Chapter 66 Back to Earth, and her nightmares

Belamis, with Nick, Medora and little Idina was heading back to Earth as soon as they could.

Belamis held Idina in her arms, and looked at the little girl. Idina held her little hands up and tried to reach for Belamis' face.

Belamis looked at Idina and bow her head to Idina. Idina touched Belamis' face with her little hands.

As those little hands touched Belamis' face, Belamis felt a strange sensation - it was like the feeling when her mother touched her face.

"Be...la..mis.." Little Idina babbled and gazed into Belamis' blue eyes.

Belamis gazed back and whispered, "What is it....?" She smiled and kissed Idina gently.

Idina was very fond of Belamis and she just keep touching her face, and then her mind connected with Belamis.

Belamis felt a shock, and she looked at Idina.

Idina eyes was filled with tears. It seemed that Idina could feel how much Belamis' heart grieved at her mother's death.

"I am back to Earth ....where my loved ones are..." Belamis said gently.

Belamis then took her suit off and breast fed Idina. Idina sucked Belamis' nipple, and she touched the scars on Belamis' chest.

Idina looked and gently radiated her Galaxy Energy to Belamis - at that instant some of the scars were gone.

"Thank you... little girl..." Belamis placed Idina back to her little crib, and Belamis rocked the little crib gently and hummed a song - that was the lullaby Belamis remembered her mother humming to her.

A lot of the memories of her past surfaced gradually since her trip back to Gariusu. Belamis was often alone on the deck of Starry Princess when everyone was asleep.

Medora noticed a few times that Belamis was outside alone, and thought to herself, "Belamis is loosing sleep again...."

Ever since Gariusu's destruction, Belamis wandered all by herself in space, and she often stayed awake for weeks in her jet not sleeping.

The trip back to Gariusu stirred up a lot of her memories. Belamis looked at the cosmos, and was thinking about Kugo and Dr. Kitty - both of which she cared a lot.

Medora came out for Belamis.

Belamis heard footsteps and turned. Medora looked at Belamis. Belamis stood up, and Medora hugged Belamis gently.

"Medora... we will soon be back on Earth... everything's gonna be OK..." Belamis said.

Yet a very bad feeling was inside Medora's mind. She remembered Idina's little pal Ben, and she remembered how he cried at Belamis.

"Let's get back inside..." Belamis said.

The Starry Princess soon arrived to the outskirts near Earth. Belamis could see Earth from the window.

"Kugo..." Belamis thought.

The transmission unit was on, it was Dr. Kitty, "Belamis..."

Belamis sat before the console and replied, "Dr. Kitty... we will arrive in about two hours..."

Dr. Kitty said, "Me..and Kugo will out to greet you..."

Belamis nodded.

Starry Princess landed in front of Dr. Kitty's research facility. Belamis, Nick and Medora came out, and with Belamis holding Idina.

Belamis was the last one to walk out, and her eyes immediately saw Kugo.

Kugo was on a pair of clutches, and he walked slowly to Belamis.

Belamis hold back her tears, and walked slowly to Kugo.

"She's the little girl you found ?" Kugo smiled.

Belamis replied, "Yes..." She and Kugo kissed.

Dr. Kitty approached, and said, "Belamis.... after you spend time with Kugo... can I examine you ? "

Belamis nodded.

"Kugo, let me introduce... this is Nick.." Medora said to Kugo.

"I heard a lot about you from Medora and Belamis!" Nick said, as he shook hands with Kugo.

"Let's get in and settle down..." Kugo replied as he gazed at Belamis.

Belamis placed Idina into Medora's arms and said, "Take care of her.." Belamis then walked with Kugo.

Kugo was stronger over the few months when Belamis was away, but his legs had not yet fully recovered, so he needed clutches to support him.

Belamis gently asked, "How's your progress ?"

Kugo smiled, "You shall see..."

Belamis nodded, and the pair slowly walked.

Nick held hands with Medora, and said, "Belamis is so happy when she saw Kugo..."

Medora remarked, "This is probably the place where Belamis can be happy...." She said this as she recalled Belamis' sadness when she visited Gariusu.

Belamis and Kugo got back to their quarters, and Belamis helped Kugo to sit down.

"I am confident that in another 6 or 7 months, I can fully recover!" Kugo said.

Then Kugo got up in his clutches, and said, "Let me show you something..."

Kugo walked slowly to a room, and then came out - in his left hand was a carrier.

"What's that ?" Belamis asked.

Kugo put it on the floor, and opened the side door.

Then out sprang a furry animal and it jumped to Belamis' thighs as she sat on the couch.

"It's adorable!" Belamis picked that animal up - it's a gray cat, with a star shaped bald mark on its forehead.

"Hahaha..." Kugo laughed, "I asked Djorgo to get it from a planet ..."

Kugo wanted to get Belamis a pet.

The cat was quite big, and its four legs were strong, but it rolled as Belamis played with it, and it purred at her.

Belamis gently stroke the cat, and said, "Does it have a name ?"

Kugo replied, "Nope...... you can name her yourself..."

Belamis held it up, and gazed at the cat's green eyes, and said, "I will call you Nako..." And she kissed Nako.

"Thank you..." Belamis said.

"I have to see Dr. Kitty...." Belamis remarked.

"Yeah..... you have to go... she is really worried about you..." Kugo replied. Kugo knew Belamis sustained a lot of wounds on her whilst she protected Medora as a giantess and also her battle with Delexa.

"Dr. Kitty wanted to make sure you are well..... she takes care of me a lot of the time.. but... you are not here on Earth..." Kugo replied.

"I will be back soon..." Belamis said, and she kissed Kugo.

Nako the space cat then jumped off the couch and followed Belamis as she went out.

"No.... stay!" Belamis smiled. Nako meowed loudly, and rolled on the floor, begging Belamis to take her along.

"OK...OK...." Belamis smiled. Nako jumped in a leap and landed on Belamis' shoulder.

Belamis remembered her little pet Mi. Mi used to sit on her shoulder too. She smiled at Nako.

"Come..." Belamis said. Nako rubbed his head at Belamis' face. He loved Belamis at first sight.

Belamis headed to the facilities and entered. Nako sat quite still on Belamis' shoulder. Belamis stroked Nako's fur and said, "Do you like me ?" Nako purred and rubbed her head on Belamis face and again.

Belamis chuckled, and walked to the room where Dr. Kitty was.

Belamis entered, and there was Dr. Kitty and Professor Dodge.

"Belamis..." Dr. Kitty gently said.

Belamis heart stirred. Dr. Kitty reminded her of her mother.

Dr. Kitty walked towards Belamis and gently touched her face. To Belamis it was reminiscent of how it felt when her mother touched her face like that. Belamis eyes glittered.

Dr. Kitty said, "You will have to undress and enter the examination chamber... I need to check you up thoroughly..."

Belamis nodded.

There Belamis was lying on the  examination chamber, naked.

All the sensors flashed at Belamis, taking all kinds of measurements and imaging on her.

Dr. Kitty operated the instruments and remained silent. Nako sat on a chair beside Dr. Kitty and looked at what's going on, meowing at times.

The large screens showed multiple images of Belamis' body, X-ray, infrared, and many other images.

Belamis body had grown more muscles, still slender, but the muscle defintion was very visible.

"So much wounds... so much traumas..." Dr. Kitty thought to herself.

Belamis laid there very still, and she peered at Dr. Kitty.

Dr. Kitty started a few programs to collect as much data about Belamis' body as possible, for she wanted to make sure the database as many of Belamis' body's data as possible - those data would be vital for Dr. Kitty in case Belamis was injured, Dr. Kitty could administer the most effective treatment on her.

Professor Dodge and Dr. Joey was there to assist.

"She is so much stronger than the last time I saw her..." Dr. Joey remarked.

Dr. Kitty's heart felt a pain - Belamis body endured so many wounds, as visible by the scars on it.

"She's very brave..." Dr. Kitty thought, as she recalled Belamis' many battles as the giantess and the cyborg.

After 3 hours, the examination was finished.

"Belamis, it's done... " Dr. Kitty said. Belamis exited the chamber, and put on her plain clothes again.

"Where's Medora and Nick ?" Belamis asked.

"I have arranged a quarters for them...." Dr. Joey said.

Belamis visited the quarters, and there they were.

"Belamis!" Medora came out, holding Idina in her hands. Belamis smiled, and Medora handed Idina to her.

Belamis took Idina from Medora's arm.

"Did you miss me ?" Belamis asked Idina, and let her hold her fingers. Idina babbled, and smiled at Belamis.

Nick emerged, and said, "Hey... how's everything for you and Kugo ?"

"I will get back to the quarters and join him..." Belamis said.

Belamis took Idina with her, and looked at the baby.

Nako saw Idina and Idina noticed her. Nako meowed at the baby girl.

