, and the two sides were pushed apart by seismic force, pulling the arms of Belamis.

"...its the test of strength..." The old Queen said.

The seismic force was tremendous, pulling Belamis both arms, Belamis roared, and pulled with her arms, and exerting her pectorals... veins popped out on her arms, and pectorals. The sound of her muscles exerting was audible.

"She was so strong..." The Princess wondered.

"Gariusu giants were strong beings.. but the strongest ones are the giantesses.... the one chosen to protect the Galaxy Energy will be the strongest giantess...." The old Queen said.

Belamis was fighting the seismic force that could move earth and mountain with her own body... and she roared as she pulled with her arms and using her pectorals.

"Look... the gorge is closing again.." The Princess said.

Belamis strength was so great that she pulled back the sides of the gorge.

Then the chains detached, and the same ball of energy took her to a tall cliff, where she was chained on four limbs. Then many large boulders came hitting Belamis. The boulders hit her body, especially on her torso. Sharp edges of the boulders were directed at Belamis breasts, especially at her nipples where it hurt most.

Belamis flexed her muscles, making her torso's muscles firm, and her pectorals turgid.

The Princess could not bear to watch. The rain of boulders lasted for hours, before it stopped, and Belamis body was all in blood. She breathed heavily, with her chest moving as she breathed in and out.

"She is going to be chained there like this?" The Princess asked.

"...until the tests end..." The old Queen said, as she watched Belamis tearfully.

Belamis looked at the Princess and the Queen, she saw their caring eyes, and was touched.

"not painful..." Belamis muttered.

The old Queen flew to Belamis on her shuttle, and touched her nose, and tears rolled out of Belamis' eyes.

"She is so gentle, brave and innocent..." The old Queen looked at Belamis.

For days, Belamis remained in her giantess form. The ball of energy seemed to have intelligence, and took her through a lot of tests to test her strength and endurance. One was having her chained to the same gorge where the seismic force was pushing the sides of the gorge apart, but this time it was her legs being chained. Belamis felt the force pulling her legs, and as her legs were pulled apart, widening to a split leap, exerting the tendons on her thighs...

"Arr..arr.." Belamis felt the stress on her tendons, then she exerted her muscles and pulled back.

The old Queen and the Princess were there to witness, as Belamis endured and again passed those tests.

At night, Belamis was chained to the mountain said, standing upright, and her arms were up, as the chains on her hands were attached way up, not letting her to put her hands down.

The old Queen was compassionate, she always approached and comforted Belamis by patting her face. Belamis looked at the old Queen, and nodded.

The old Queen then told the Princess the story.

"The previous Giantess was also like Belamis. In the legend that passed on to us, the previous Queen was delivered a baby girl... that was the a orphan from Gariusu...the giantess. The Queen raised the girl, but was told by the intelligent beings not to love her, but treat the girl coldly... but as the girl grew up to a young woman, and became the giantess, the previous Queen could no longer treat her like she treated a slave, and the Queen loved the girl.... the girl, eventually became the giantess, knew that the Queen loved her, and as she felt the love... she repaid the love ... she broke off the chain in the first battle and fought the monsters .... and in the end, in protecting the Queen, she was tortured horribly by the enemies who attacked the Great Planet... until... until.... "

"Until what ?..." The Princess asked.

The old Queen could not continue. The legend had it that the giantess suffered the most horrid torture in the entire universe.

"The giantess suffered .. her blood covered the meadow and half the mountain... and a ball of energy took her away.. " The old Queen finished the story, eyes in tears, as she peered towards the mountain where Belamis was chained.

In the dark night, Belamis could not sleep. She was chained to the side of the mountain, and she wanted to break free. Her heart suddenly ached, as she thought she had to free herself and protect the old Queen. She wailed loudly, and pulled the chains with all her might. As she pulled, her wrists and ankles bleed, as the pulling was scaping her flesh.

"What is the sound ?" The Princess asked.

The old Queen listened, and said, "... that's Belamis, she is wailing... trying to break the shackles on her..." The old Queen said. "We must go.."

She and the Princess flew to the mountain on their shuttle.

There Belamis was struggling to pull the chains, eyes in tears. She pulled so hard that the shackles cut deeply at her wrists and ankles, and they were bleeding.