"Hey... do you like Idina ?" Belamis asked gently.

Nako purred and licked Idina's face.

Idina babbled, and smiled.

Nick and Medora laughed at the adorable scene.

Idina held Nako's head with her little hands, and Nako purred and rubbed her face at Idina's face.

Belamis smiled and said, "Now Nako.. be sure to protect Idina...."

Nako meowed back at Belamis as though he understood.

Belamis smiled and turned to Medora, "Tonight you will be by yourselves, I will be with Kugo..."

Belamis returned to her quarters with Kugo, and she placed Idina on the couch, with Nako sitting beside her.

Kugo came out and said, "Hey!!! Little girl..." He approached Idina.

Idina smiled, and used her Galaxy Energy on Kugo.

"Oouhhhhh" Kugo's headband tightened.

Idina babbled and chuckled.

"Don't be naughty..." Belamis laughed and picked up Idina. "Are you hungry now ?"

Idina shook her head.

Belamis placed her onto a little bed she made for her.

"I will come back to you later..." Belamis smiled.

That night, Belamis made Kugo a meal.

Kugo ate it and said, "It is delicious!" Belamis learned this from her mother and Medona.

Then Kugo said, "Hey.. wash me..." Belamis teased back, "Don't count on it!"

She took Kugo to the bath and washed him and they was in the tub together.

Then the two kissed intensely. Then Belamis helped Kugo to dry himself, and helped him lay onto the bed.

Belamis dried herself up with a towel, and laid on top of Kugo.

Kugo looked at Belamis' body, now having a lot of scars.

"My body is not looking good..."Belamis signed...

"You are still very sexy..." Kugo smiled, and he kissed Belamis' nipples gently.

Then they touched each other, their bodies touched, before they made love again.

Kugo said, "This time I will lead..." He gently pushed his penis into Belamis' vagina, and pushed in slowly to make both of them feeling very pleasent.

Belamis enjoye it, and smiled.

The two was separated for months, and they really missed each other.

After they made love to each other, Kugo laid with Belamis, and he gently touched the scars on her.

"It really hurts..." Kugo whispered.

"I am not afraid..." Belamis gently said.

"But... I don't want you be hurt anymore..." Kugo kissed Belamis' cheek, his eyes filled with tears.

Belamis looked into the brown eyes of Kugo, as he gazed into Belamis' sapphire eyes. Belamis kissed Kugo again.

"Promise me... don't fight anymore... just cook for me..." Kugo said.

"I will cook for you... but..." Belamis replied and stopped short of promising Kugo.

Kugo signed. He was a cyborg too, though he gained a human like body, he knew both him and Belamis' destiny were to fight.

Belamis touched Kugo gently, and she laid her head on Kugo's strong chest. Kugo smelled her black hair, and said, "I missed this smell..."

"I missed your voice...your touch..." Belamis whispered. Kugo put his arms round Belamis and they slept together.

The next day Belamis was up early. She had to feed Nako the cat. He bounced around and meowed.

Then Belamis breast fed Idina, as she was hungry after a whole night.

"It's cute..." Kugo said, as he looked at Belamis breastfeeding the baby girl. Belamis let Kugo hold Idina...

"Hey little girl... do you like me and Belamis be your parents ?" Kugo laughed as he danced along with Idina in his arms.

Idina laughed, and said, "Kugo papa..." Belamis laughed.

Belamis replied, "She will one day grow up to be like Princess Aurora...perhaps be the Queen at the Great Planet, and I will be there to protect her..."

As Belamis spoke, Idina hold onto Belamis hand. Then Nako wrapped round Belamis' legs.

"Na...ko..." Idina babble. Belamis put her down to the floor, and Idina hugged the cat tightly. Nako was docile and let Idina played with him.

"How I wish we can live like this for the rest of our lives..." Kugo said as he watched the cosy and warm scence.

Belamis looked at Kugo, and she felt happy, but she understood what Kugo meant.

Belamis nodded and replied, "So am I..."

They stayed on Earth.

Then Kugo noticed something over the weeks - he would wake up in the middle of the night and found Belamis wide awake, sitting outside a few times.

At other times, Kugo was awaken - Belamis had dreams.

This night Belamis woke up again, she gasped softly, tryng hard not to wake Kugo. Her body was sweating all over.

Kugo looked at her and asked, "Did you have a bad dream ?"

Belamis sat up and looked at Kugo, and said, "It's OK...just a dream..." She kissed Kugo.

"Bad dreams ?" Medora said.

"Yes...... it seems Belamis has something in her that troubled her heart..." Kugo replied.

"Did you ask ?" Nick said.

The three are together, discussing this.

"She just keep saying its occassional..." Kugo replied and visibly worried about Belamis.

"She's stubborn...and kept her troubles to herself..." Nick said.

"Belamis does not want you to worry about her..." Medora added.

Kugo was frustrated, "Why can't she share this with me....? I can help her bear this ..."

"Maybe... let me.. and Idina try..." Medora said.

Belamis was sitting at the beach all by herself. She had dreams, and she couldn't tell Kugo about them.

Idina and Nako was playing beside her. Apparently Idina felt Belamis' heart was troubled.

Medora saw Belamis from afar, and hailed at her.

Belamis saw Medora, and smiled. Medora came, then knelt down, handing a piece of cat snack to Nako.

Nako purred and ate the snack.

"Hey.... how are you Idina ?" Medora picked Idina up, "Oh...you have grown bigger..." She smiled.

Belamis knew Medora came for her.

"Did Kugo tell you ?" Belamis asked. She was not angry at Kugo. She knew they all cared about her well being.

"Since you visited Gariusu.... I noticed that too.." Medora said.

Belamis knew the traumas in her past impacted her a lot. At Queen Lacets' death, she even suffered from hallucinations as she recalled.

Medora held her hands close to the side of Belamis head, and said softly, "Can ... can I look ?"

She asked because she knew Belamis  might not like her to see what's in her mind.

Belamis picked up Idina, and instantly the minds of Medora, Idina and Belamis connected.

Medora then saw in Belamis' mind a teary Belamis in her childhood, and beside the little Belamis was her mother.

Then the scene melted away, and Medora and Idina could no longer connect with Belamis' mind.

"What the ....?" Medora exclaimed.

Belamis was startled, and looked at Medora, "What happened....?"

Idina was troubled and babbled, "Be..la..mis..."

Belamis' heart sank - she had to bear the burden all by herself.

Dr. Kitty was in her labs, and she was talking to Kugo.

"Belamis has shouldered her pains for too long..." Dr. Kitty remarked.

"We have to help her...... I should have talked her out of going back to Gariusu..." Kugo said.

"Dr. Joey can help.... she is a trained councillor and can help Belamis to walk out of the dark shadows of her past..." Dr. Kitty said, "..but only if she says yes.."

...

"Councilling ?" Belamis replied.

Kugo nodded.

Belamis bowed her head, and was in deep thought. Then she replied, "Yes..." The bad dreams she had were getting worse. Kugo had noticed she woke up in the middle of teh night.

Belamis signed, and looked at Kugo.

"I want you to be well..." Kugo gently stroke Belamis long hair.

Belamis looked out the window, and replied softly, "Yes..."

Belamis was hypnotized by Dr. Joey.

"This will help you to relax..." Dr. Joey said gently.

They began the session.....

Chapter 65 Belamis at Gariusu - Belamis' painful memories...

Belamis joined the millitary and went to the base to be trained as a soldier.

Belamis' mother, Rose waited anxiously at home, worrying about Belamis.

Belamis was strong and brave, but it was her first time away from home and separated from her mother.

Like Belamis, Rose was a Gariusu giantess, but unlike Belamis she was not the warrior, and Belamis' biological father was killed when protecting Rose, when she was already pregnant with Belamis.

Rose felt strange as she was pregnant with Belamis, and she was forced to give birth in the wild.

"Arrh..." Rose groaned as she endured the pain of giving birth, and then there was the sound of a baby crying.

Rose signed, and she hold the little girl in her hand. She haven't named the baby girl yet.

Rose stayed with her people, the giant race, and the women helped her when she was giving birth.

"Oh....she's adorable!!" The women around Rose exclaimed.

The little baby girl sucked her little fingers, fast asleep, Rose hold her tightly.

"What's her name ?" One asked.

"...... I haven't decided yet..." Rose replied.

"The girl looks very healthy.... she cried loudly when she got out...." One said.

The girl opened her eyes, and it was a pair of beautiful sapphire eyes.

"Aw..." The others exclaimed.

Rose gently held the girl and breast fed her.

Then Rose went out with the girl, and wandered around, and she hold the baby tenderly.

Then a suddenly some balls of light surrounded her.

Rose was terrified and she ran...

"Don't run..... we are the guardians of Gariusu giantess warrior..."

Rose turned and uttered, "Gariusu giantess warrior...?"

"We mean... your daughter..."

Rose looked at her little baby girl, and stuttered, "She.... a warrior ?"

"We sensed her energy.... she is the one..." The guardians replied.

Rose knew the stories of Gariusu giantess warrior told by her ancestors, and asked, "What do you want ?"

"We mean no harm, but to see her if she is well..." The guardians said.

"Does she have a name ?" The guardians asked.

"If she is going to be a warrior, then...I will name her Belamis..." Rose replied.

"Belamis.... a name of a goddess.... its the goddess who protected people with her kindness and courage..." The guardians said.

Rose looked at Belamis, and said, "I wanted her to be a kind and brave warrior..."

"She will be...." The guardians said, "...but she will endure a lot of pain as the Gariusu giantess warrior..."

Rose looked at little Belamis in her arms, and her heart ached.

However Rose knew about Gariusu giantess warrior, and she knew she could not stop it, and she said, "What can I do to ...to give her a happy life ?"

"Love her..." Then the guardians disappeared.

Rose recalled the events and signed.

Meanwhile Belamis was in military. She bathed and noticed her body was getting stronger. Belamis did not know that it was her mother Rose who gave her the energy that boosted her body.

Belamis trained hard, and did even more than the rest. There she met Nick.

Finally at the graduation of the military, Belamis got the highest honor - the saber.


Nick cheered, "Good girl!!!"

Only Rose, Belamis' mother was there for the ceremony.

"Now may we present the saber, for the top in the cadet - Belamis!"

Belamis stood up and walked to the general presenting the prize.

"Belamis, now will be the lieutenant, will be awarded the saber, for her outstanding performance during her training here!" The man said.

All of the cadets applauded. Nick clapped and yelled, "Good for you!!"

Sonya was among the attending officers and she was jealous.


After the ceremony, Belamis went to meet her parents, and she hugged Rose.

Belamis looked for her father.

"Where's dad ?" Belamis asked, visibly frustrated.

"Belamis... your father is summoned by the chief commander.... he wanted to come..." Rose said.

Belamis was silent.

Rose knew that Conan had vehemently opposed Belamis joining the army. Yet after Rose' plead, Conan's heart softened, but Belamis' heart was hurt when her father was not there.

"Belamis... your dad give you this..." Rose took out a bracelet that could fit to Belamis' arm.

It's one that had a star shaped pattern and a jewel on it.

Belamis hold it in her hands.

"Belamis.. don't be angry with your father.... he loves you..." Rose said as she gently touched Belamis' face, and stroked her hair. Belamis had kept her hair just to shoulder length.

Belamis gently hugged her mother, and said, "I loved you.. and father..... I wish he is here to see me..." Then tears rolled out of Belamis' sapphire eyes. Rose looked into Belamis' eyes.

Belamis' had the same eyes and lips like Rose, and Belamis grown to be a beauty. Yet  she could no longer lead a life as an ordinary girl, but to be a soldier.

Rose hugged Belamis. Then Nick ran to Belamis and Rose.

"Congratulations!!" Nick said, and he noticed Rose, "I am Nick.... you must be Belamis' mother...I am honored to meet you..." And he bowed his head to Rose.

"Thanks for taking care of my daughter..." Rose replied.

"No sweat... Belamis is a tough girl and she's doing real fine....." Nick smiled. At the time Nick had a crush on Belamis.

Belamis replied, "Where's the other guys ?" Belamis was referring her platoon and Nick's platoon.

"Ha... we already reserved places in a bar... er...er..." Nick stuttered, as he looked at Rose, for it sounded a bit inappropriate.

"Go... have fun !..." Rose smiled, and she patted Belamis' shoulder.

Belamis smiled, and went with Nick.

Rose watched.

The Galaxy Energy weakened quickly, and monsters were everywhere.

Belamis' family moved to an underground quarters to be away from the flying monsters. Belamis was a fighter jet pilot, fighting the monsters.

This day she was flying in her fighter jet alongside with Nick and other soldiers.

Belamis saw the sensor and it detected the monsters, she said, "There are monsters ahead!"

"Let's get them!" Nick yelled.

They fought the monsters in their jets, and Belamis was one of the best fighter pilot, and she managed to shoot down three of them. Their team drove away the herd.

They returned to base, and everyone cheered. Belamis took her uniform off and changed to civilian clothes quickly.

"Hey! You are not going with us to celebrate our victory ??" Nick yelled.

"I ... I have to go home and see mother.." Belamis said.

Nick then nodded, and said, "It's OK... we can have beer some other time..."

Belamis smiled and said, "Thanks.."

Belamis then rode her craft and hurried home.

Then Belamis saw a many shadows.... Flying monsters!

"No!!!" Belamis thought. They were heading to the area her mother lived.

Belamis stepped on the gas and accelerated her craft. She arrived at the quarters her mother lived.

Belamis rushed in, and her mother was not there.

Belamis' home helper said, "Madam Rose left this morning..."

Belamis stormed out to the town....

Then there were people in panic.... the monsters were attacking everywhere, and the people ran frantically.

"Mother!!" Belamis yelled as she rode her craft, frantically trying to find her. Belamis did not want what happened to Medona happened to her mother.

Then Belamis saw her mother. Rose was taking shelter. Belamis stopped and ran to her.

"Mother...it's dangerous!" Belamis held Rose' hand.

Then Belamis pulled her mother along.

"Belamis..." Rose uttered..

"Mother.. we must run!" Belamis said. Then suddenly the flying monster came and attacked them.

Belamis pushed her mother onto the craft and started the engine, and she steered the craft.

The monster chased them, and Belamis tried hard to dodge the energy beams spitted out by the flying monster.

"No!!!" The monster's beam hit a building and boulders fall, and Belamis' craft crashed to it.

Belamis and Rose was thrown to the ground. Belamis groaned, and then she saw the scene tore her heart apart.

Rose, her mother, ran by herself to divert the monster, trying to protect Belamis.

"Mother!! Mother!" Belamis screamed, but she was under a boulder and could not move...

Rose looked back at Belamis and into her sapphire eyes. Then Rose said gently, "Daughter.... you must live.."

Then Rose ran, and the energy beam from the monster hit her....

Belamis watched her mother vapourized.

"Noooooooooooooooooooo...................!!!" Belamis screamed and blacked out.

At this point where Belamis remembered her mother's death, as she stood on her jet and she wailed loudly.

Nick and Medora heard the wailing.

"What the ???" Nick remarked.

Then Belamis leaped out of her jet and in a flash she transformed to the giantess, and she landed on a large red rock of what's left of Gariusu.

Belamis knelt on the rock, and wailed loudly, and tears streamed out of her eyes.

"Belamis...." Medora remarked, as she felt heartache as she listened to Belamis' wailing.

Belamis growled, and looked at her body. "Why... why didn't I ... why... why couldn't I transform then..."

Belamis roared, and hit the rock with her bare fists repeatedly, until her hands were full of blood.

Medora wanted to go to Belamis and comfort her. Nick stopped her, and said, "Belamis needed this ...to vent out her grief..." Nick's eyes was filled with tears.

Belamis wailed in her giantess form, and howled.

"Mother...."

Belamis then recalled further. She blacked out after seeing her mother vaporized, and when she regained consciousness, she struggled and crawled out of the debris. Then Belamis ran frantically to find her mother. She was in denial, and she hoped she could find her mother.

"Mother!!!" Belamis shouted, and ran about. The town area was badly damaged, and many died. Belamis walked pass a lot of dead bodies... She hope none of them was her mother.. yet she hope she could find her mother... It was traumatizing to her.

Then something in a pile of debris caught Belamis' eyes. Belamis rushed forward, and saw a hand...with a ring on it...

The ring belonged to Belamis' mother..and the hand was all its left. Belamis picked up the hand and looked, and stayed there.

Then the hand just broke up to fine dust and the wind blew the dust away, leaving only the ring in Belamis' hand.

Belamis wailed loudly before she fainted.

When Belamis regained consciousness, she was at a hospital. She sustained some wounds.

Belamis stared at the ceiling and then looked around. Her mother was gone forever.

Tears rolled out of her eyes.

As soon as Belamis recovered she ran to her father Conan's office, demanding to become a cyborg.

"No!!!" Conan yelled.

But eventually Conan let Belamis went ahead. The Gariusu's cyborg program was not successful with the other race, and Conan only had Belamis from the giant race.

Conan looked at the photo of Rose, with him and Belamis.

"Rose...." Conan said, "... though Belamis was not my biological child...she is as dear to me as my own... like you being so dear to me. Belamis has your eyes...."

The scientists wheeled Belamis into the operation room to make her cyborg.

Belamis woke up after the procedure to make her cyborg.