"Belamis..." The old Queen approached. "We are here..." She gently touched Belamis nose, as Belamis looked at her, and breathed heavily. She kept on pulling the chains.

"...don't pull.. it will hurt you..." The old Queen said gently.

"Belamis, we are here.." The Princess said, also trying to comfort Belamis.

"...the final test..." The old Queen remarked.

The ball of energy cut open Belamis pectorals, and two hooks poked into her pectorals, poking on Belamis' nipples and out her pectorals.

Then the hooks with chains at the end attached to the wall of a cliff, and there was a great earthquake, which pulled the chains.

"Arhhh..." Belamis groaned as the hooks pulled on her pectorals.

"Belamis!" Princess Aurora exclaimed.

"This... is the final of the initiation rites.... the force would pull on the hooks that penetrated Belamis' pectorals..." The old Queen said.

As the earth moved, the cliff moved away, pulling the chains, and the hooks on Belamis' pectorals.

Belamis exerted her pectorals, and endured the torture.

"It is like the initiation rite of some tribes on Earth..." Princess Aurora said... she read about these kinds of rites, and the rites were for warriors to prove their courage.

Belamis felt the pull on her pectorals, like ripping her muscles apart, but she endured.... without making even a sound of pain.

Then finally the earthquake stopped, and the ball of energy released the hook from Belamis' pectorals...

Then suddenly there was a great shaking and explosion.

A gigantic monster appeared, like a large bear, approached.

Belamis saw the monster, and roared, pulling the chains even harder, ignoring her wounds on her pectorals.

"We have to flee!!" The Princess shouted.

The old Queen and the Princess tried to fly on their shuttle and flee, but the monster shot out blasts of energy, nearly hitting them.

Belamis saw the old Queen and the Princess in danger, and roared. In her mind, after the several days of encounter, she cared about the old Queen so much that she would not let anyone harm her.

She looked at the old Queen, eyes filled with tears, and pulled the chains even harder, and the cut on her wrists and ankles bleed.

The old Queen said, "...the last test... if Belamis could break the shackles like the previous giantess did... she would be the worthy warrior..."

Princess Aurora looked, as Belamis roared and pulled the shackles.

Then the monster's energy blasts hit the shuttles, and both the old Queen's and the Princess' shuttle had to land. The two women began running, but the monster was closing in.

Belamis roared, then suddenly her strength multiplied and she broke the shackles. Belamis threw herself and shielded the old Queen and Aurora with her body, and monster's energy blasts hit her back.

Belamis then turned and pushed the monster with her bare arms.

"Heeee....yaahhhhhh...." Belamis yelled, as she exerted her muscles, pushing the monster back.

The bear like monster hit Belamis with one paw, the claws slashing Belamis chest, leaving several cuts on her body.

Belamis braved the pain, and charged the monster, hitting its abdomen with her might. The monster fell over. Then Belamis reached below the monster, and lifted it up with her arms and threw it to the mountain, then she leaped up and kicked the monster head.

Belamis then wrapped her arms round the monster's neck, and tightened her arms to try and strangle the monster. The monster could not breath, and gradually collapsed.

"Belamis... don't kill it!!" The old Queen shouted.

Belamis turned, still holding her arms tight to subdue the monster.

"Belamis, could you keep holding it ?" The Princess said.

Belamis nodded.

Then the two ladies emitted Galaxy energy, turning the monster back to a regular bear.

Belamis let it go.... and looked at the two ladies.

The old Queen approached Belamis, and looked at the brave giantess before her.

"You are really the Gariusu giantess...", Said the old Queen.

Belamis nodded, and she fell onto her knees. The old Queen held up the scepter and a beam shot at Belamis forehead, and she transformed back to her human form, and then collapsed.

"What happened..." Belamis woke up, and asked, after she spent days in coma.

It was the Princess beside her, "You ... went through the tests for the Gariusu giantess.." Said the Princess.

"The tests..." Belamis asked, as she recalled the events.

"How's the old Queen ?" Belamis remembered.

"She is alright. You needed rest..." The Princess said.

Belamis closed her eyes, but actually she did not sleep. She got off her bed silently and suited up, and stayed beside her jet.

Upon daybreak, the old Queen saw Belamis in her suit, sitting on the back of her jet. Belamis saw the old Queen, and she hopped down from her jet, and approached.

The old Queen looked at her, and gently touched Belamis face.

Belamis felt she was like a mother to her, just like Dr. Kitty, and she said, "I will protect this place, you and the Princess with my life."

The old Queen looked at Belamis, and said, "You are really the same as the Gariusu giantess.... you looked exactly like her...", she took out a scroll, and opened it. It was an ancient document, and on it was a drawing, showing a giantess fighting a monster.

Belamis looked and was amazed. That giantess looked like her.

"The legend said... your race of giants were peaceful and helpful beings, and some of you wandered in the universe helping others.." The old Queen said.

Belamis immediately remembered her days of wandering... she would also helped others in need.

"I have no place to go.... my home planet blew up.. and my people all perished." Belamis said, swallowing her sadness.

"No.... I think there are some of your race... the Gariusu giants around... it just that you have not met them yet.." The old Queen said.

"... you mean.. I can still find my people ?" Belamis said.

"I don't know.... but we heard the legends about your people in different planets...." The old Queen said.

Belamis looked at the heavens, thinking of the prospect of meeting her own kind again.

"You are a brave warrior already. I know you only learned about your past recently...." The old Queen said.

Belamis nodded. She had yet to come to terms with her identity. She thought she was the daughter of Gariusu's general Conan, then she knew she was adopted -- an orphaned child. Now she learned she was the Gariusu giantess that would guard the Galaxy Energy.

"How ironic... before this.. I tried to capture Princess Aurora, and use the Galaxy Energy to build my ideal world... now I turned out to be one that supposed to guard it..." Belamis said.

"Maybe... it's your fate... that in the end you be the protector of Galaxy Energy after all.... and you did your redemption at Great Planet by fighting the photon monster..." The old Queen said.

Belamis looked at the old Queen, somehow she felt she knew the old Queen for a long time.

The Princess and the old Queen sat in the palace, with Belamis standing.

"Princess Aurora, I will hand you this scepter...." The old Queen said, as she passed the scepter to Princess Aurora.

"What am I supposed to do with it..?" Princess asked.

"....Belamis .. the Gariusu giantess... will be summoned by this scepter..." The old Queen said, "... you will use this scepter .."

"No... Belamis is a free spirit..." The Princess said, as she looked at Belamis, ".... she will protect us with or without this...".

"..this scepter does more than summoning the giantess.. it could call on 'spirits' that would guard Belamis.." The old Queen said.

"'spirits' ?" Belamis asked.

"I called them 'spirits', but actually they are a race of energized lifeforms, without body but only energy.... they are the ones that will protect you..." The old Queen said.

"...In the legend.... these 'spirits' will heal the Gariusu giantess..." The old Queen replied.

Belamis nodded.

"But before I hand the scepter to the Princess..." The old Queen put her hands on Belamis chest and torso, and said, "...this will strengthen you...".

Immediately Belamis felt some energy flowing into her body.

"No.... " Belamis stepped back.

She knew the old Queen was giving her the Galaxy Energy.

"No..." Belamis shook her head, and she felt her muscles were stronger already.

"You cannot do this.." Belamis said, and her voice was trembling with emotion.

"My child.... I have lived my life... and Aurora will be the one sustaining the Galaxy Energy.. .you will need all the resources.." The old Queen was determined to give her bit of energy to Belamis.

Belamis said, "No!"

"Then I have to force you.." The old Queen held out her scepter.

A beam shot at Belamis' forehead, turning her to the giantess. Belamis immediately let out a loud cry.

"What are you doing..?" The Princess exclaimed.

Tears streamed out of Belamis' eyes, and she muttered.."No..". The scepter radiated out energy that subdued Belamis, and the energy forced Belamis to kneel down, and Belamis was crying out in sorrow..."Arhhhh...."

"Please stop... Belamis is not willing ..." The Princess begged.

The old Queen point the scepter to the Princess and trapped her in a ball of energy.

The old Queen had tears in her eyes, she then said, "I waited for so many years for you to come.... your ancestor saved the previous Queen by giving her life. When that giantess was about to die... the Queen gave her last energy to save her.. this was the legend -- if the Queen gave love to the giantess, and the giantess loved the Queen in return, one of them will die..."

"You are going to transfer all your Galaxy energy to Belamis ?" The Princess shouted.