She tried lifting her hands and her hands could move as normal. Belamis get off her bed and went to the bathroom.

Belamis took all her clothes off to look at her body - strong, muscles sculpted, and she saw little dents on her body - the nanounits that was planted on her to boost her strength.

Belamis flexed her muscles and they were strong.

Then over the next 8 weeks Belamis was subjected to all kinds of tests to check if she achieved the projected performance of a cyborg.

Belamis lifted weights, performing all kinds of exercise to test her muscles' strength, and then being blasted with electricity, subjected to heat and even poisons injected to her.

The process was extremely painful and Belamis endured, without even letting out a sound.

That was how Belamis became a cyborg .. and the rest was history.

Belamis knelt in her giantess form at a rock which was one of those debris after Gariusu blown up.

Belamis breathed heavily, and her pecs moved as her chest move as she breathed. Belamis then stood up, and looked around the red rocks, and wept softly.

Nick and Medora got near and Belamis looked at them. She nodded, and then transformed back to her human form.

Belamis got back into her suit, and Medora approached her.

Belamis looked into Medora's eyes, and said, "I will be alright.." Medora gently hugged Belamis, she could feel how much Belamis was hurting inside her heart, more than those traumas on her body.

Nick gently spoke, "You want to hang around a bit more or you want to leave ..."

Belamis replied, "I have visited home.. I think I will return to Earth..."

Nick smiled, "Medora, then we have to go..."

Medora held Belamis hand and they went back to Starry Princess and head to Earth.

Belamis looked out the window of Starry Princess, and thought, "Mother... Dr. Kitty..."

Chapter 64 Belamis back at Gariusu - memories

Belamis with Idina in her arms, standing with Medora and Nick on the deck.

Before them was the place where Gariusu triplets were.

Belamis could recall those fateful days. First it was Gariusu that began to break up and explode.

The explosion sent a shock wave and then Yolen, already unstable began to break up and explode. Sonya was in the prison of Gariusu and nearly killed.

Sonya's sister Sherius had just a bit more time at Yolen when their people saw Gariusu blew up, and a handful of their citizens escaped.

The last that was destroyed was Talusen, Nick's home. The planet got the most people out to safety, and its Nick being their leader and took them to a new home.

"There..." Nick pointed his finger to a cluster of rocks in space.

Belamis looked towards that direction.

Medora hold Nick hand, and watched.

"That large reddish cluster of rocks is what is left of Gariusu..." Belamis said in a calm voice.

"Those dark grey rocks and the large quadrant of rock there was Yolen... and that was Talusen, half of it is still there..." Belamis continued, pointing to a planet which had half of its globe gone.

"Let's head over to Talusen first..." Nick said.

They landed Starry Princess on that "half-globe".

The company walked on that broken planet.

Galaxy Energy was restored, and there were vegetations - trees, grassland and even flowers.

"That's my home planet..." Nick said. He held Medora's hand and walked around, with Belamis holding Idina and followed.

Nick knelt down as he saw something. "It's a tablet belonging to one of a building here... this used to be the military base....I am surprised that I can even find something!" He remarked.

Nick picked up the tablet, and wiped the dirt off, and on it were words engraved on it.

Medora asked, "What does it said ?"

Nick, "It....its the training camp site...where me an Belamis trained... it's the main hall..."

Belamis looked at the tablet and signed.

The three looked around then Belamis said, "Let's head to Yolen..."

The party landed at Yolen. Belamis left the craft and walked on the rock.

Yolen had only a huge part left, roughly resembling a slice of a peeled orange...

Belamis remembered the sisters Sherius and Sonya.

Medora remarked, "You are very kind to both of them...even to Sonya..."

Belamis took out the bits of hair belonging to Sonya, and found place where she dug a hole and burried it.

"Sherius... I have brought Sonya home.... you both rest in peace...." Belamis said softly.

Then Belamis gazed at the cluster of reddish rocks afar.

Medora and Nick gazed at Belamis and wondered how she felt.

They boarded Starry Princess, and headed to the cluster of reddish rocks  - what's left of Gariusu.

Nick and Medora looked at Belamis as she had not said a word.

Then Belamis said, "Just stop here... I will go there by myself..."

"Belamis..." Medora uttered.

Nick put his hand on Medora's shoulder, and said to Belamis, "We will follow behind, OK?"

Belamis nodded.

Nick and Medora watched Belamis went to the reddish rocks in her jet.

"Belamis need a moment by herself..." Nick said.

"Gariusu was the worst hit planet, and it was totally destroyed.... none of the inhabitants, except Belamis escaped.... I can imagine how she felt.." Nick said.

Medora gazed at Belamis and held back her tears.

Belamis flew her jet and stopped amidsts the cluster of rocks.

Belamis emerged from the cockpit and stood up, looking at the reddish rocks around her.

Then her mind went way way back to 5 years ago, where she was just turning 17.

The family helpers at Belamis' home found her collapsed at the door step, holding Medona in her arms.

The other night, Belamis and Medona went out to the countryside, but did not leave in time because their craft broke down, they had to walk. As it got dark the monsters appeared and chased them.

Medona was killed.

Belamis carried Medona's body in her arms and walked a whole night back home.

Belamis woke up, and her mother was watching her.

Belamis began to shed tears. Her mother Rose gently touched her face, "Child...."

Belamis hugged her mother and wept.

Belamis rest for a few days.

This day, her mother knocked at her bedroom door.

"Belamis dear... I am coming in..." She heard the sound of the showers, and presumed that Belamis was in the shower.

"I bring you clean clothes..." Rose entered the room, and knocked at the bathroom door.

"Can I come in ?"

Belamis just replied, "Eh...."

Rose entered, and was shocked by the scene. There were a big patch of black hair on the floor, and there were blood!

"Belamis!!" Rose exclaimed.

Belamis stood there, facing Rose backwards and looking at the mirror.

Belamis had cut her long black hair which had been down to her waste just to shoulder length with her sword, and as she cut her hair Belamis accidently cut her hand, so there was blood.

Belamis put down the sword and turned, and said, "Mother..... I want to join the millitary...to protect this planet... to protect my people...to protect ...protect..the ones I loved..." Her voice shook, and eyes welling up tears.

Rose walked slowly to Belamis who was standing naked. Belamis was tall and slender, but had a firm body with well toned muscles.

Rose put both her hands on Belamis face, "....my child.... my child..."

"Mother..." Belamis bowed her head.

Rose gently stroke Belamis' hair - which she used to wear it long and down to her waste, now abruptly cut short. Belamis was proud of her long and beautiful black hair.

Rose thought to herself, "I...have hoped that my daughter won't have to fight like the giantess before her...." She gently hugged Belamis.

"I will not let anything happen to you.... I will protect you with my life ....even if I have to endure the most horrid pains..." Belamis said to her mother.

Rose looked at Belamis, already having the outlook of a warrior, and Rose' heart ached - Belamis' dreams were to become an astronaut, to fly spaceships and explore around in the cosmos, to go to places. Now Belamis' life's dream was dashed.

Moreover, Belamis would put herself to danger... and pains as Rose knew (and Belamis' adopted father knew) that Belamis was a Gariusus giantess.

Belamis' decision to join the military caused her to quarrel with her father Conan.

Conan slapped Belamis' face.

"No!!! You cannot be a soldier!!" Conan yelled at Belamis.

Belamis face was hot after she took the slap - her father never yelled at her, nor hit her!

Belamis stormed out of the house.

"Belamis!!!" Rose yelled.

"Let her go out and cool her head!!" Conan thundered.

"Conan.... you don't have to shout at her!"

Conan signed....

"I... I just loved her too much.... she cannot join the military.... you told me... when she turned 17.... her ability to change to the giantess will ... will appear.... you know what will happen!" Conan said.

Rose nodded.

When Gariusus giantess were babies or young child, they could not transform yet, until they turmed 17 or 18.

However initially they had no control of the transformation... they could just turn to a giantess.

"I know... I will watch over her..." Rose said.

"General..." The house helper yelled, "Belamis took a craft and went away!!"

"What ???" Conan yelled.

Conan ran out, Rose followed and said, "I come with you... she will listen to me..."

Conan nodded.

Conan and Rose rode a craft and pursuit as Belamis rode her craft.

Belamis headed to the countryside, and stopped the craft.

Then she threw herself to the ground and wept in frustration, banging her hands on the ground fiercely.

Then Belamis got up, and wiped her tears. She signed. This was where she and Medona ran into monsters.

"I must head home..."

Then suddenly a shadow covered her ..... a large flying monster was above Belamis!

Belamis immediately jumped to her craft, and started the engine.

The flying monster shot out blasts at Belamis' craft, and Belamis steered her jet and dodged.

"My goodness....it's chasing me..." Belamis thought.

Then Belamis was shocked to see her parents were coming to her!

Conan saw the monster, and drew his gun.

"Belamis, come over to me!" Conan shouted.

Belamis steered her craft, but the monster spit a energy blast and hit her craft. Her craft crashed and Belamis was thrown to the ground.

"Belamis!!" Rose exclaimed.

Belamis rolled on the ground and broke the fall, and she got up quickly, then ran to the opposite direction - she was trying to lure the monster away from her parents!

"Belamis! Don't do it!" Conan yelled. He shot the  monster with his gun.

Belamis turned and picked up a rock and threw at the monster. The monster shot a blast and it explosed beside Belamis, and Belamis fell to the round, and knocked her head to a rock, and felt dizzy.

Then the monster spit a energy blast and hit her parent's craft. The craft crashed.

Conan and Rose fell to the round, and the monster charged to them.

Conan thought to himself, "My gosh..... we are doomed..."

Rose and Conan hugged.

Then they heard a loud roar.

Rose and Conan looked and was stunned by what they saw - a giantess fighting the flying monster - Belamis transformed to the giantess.

"Oh no...." Rose thought.

Belamis roared and pulled the monster's wing, and threw it to the ground, and hit it with her fists.She fought fiercely, and rolled on the ground with the monster.

The monster spit a energy blast and hit Belamis chest, and Belamis roared in pain. The claws of the monster sank into Belamis chest, and Belamis bleed.

Then Belamis pulled the claws out, and tore the wing off the monster, and finally broke its neck, killing it.

Then Belamis roared loudly, as though she was berserk, with hands on her head.

"Belamis!! " Rose shouted.

Belamis turned and looked at her mother, and growled....

"Calm down... Belamis..."

Belamis slowly knelt down, and let out a soft growl.

Conan came to the side of Rose, "Belamis ?"

"Belamis is still a young giantess... she cannot talk nor able to recognize us..but...she won't harm us because her instinct told her that we are her close ones..." Rose said.

"Come.. child... it'ts alright now..." Rose spoke gently to Belamis.

Belamis breathed heavily, and her growl turned to a soft purring sound.

"There...there.... calm down... child!" Rose smiled.

Then in a flash, Belamis changed back to human form and fainted.

Conan and Rose took Belamis home.

"She won't remember a thing about about her transformation....to her it was a period she blacked out..." Rose said gently, as she took care of Belamis, lying unconsciously on her bed.

"But... will she change again..." Conan said.

"Let me handle it..." Rose said, she placed both her hands on Belamis' breasts, and then Rose body glowed.

"What are you doing...???" Conan said.

"I am giving my own energy .... energy to become a giantess to her......this can also suppress her from changing to a giantess until she turned 21 or older..by then she should be able to handle it..." Rose continued.

"All Gariusu giantess mothers will have to eventually gave her energy to their daughters.... Belamis is special, I knew it when I conceived her...she would be the Gariusu giantess warrior to protect people... but she's still young..."

"But...." Conan replied.

"Yeah... I will be weakened... and never be able to transform again....but at least she would not blow her cover when she joined the military...and she will be an even stronger Gariusu giantess warrior" Rose said.

Conan was silent - Belamis' mother supported Belamis' decision to join the military. He signed, and said, "Belamis is stubborn... I won't be able to stop her anyway..."

This was the day Belamis had to leave for millitary training.

"I have packed the things you needed.." Rose gently took the bagpack to Belamis, then she tended Belamis' hair.

"Thank you... mother..." Belamis spoke softly. She had no recollection of her transformation to a giantess.

Rose touched Belamis face, and her heart had a deep feeling of sadness. Rose never wanted Belamis to fight, but it was Belamis' destiny, and now she had to let Belamis go.

"Mother.... I will write home often..." Belamis said. Rose gently kissed Belamis' forehead, and put her hands on Belamis body, and rubbed.

Belamis eyes welled up tears, but she hold back her tears. Belamis loved her mother deeply, and now she had to go to the millitary school leaving her mother behind.

Belamis boarded her craft, and looked back, "Bye...mother..."

Rose nodded, and said, "Go..... be a good soldier!"

Belamis nodded and steered her craft, and not looking back - she was crying, and couldn't let her mother see her cry.

Chapter 63 Nearing  Gariusu - Medora's troubled heart

"We will be there tomorrow..." Nick said, as he looked at the navigational system's display.

Belamis nodded.

They were near the triplets of Gariusu, where Belamis' and Nick's respective home planets were.

"I wonder how it looks like now after nearly 3 years..." Nick said.

Belamis was silent. She witnessed her own home planet blew up. Then when she joined Queen Lacets, she remembered she woke up from a coma, and found herself in a place so much like her home.

Without knowing it then, Belamis was attached to the Planet Lacets. Then Belamis saw it blew up as she escaped in her jet.

The deaths of Queen Lacets and Sherius dealt a double blow to Belamis and that the she was distraught.

Belamis signed, and recalled all those feelings inside her.

“Hey.... let's do our thing in the good old days!" Nick said, as he noticed Belamis' face.

"What ?" Belamis asked.

Nick took Belamis out the deck, and then he laid down himself on a press-up position, and smiled, "Get on!"

Belamis smiled.

It was when they were together in the military cadet camp.

When either one of them had things in their mind that bothered them, they would do press-ups with the other sitting on the back and worked out for ten or fifteen minutes, then after some sweating they could get the thing out of their chest.

Belamis sat on Nick's back as Nick did his press-ups.

"Arrrh.... you need to loose some weight..." Nick gasped.

Belamis laughed. Nick and her were pals, and Nick could cheer her up.

"My turn..." Belamis said, and she laid herself down and began doing press-ups with Nick on her back.

Nick noticed Belamis was not talking, and just keep on doing press-ups non-stop.

Belamis was a cyborg, and this press-up was not difficult for her at all.

"Ok.. Ok tough girl...." Nick laughed, and he got off Belamis'  back, and helped her up.

Belamis breathed a long sign.

"Feel better now ?" Nick asked.

"You, Medora, Kugo and Dr. Kitty... are the ones that know me best..." Belamis said.

"You are special in a way you are like my own brother..." She continued, "as I have no siblings..."

"You are my pal... I know immediately something is bothering your mind when you twitched your eyebrows and look dazed...." Nick said, as he placed his hands on Belamis' shoulders.

Belamis sat down, with Nick behind her.

Medora saw them, and was a bit upset.

Then as Belamis stood up, Nick helped her and held her hand. Medora felt a knife cut into her heart.

Medora felt insecure at times and unsure about Nick. Nick had knew Belamis before Medora did, and they were close.

During the voyage, because only Belamis and Nick could pilot Starry Princess, they were together a lot of the times, and they fought alongside.

Medora felt left out.


Medora eyes welled up in tears and she ran to her room and sat by herself.

She could not bring herself to be angry with Belamis as she loved Belamis too, but the thought of Nick and Belamis together hurt her.

Belamis and Nick went back to the control room, and Nick said, "Hey.. we have not seen Medora ..."

"I'll get her..." Belamis said and she went to Medora's room.

Belamis knocked the door. Medora wiped her tears, and said, "Yeah..."

Belamis opened the door, and noticed Medora was acting awkwardly.

"Are you alright ?" Belamis asked tenderly, just as always.

"Yea.....I am OK... I'll go and check Idina... she might be hungry..." Medora just dashed past Belamis.

Belamis noticed something strange about Medora, but she could not figure it out.

Medora picked up Idina, and said softly, "..... Does Nick love me or does he love Belamis ...."

Idina babbled..."Me..do..ra..."

Medora smiled, "You won't understand..."

Then Medora carried Idina to the control room to get Belamis. As she entered, she saw a scene which shocked her - Nick hugged Belamis!

The two then separated, and looked at Medora.

"Idina... she...she needs feeding.." Medora stuttered, as she handed Idina to Belamis.

Belamis got hold of Idina, and looked at Medora.

"Excuse me..." Medora ran away.

"What happened ?" Belamis said.

Nick groaned, "Oouh.... my ankle ..."

They didn't hug. Belamis was helping Nick up as he had slipped and fell in the control room and sprained his ankle, so he had to be supported by Belamis.

Belamis said to Nick, "Would you excuse us..." Belamis carried Idina in her arms, and let her sucked her nipples.

Then Idina babbled, "Me...me..dor..ra.."

"What is it ?" Belamis looked at Idina's little black eyes, and stroke her short black her.

Idina could not talk, and her thoughts were still infant, so she could not communicate in telepathy with Belamis, and could only connect to Belamis' mind.

Belamis felt the mind of Idina, and said, "You mean.. .Medora is not happy ?"

Idina nodded.

Belamis closed her eyes and concentrated so she could connect deeper to Idina's mind, and then Belamis felt a sharp pain in her heart....