"Aurora, this has to be done... otherwise Belamis could not become the ultimate Gariusu giantess to protect Galaxy energy, and to fight the enemies.." The old Queen said, in tears.

The Princess cried, and said, "No...... it cannot be true... you don't have to do it.."

Belamis heard the words, and more tears rolled from her eyes, and she shook her head.
Then Belamis exerted her body even harder, trying to break free from the energy field, but the field was like a gripping hand, Belamis could not break free, and she wailed loudly....

"Just a bit more...." The old Queen continued beaming the Galaxy Energy to Belamis.

As the Galaxy Energy strengthened Belamis, Belamis let out a loud roar, and broke free from the energy field.

"...she was so... so strong... not even the scepter could subdue her..." The old Queen wondered. She did not know that Belamis was extraordinarily stronger even than the Gariusu giantess because her body was strengthened by the cyborg technology.

Then suddenly another monster appeared from the sky, flying down to them.

Belamis looked at the Queen and the Princess. She picked them up and placed them in the palace doorway, and then Belamis rushed to fight the monster.

"Belamis..." The old Queen looked at her.

"She is gentle and brave..." The Princess said, "...and the last thing she want to happen is for you to die for her..." The Princess told the old Queen.

The monster was a winged being, holding a spear. It landed, and lashed the spear at Belamis.

Belamis had no weapons, so she could only dodge and avoid the spearhead. Then as Belamis dodged she rolled on the ground at got near the monster, and she kicked the monster.

The monster had tentacles at its back, and the tentacles shot blasts of flames at Belamis. Belamis was hit and moaned in pain.

Then the monster pulled out another spear and used both spears at Belamis. Belamis dodged as she braved the pains on her body. The monster then spitted out venom from its mouth, hitting Belamis eyes.

"Arrhh.." Belamis cried in pain. The venom made Belamis eyes hurt, she shut her eyes and couldn't see.

The monster then poked the spears at Belamis, the spears poked through Belamis chest, one at each of her breast, and the monster pinned Belamis down with the spears.

"Belamis!!" The Princess yelled.

Belamis could not move, the spears pinned her to the ground, and she was seriously injured.

Belamis rubbed her eyes to wipe off the venom, and she could see. The monster then shot more blasts at her.

"Arrhh...." Belamis groaned in pain, and tried to pull the spears out of her body, but the monster stepped on her right arm, then use a sword and jabbed her left arm. Belamis was totally overpowered by the monster.

"I have to give Belamis all of the Galaxy Energy.." The old Queen said, and she hopped on her shuttle and flew right to Belamis, who was fighting the monster.

Belamis saw the old Queen approached, she roared and forced herself to rise up. As she did this, the spears went right through her body.

The monster waved the sword and jabbed Belamis at her left side. Belamis grabbed the monster's hand and punched it, then she used her handchop and hit the monster, forcing it to let go of the sword.

But the monster was tough, it stepped back, and then sprayed out sharp spikes, hitting Belamis.

Belamis fell to the ground, with several spikes piercing deeply to her body.

The monster then shot out a beam of electromagnetic energy, hitting Belamis.

Belamis groaned in pain, and she tried to stand up and fight.

"Belamis... receive the energy." The old Queen approached her, then a beam of Galaxy Energy shot at Belamis chest.

"Queen..." Belamis said. The monster then shot the electromagnetic beam at the old Queen, as she gave out her last bit of energy.

"No...!" Belamis shouted, as the old Queen's shuttle was hit. Belamis caught the old Queen on her palms.

The monster pulled another spear and headed towards Belamis. Belamis was holding the old Queen with both hands and could not fight, and the spear poked through her chest.

Yet Belamis ignored the onslaught, and looked at the old Queen, in tears.

"... Belamis.... I have given you my last bit of energy...".

Immediately Belamis felt a strong burst of energy through her body and her muscles flexed and became much stronger.

The monster tried to pull the spear out, but couldn't.

Belamis exerted her pectorals so hard that the spear was grabbed by her muscles, she roared and then pulled the sword from her torso and slashed the head off the monster.

Then she leaped back, and the spear was pulled out. Belamis then threw the sword at the monster, the sword jabbed through the monster, and the monster exploded.

With blood all over, Belamis knelt down, holding the old Queen in her palms, and Belamis cried.

The old Queen looked at the innocent giantess before her and cried too. The old Queen was very weak.