Idina felt Medora's pain in her heart, and transmitted that feeling to Belamis.

Belamis remembered, it was her feeling of being left out when Kugo and company were with Princess Aurora, and how she felt when Belamis believed that Kugo loved the Princess and not her.

Belamis eyes opened wide, "Medora...... she's such a fool!!! Nick loved her..." Belamis placed Idina back to her crib and said, "I will set things straight."

Belamis went out the room and tried to look for Medora.

Nick went running to her, "Medora...she's...she's missing.."

"What ?" Belamis exclaimed.

"I cannot find her anywhere in Starry Princess, and one of our craft is gone..." Nick said.

"I have to go and look for her!" Nick cried, "Please ....let me go and find her..."

"I will stay and take care of things.. you take care!" Belamis said.

Nick scrambled to his jet and flew out.

"Medora!!! Medora!!" Nick yelled on the top of his voice.

Medora ride a small craft and left Starry Princess. She could not stand to be at one place where she thought Nick loved Belamis, and she thought she could go out and have some time alone.

She tried to tell reassure herself, "No... Belamis won't love Nick...she has Kugo.. but Nick...." Medora wanted to be the only woman in Nick's heart, and the thought of Nick loving Belamis hurt her.

Belamis got to the control room and turned on the sensors.

"Nick... the sensor detected that Medora's craft was at your 2 o'clock direction... You want me to come along ? I can help to  explain things!" Belamis said.

"Belamis, not a good idea... I have to tell her myself..." Nick insisted.

"Be careful..... there might be monsters around..." Belamis replied, and realized something she said was omenous...., "Monsters again....????" She had a bad feeling in the back of her mind.

Belamis steered Starry Princess around and tried to catch up with Nick and Medora.

"Medora.... Nick loved you... I knew it..." Belamis thought.

They talked on the deck before.

"Belamis..... Medora is attractive..." Nick said.

"Of course..." Belamis replied.

"You are my long time friend.... and you knew Medora well.... but I felt...I ...I may not be up to her expectation sometimes...or I might not be good enough to give her happiness..."

"That's silly....she loved you! I can see it in her eyes..." Belamis said, "I know it when I saw her eyes... I felt the same to Kugo too..."

"Belamis.......you see... I lived at a desolate primitive planet..... a nowhere land....life is tough and hard there.... and I knew Earth is a better place... if she spends her life with me... I am afraid I cannot give her the happiness and she has to live a tough life with me......" Nick said, spreading out his hands, all covered in rough skins, all the result of hardship on his new home.

"I don't think that is going to stop her from loving you... love would look beyond all this..." Belamis reassured Nick.

"Thanks ....Pal..." Nick said, looking into Belamis eyes.

Belamis replied, "You are always my best buddy...", and she patted Nick's shoulder, "but if you mistreat her..."

"I know... I know.." Nick chuckled and relieved.

Nick swore to himself, "Medora is my love... and I am not letting her go..."

"Medora!!!" He yelled again. Then he switched on the communication box and tried to contact Medora.

Medora heard the communication box buzzer sounded, it's Nick's voice, "Medora! Can you hear me ? Do you copy???"

Medora held her hand above the answering button and hesitated.

"He's looking for me.. and sounded worry..."

"Medora... answer me please..... you are scaring the shit out of me!!" Nick voice shook.

Medora pressed the button, and said, "Nick...." She cried.

Nick heard Medora's voice and yelled, "Medora! " Then as he flew his jet near Medora's craft, he waved hands!

Medora was happy, and she blushed. Then Medora screamed.

Behind Nick's jet was several flying monsters.

"Holy shit!!!" Nick yelled, "Medora, get out of here now!"

Medora tried to drive her small craft away, but one flying monster caught up.

Medora screamed.

Nick fired at the monster, but he was exposed, and one monster attacked his jet, and the energy burst hit the jet's stabilizer. His jet shook.

"Aarh..." Nick yelled, but he managed to steer his jet and shot another monster.

"Run!!!" Nick yelled.

Then the monsters surrounded Nick's jet.

"Nick! I am not leaving without you!" Medora steered her craft towards Nick's jet.

Nick was touched and he looked at Medora and nodded.

Then a beam shot the monster.

"Belamis!!" Medora cried in joy.

Belamis was in her jet coming for them. She saw the monsters back in Starry Princess.

"Nick, get Medora out first!" Belamis said as she shot at the monsters on her jet.

Belamis stood out of the cockpit and drew her sword. Then Belamis leaped out and fought the monsters, severing one of the the monster's wing.

"Medora.... Nick loved you..... don't let him go like I almost did with Kugo....." Belamis said to her in telepathy....

"Belamis.... " Medora responded.

Nick steered his jet and stopped beside Medora, and held out his hands.

Medora grabbed Nick's hand, and jumped to her jet, and Nick held her tightly, and kissed her.

Then the monsters attacked their jet.

"No!!!" Belamis yelled, and she transformed to her giantess form, shielding them with her body. Her back took several blasts of the energy bursts from the monsters.

Nick and Medora looked at Belamis, and Belamis nodded.

"Go!!" Nick said, and he increased the thrust and steer the jet away.

"Medora, leave it to me ..." Belamis said to her in telepathy, "I am sure Nick is going to take good care of you..."

Medora had tears in her eyes.

Belamis then turned to the monsters and roared. The flying monsters fired energy bursts at Belamis.

Belamis dodged and fought back, charging one of it and hit its belly with her fists.

Then Belamis turned and kicked the others.

Then one monster charged Belamis and its beak poked Belamis body.

Belamis was wounded but undeterred Belamis fought back and threw it to other monsters. Then Belamis sent out her electromagnetic blast, killing one monster.

Nick said, "Medora, don't ever do this again!!" He kissed Medora.

Medora blushed.

"Let me get you to safety first!" Nick said, as he flew his jet away.

"What about Belamis ?" Medora said.

"I will join her...after you are away from the danger..." Nick said gently.

Nick flew the jet back to Starry Princess, and he let Medora boarded Starry Princess.

"Be careful!" Medora said to Nick.

Nick winked, and said, "Be back soon!" He flew his jet and joined Belamis.

Belamis had both her arms grabbed by the large beak of two flying monsters, and the other were spraying energy bursts at her.

"Big girl!! Here I am!!" Nick fired small rockets from his jets and hit the two monsters holding Belamis. Belamis was freed.

Belamis smiled and nodded, then she roared and exerted her muscles, dealing kicks and punches to the monsters, with Nick firing to cover her.

Soon the monsters were all destroyed. Belamis and Nick returned.

Belamis returned to human form, body wounded.

Medora hugged Belamis, and said, "I am...so sorry...."

"It's all OK..all is well!!" Belamis smiled.

Nick also landed and walked to Medora.

Medora hugged Nick then ran to Belamis, and cried, "I am so silly...."

"It's OK.... everything is fine now..." Belamis smiled, though she was injured all over.

Belamis: "Nick..."

"Yeah... pal " Nick replied.

"Take care of your girlfriend!" Belamis smiled.

"Sure, I will..." Nick smiled, as Medora walked to him and held his hand.

"But let us take care of you..." Medora said to Belamis.

Belamis smiled, and the three laughed.

Chapter 62 The song from the ocean

As Belamis and her company traveled to the stars and planets near Gariusu, they had to stop on another planet again.

Starry Princess landed.

Nick and Medora were thrilled to see they landed on a sandy beach and the ocean was beautiful.

Medora changed to her swimsuit, and Nick in his pants. They were out swimming.

Belamis held Idina in her arms and sat just stood at the shallow waters.

Idina touched Belamis body, and babbled, "Be..la..mis.."

"No... you cannot go into the water yet!!!" Belamis smiled. She placed Idina on the sand, and said, "Play with the sand..."

Then Belamis heard a sound.

Belamis stood up and looked to the ocean - it was like a song, but it sounded sad.

Belamis was in her fighting suit, so she took the suit off, wearing just a cloth to cover her private parts, topless and dived into the ocean.

Belamis kept diving deeper and deeper, following the sound, which was like a song.

Then Belamis arrived at the deepest part of the ocean, and saw large sea monsters surrounding a mermaid held captive in a cage!

The sea monsters looked like eels, large sharks and jelly fishes. Belamis saw the girl mermaid was terrified, and her song was of distress.

Belamis immediately swam towards the mermaid, but she had not brought her sword and weapons.

One gigantic eel then entangled Belamis and struck her with electric shock.

The girl mermaid saw Belamis being attacked, and was horrified.

Belamis only wanted to save the mermaid, and she struggled.

The gigantic jelly fish used its stingy tentacles to attack Belamis, stinging Belamis.

Then the sharks bang on the cage and the mermaid cried.

Belamis, in her altruistic heart, transformed.

The giant sea monsters surrounded Belamis and attacked her. Belamis roared, and fought back.

But the monsters were ferocious, and one poked its horn into Belamis' left shoulder.

Belamis roared, and fought back, driving the monsters away. Belamis felt her body was hurting all over, and then there was the song again.... it was soothing to Belamis as she listened, like when she listened to the lullaby from her mother. Then Belamis saw the mermaid.

Belamis freed the mermaid, and hold the mermaid in her hands, and swam up from the deep.

Belamis arrived at a shore, and it was a beach. Belamis looked at the mermaid.

Belamis radiated her energy to heal the little mermaid. The mermaid looked at the giantess, and found her wounds healed.

Then Belamis nodded her head, and placed the mermaid to the beach; then Belamis fell on her knees, turned into her human form and fainted.

Belamis groaned, and woke up.

Before her was the mermaid, gazing at her. Belamis sat up, and said, "Are you OK ?"

The mermaid just made soft sounds, "A...ri.el..."

"You cannot talk ?" Belamis remarked.

Belamis got up, despite her wounds, and she gently placed her hands on the mermaids shoulder, "I...I am.. Belamis. You are Ariel ?"

"Be..la..mis..." The mermaid replied, and she nodded.

Then Ariel dived into the water and came up again, holding sea weeds. She squeezed the weeds to a soft paste, put on Belamis' wounded shoulder.

Belamis saw Ariel was treating her wounds, and nodded. Then Ariel got some thicker weeds and bandaged up Belamis.

"Thank you..."

Ariel smiled.

Belamis immediately felt the pain on her wound eased, the sea weeds had healing properties, and it eased her painful wound.


Ariel gazed into Belamis' blue eyes. Then Ariel struggled to crawl.

"Let me.." Belamis carried Ariel in her arms.

"Arh..." Belamis groaned as she exerted herself, and she jolted her wounded shouder.

Ariel gazed at Belamis, eyes full of worry.

"It's OK..." Belamis smiled gently.

Ariel looked at Belamis, and pointed her fingers to the hill.

"Your home ? You want to go there ?"

Ariel nodded.

Belamis carried Ariel and walked up the hill, and arrived at a cave.

Ariel pointed there, and point to the ground.

"You want me to put you down ?"

Ariel nodded.

Belamis put Ariel on the ground, and Ariel struggled and crawled into the cave. Belamis followed.

There was a shrine, and statues there.

Then Ariel pointed to some paintings on the cave walls. In the paintings was a mermaid following a figure resembling Belamis.

"Oh dear..."

Belamis looked at Ariel, and pondered. Ariel gazed at Belamis, and her eyes showed a yearning.

"Rest..." Belamis remarked, though she was enduring wounds on her body.

"I am alright..." Smiled Belamis, as she felt compassion towards Ariel. Belamis carried Ariel in her arms and said, "Let's find a place to rest..."

"There...." Belamis gently placed Ariel on a bed of grass.

Ariel made a small sound, and nodded. She smiled, and opened her mouth, and began to sing.

The song was ethereal, mysterious, sad and passionate, and Belamis found herself shedding tears.

Ariel touched Belamis face, and wiped her tears.

Belamis said, "Just rest..."

Belamis then dozed off.

Belamis woke up and found Ariel missing.

Ariel left quietly as Belamis was resting. Ariel looked at the cave drawing depicting the love of the mermaid princess to the guardian.

The mermaid could not talk, so she just sang to the guardian.

Belamis heard the singing and followed the voice. She found Ariel.

Ariel pointed to the ocean.

Belamis carried Ariel back to the shore and placed Ariel into the water gently.

Ariel gazed at Belamis strong and muscular body, and blushed.

"Is it comfortable ?" Belamis asked gently, worrying about her.

Ariel smiled, and shook her head.

Belamis then said, "I must leave... my friends would be worried about me..." Belamis dived into the ocean, and swam back.

Ariel looked, and had a sad face. "Goodbye... Ariel.." Belamis said.

Belamis swam back, and found Nick and Medora.

"Where have you been ? We have been looking all over for you !" Nick cried.

"I am alright..." Belamis got out of the water.

"You are wounded!" Medora exclaimed as she saw bandages on Belamis.

"It's OK. The wounds are not hurting now..." Belamis replied, "Let's go..."

Nick remarked, "OK..."

Belamis picked up Idina, who was looking at her. Idina looked worried.

Belamis gently hold Idina, and said, "I am sorry...."

Idina babbled, "Be..la..mis..". Belamis bowed her head to Idina's face, and Idina kissed her.

The company boarded Starry Princess, and as Nick started the engine, he found something was wrong.

"Gosh... what caught Starry Princess???" Nick turned on the monitor, and there were numerous monster jelly fish pulled Starry Princess below the waters.

"Monsters!" Belamis said. "Nick, take care of things here!" Belamis ran out, with herself in her fighting suit. She put on her helmet, and took off her cape, and pulled out her electromagnetic sword. Then Belamis dived into the waters.

Belamis swam near the monstrous jelly fish and raised her sword and cut the tentacles. Then more jelly fishes and eels appeared round Belamis.

"The same monsters that attacked the mermaid..." Belamis thought, as she swam around and raised her sword and fought them.

In the water Belamis was not as quick and her agility was severely limited. Then an eel entangled round her and shock her with high voltage electricity.

Belamis cried in pain. Then the jelly fishes' stingy tentacles attacked Belamis. Belamis saw Starry Princess was in danger, and her forehead glowed. Belamis transformed into her giantess form.

But the monsters were relentless, and they surrounded Belamis. A huge shark bit Belamis, then Belamis felt her limbs were numbed as the poison of the stingy jelly fishes entered her body.

"Belamis!!" Medora yelled.

"Be..la..mis.." Idina babbled as she watched Belamis in danger.

Then more monsters attacked Belamis - numerous tentacles entangled round Belamis body, and the eels delivering painful electric shocks to Belamis.
Then Belamis heard a song. It's Ariel coming to her. She saw Belamis in danger.

Then a jelly fish lashed it's tentacles at Ariel, hitting her.

Belamis roared and broke free, catching Ariel and hit the monster. She placed Ariel into a small cave, and fought the monsters, delivering kicks and punches to them.

Belamis then let out her energy and hit the monsters around her, driving them away.

Belamis turned back to her human form. Belamis carried Ariel in her arms and swam to the shore.

Ariel was hurt. Medora and Nick came out of Starry Princess.

"We mustn't leave her alone..." Belamis said.

Medora and Nick nodded.

"Let's stay and see that she's well." Medora said.

The company stayed, with Medora and Belamis taking care of Ariel.

Ariel rested and gradually got well. Idina and Medora befriended Ariel, and Medora tended Ariel's hair.

Ariel's eyes glowed with joy and she was surrounded by love. Belamis tenderly took care of Ariel.

The girls played with Ariel, and Ariel was fond of Idina and Medora.

After a few days, Ariel's wound was healed.

Belamis in her fighting suit, carried Ariel in her arms. Ariel gazed at Belamis.

Belamis took Ariel to the sea side, and placed her in the water.

"Goodbye..." Belamis said.

Ariel dived into the water and not looking back. She was crying.

Nick said, "Let's get going!" He started the engine of Starry Princess.

Then there was a violent bang, and Starry Princess just dropped back to the sea.

"What the ?" Nick yelled.

Medora exclaimed, "We are sinking!" As the water level rose above Starry Princess.

Belamis went out and dived into the waters. Numerous monsters were pulling Starry Princess down, dragging it to the deep.

Belamis used her telepathy to Medora, "Transform me!"

Medora ran out to the deck as Starry Princess was shaking violently. She fell onto the deck, and held up the scepter and transformed Belamis to the giantess.

"Aaaaaeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" Medora screamed as she fell off the deck.

Belamis caught Medora in her hands and put her back onto Starry Princess.

"Get inside..." Belamis in telepathy.

Belamis dived deep and battled with the monsters - gigantic sharks, eels, jelly fishes and now large crabs.

A gigantic crab used its clamps and grabbed Belamis on both of her arms from her back.

Then a shark swam and bit her chest.

Belamis roared, and as she tried to struggle, numerous jelly fish tentacles entangled Belamis, the poison from the tentacles were injected to Belamis' body, and Belamis had a painful cramp all over her.

Belamis roared in pain. Then an large eel wrapped round Belamis body and sent a strong electric shock to her.

"Gosh!! Belamis was in danger!" Nick yelled.

As Belamis struggled, she heard a song. She looked, and it was Ariel swimming back.

Belamis shook her head, and uttered, "Go..aw..way....."

Ariel stopped before her.

Then Belamis head in telepathy a voice.