"No...." Belamis was teary, and she tried to use her own life force to save the old Queen.

The old Queen raised her scepter and the energy field forced Belamis to put down the old Queen and hold her in a kneeling position, so that she could not move.

Belamis wailed in sorrow, as she was subdued by the energy. The Princess ran towards them.

"You majesty!!" The Princess approached the old Queen.

"My last bit of the Galaxy energy in me... was meant for sustaining me until the Gariusu giantess come... now she is here.." She looked at the teary Belamis.

"...but you will die..." The Princess said.

"... I should have died a long time ago, if I was not waiting for her.." The old Queen looked at Belamis.

Belamis tried to break free from the energy field, as she was wailing out loudly. She didn't want the Queen to sacrifice for her. Belamis struggled fiercely, and her exertion caused her to bleed more profusely, and blood was all over Belamis, with her wailing loudly.

"...it will be painful for her heart now..." The old Queen said, she pointed the scepter at Belamis, strengthening the field that entrapped Belamis.

"This scepter was used by the previous Queen.... she was told to enslave the giantess using this... but in fact this was the scepter to protect the giantess...." The energy field strengthened, tightening the grip at Belamis, with Belamis in tears, struggling fiercely.

The Princess looked at Belamis, and also the old Queen, and her heart was broken.

Belamis looked at the queen, in tears, as she felt the energy field gripping her like ropes, tightening onto her. She tried even harder to break away, then in a roar she broke free again.

Belamis' effort to break free was so powerful that the old Queen could not hold on to the scepter and dropped it. Immediately Belamis put her palm between the old Queen and the scepter to stop her from picking it up. Belamis looked at Princess Aurora, and Princess Aurora immediately got the hint, she picked up the scepter.

The old Queen saw that Belamis was so much stronger, and she stopped her from giving her last bit of energy. The old Queen looked at Belamis, and said, "Belamis...... why ?"

Belamis looked at the old Queen, and picked her up in her palms. The old Queen began to collapse, and Belamis radiated her own life force to try and restore the ailing old Queen, and tears rolled out of Belamis eyes.

The old Queen felt energy was streaming into her body, "..... Belamis... you are using your own life force to save me...... in the legend.... the giantess knocked off the scepter from the previous Queen's hand...then she trapped the Queen instead... and the giantess fought bravely....and finally the monsters captured the giantess, and tortured her to near death...before she dealt the final blow and killed them.... the giantess nearly died for the Queen..." The old Queen recalled..she knew the horrible torture that Belamis one day would suffer, and she looked at Belamis, who was crying.

"Belamis has a brave soul, and a heart full of love.... that will bring her even more suffering.." The old Queen looked at Belamis, she was crying for Belamis, as she could tell by Belamis' demeanor, she would be a very brave and altruistic giantess.

"Queen...." Belamis uttered in her low vice, and though she met her only a short period, Belamis already felt she was like her mother, and the idea that the old Queen died for her was unthinkable.

"Belamis...." The old Queen signed, and closed her eyes. She was too weak.

Belamis picked up the old Queen in her palms, and the Princess saw Belamis was teary.

Belamis looked, then she looked up the heavens, with tears rolling out of her eyes. The Princess heard and her heart broke as she saw Belamis cried.

Belamis was bleeding profusely. Princess Aurora held up the scepter, and a beam hit Belamis head, turning her back to human form. In human form Belamis was carrying the old Queen in her arms.

"Belamis..." The Princess exclaimed.

".. she is very weak..." Belamis said, face covered with tears, but she tried to sound calm.

"...the only way to save her is to bring her back to the Great Planet.." Replied the Princess.

Belamis looked at the old Queen in coma, and replied, ".... then we had to go...".

Belamis carried the old Queen into Queen Cosmos, with Princess Aurora following, and in no time Queen Cosmos launched.

"It will again take us three weeks to get there..." Princess Aurora said.

"We need help..." Belamis replied.

Then Belamis noticed the scepter which the old Queen used to subdue her. Aurora was the new owner of the scepter.

"Belamis... I will not use this at you.." Princess Aurora said, ".... you are not my slave, but my friend... and you are a free spirit.."

Belamis nodded, and said, "Thanks..." Belamis pushed the thrust of Queen Cosmos and set it full speed ahead, trying to get back to the Great Planet.