"Belamis... Long long time ago this planet was a kingdom of mermaids, and the princess awaited her lover. The lover was a strong gentle and compassion warrior. The mermaid loved the warrior, and she would do anything for the warrior, and she would gave the warrior the pink pearl to show her love - the pink pearl was the mermaid's own heart."

Ariel swam to Belamis, and then she opened her chest, and held in her hands a large pink pearl.

"Ariel!!!" Belamis uttered.

The pearl radiated energy and Belamis felt her body energized, and she broke away from the tentacles.

Then monsters surrounded Ariel.

Belamis roared and shielded Ariel. Ariel looked at Belamis and smiled, and she swam away from Belamis' hand and swam to the monsters so swiftly that Belamis could not catch her!

"No..." Belamis uttered.

The pearl in Ariel's hand glowed to a blinding light, and the monsters all disappeared.

Then Ariel sank to the bottom of the sea, holding the pearl.

Belamis dived down and got Ariel up, she swam to the shore, changing back to human form, and holding Ariel in her arms.

Ariel opened her eyes, and smiled.

In telepathy, Ariel said, "One day the warrior was fighting the monsters attacking the kingdom of the mermaids, the warrior was in danger, the princess wanted to help, but the warrior stopped her... all of the people of the kingdom perished, the warrior died except the princess.. the princess waited for the warrior she loved to come back.... to give her heart to her..."

Then Ariel held up the pink pearl and put onto Belamis chest.

Belamis watched in awe as the pearl glowed and healed her wounds, then it turned to a ball of energy, and entered her body.

"No....." Belamis exclaimed.

"The princess gave her heart to the warrior....and joined the warrior....." Ariel said in telepathy, and then she began to sing.

Belamis listened, and tears streaming out of her eyes, "No.. !"

Ariel began changing to bits of lights as she sings, and the bits of lights dissipated. Then the song turned to  a long silent.

Belamis knelt on the ground and was stunned, in her hands there was only Ariel's necklace.

The next day, Belamis buried the necklace on the beach they met.

Nick, Medora and Idina stood by. Medora cried.

"It is so sad...." Nick remarked, as he held hands with Medora.

"She loved Belamis..." Medora recalled her own love to Belamis too.

Belamis looked at the little tomb, and remained silent, "Why do all the people who loved me die ?"

Chapter 61 Idina's little pal

Belamis, Medora, Nick and Idina traveled in space, and this day they had to stop over a planet.

Idina was fond of Belamis and clung onto her.

"Little girl... easy..." Belamis softly spoke to the baby girl, who pulled at her hair.

Idina chuckled.

Nick and Medora looked on and said, "She's stuck to you like a stamp!!"

Belamis smiled, and hold Idina in her arms tightly and tenderly. Belamis recalled the faint memory of herself in her mother's arms.

"Mother...." Belamis thought.

The company entered a little village to get supplies. As Belamis held Idina with her, she caught site of some mothers with their children, playing at a grass land.

Idina babbled, "...da..da..." She wanted to join those toddlers.

Belamis smiled and took her to the people.

"Hello ? Your baby girl is adorable!!!" One woman remarked.

Belamis smiled and said, "No...she's my... my niece.." It's a bit embarrassing for Belamis after all.

Belamis placed Idina onto the grass, where she crawled near the group of toddlers. A little boy, came waddling to her. Idina raised her little hands.

"Give him a high five!" Belamis smiled.

Idina giggled and played with that boy.

Nick and Medora came, and saw the heart warming scene.

"Aw...." Nick said.

"Little Ben liked her... what's her name ?" The woman asked.

"Idina.." Belamis replied.

Idina started to play with little Ben, and the two seemed to like each other.

Little Ben turned to Belamis. He's a small boy with a dark brown hair and a brown eyes, and he smiled at Belamis.

Then the boy babbled, "Ga..riu..su..."

Belamis was stunned, "How did he ??"

Then suddenly little Ben cried, and at the same time Idina also cried.

"What is it ?" Belamis picked up Idina. It's obvious that she nor little Ben was hurt, but something disturbed them.

Then the group of babies cried too, the mothers picked them up.

Then suddenly the earth below them shook.

"What the ..." Nick remarked.

The ground break up to a crack.

"Run!!!" Belamis yelled, as she used her ultraspeed move to place Idina away from the crack. Then she speeded back and forth taking the mothers and babies to safety.

Out from the crack was a huge monster, looked a lot like a huge blob of muscles, but with spikes jutting out.

Medora yelled, "Monster!"

"Holy shit!!" Nick said.

"Get the people to safety!" Belamis cried and she pulled out her sword, put on her helmet and raced to the monster.

"EM bullets!" Belamis shot at the monster.

"It's unharmed..." Belamis thought, she then shot out EM-thunder. The monster let out a loud growl and retreated.

Nick and Medora came to Belamis.

Medora said, "The boy has psychic ability.... he sensed danger..."

Then Medora, Idina and Belamis' minds merged.

"The boy tried to tell us there's danger..." Belamis said to herself. She approached and picked up Idina, and gazed at little Ben.

Little Ben looked into Belamis' blue eyes, and he smiled. Idina reached out her little hands and babbled, "...Ben... Ben..."

"She liked the boy..." Medora smiled.

Ben's mother smiled, and said, "Ben always cried before danger came..."

Belamis placed Idina in front of little Ben, and the two babies played with each other, and chat in baby talk.

"Hahaha... Idina found a boy friend!" Nick laughed.

Belamis walked near Ben and looked at him - somehow there's something in the two babies that urged Belamis to go near them. Then Belamis heard a voice, "Be..la..mis..."

Belamis picked up little Ben and looked at the small boy, then she picked up Idina and hold her and looked at Idina's little black eyes.

The two babies gazed into Belamis' blue eyes, which were glittering.

"Ah...." Belamis gasped, as her mind connected to the two babies.

"Gariusu giantess Belamis..... " Belamis heard voices of children talking to her.

"Don't return to Earth......." Belamis thought it was little Ben talking to her.

"Why ?" Belamis thought.

".... you will be in great danger..."

Then Belamis snapped out, and looked at the little babies in her arms, both were crying softly, as though they pleaded her not to go back to Earth.

Belamis said gently, "I am not afraid...." She gently kissed little Ben, and said, "I am the Gariusu giantess warrior.... it's danger that I will go to..."

Little Ben placed his small hands besides Belamis' head, and Belamis saw a horrid scene.... she gasped.

Idina began to cry.

Belamis gazed at the babies, "You are trying to warn me... and save me...."

Medora and Nick was looking and had no idea of what they were talking about.

Belamis picked up Idina, and said to Nick and Medora, "She's just hungry..." Belamis took Idina aside and fed her, as  Belamis unzip her suit, and let Idina sucked her nipple.

Then Idina placed her little hands on Belamis breast, and immediately Belamis saw another vision, she gasped, and Belamis eyes glittered and welled up in tears.

"Idina... I am not afraid of any danger.... or pain..." Belamis said gently and in a firm tone, "... if... if I am harmed .... don't save me..."

Medora felt something horrible, but somehow her telepathy with Idina was not working.

"What is it ???" Medora thought.

Belamis smiled, "Nothing... nothing..."

She handed Idina to Medora, and said, "Take care of her for me..." Then Belamis walked away, and said, "I need a moment by myself... will be back soon..."

Medora held Idina, and knew something was bothering Belamis.

"I will return to Earth definitely..." Belamis thought, as she looked at her sword, and her hands.

Then there's a loud bang, and a voice from the telepathy reached her, "Belamis!!!"

Belamis turned, the voice were from Idina.

Belamis ran and there the monster got little Ben.

The babies were playing together and wandered off to a corner when the monster came.

Little Ben pushed away Idina, and he waddled slowly - even he's a little boy he wanted to protect Idina.

The monster's tentacles snatched the baby boy!

"Ben!!!" Ben's mother yelled.

Belamis was there, but she could not attack with EM-bullets or her sword - she might hit the baby. Little Ben cried. Idina levitated upwards and headed to the monster.

"No!!" Belamis yelled and leaped up, grabbing Idina with one arm, and using her sword to block the attack from the monster - the monster was shooting blasts of fire at them.

Nick pulled his pistol but he could not shoot, "Damn....."

"Let go of the boy!!" Belamis yelled, as she walked to the monster.

"Let go of him!!!" Belamis voice turned to a roar, as her forehead glowed. She lost her suit and transformed into her giantess form.

The monster let out a growl, and waved the tentacles that hold little Ben.

Little Ben cried, and Idina was crying.

Belamis growled and she was thinking how to rescue the baby from the grip of the monster.

Then the monster shot out blasts of flames at Belamis, hitting her body. Belamis endured the blasts even though it hurts her.

Medora yelled, "Belamis!!!" Idina cried.

Belamis roared.

Then Medora, Idina and little Ben minds merged, "No!!! The boy would be killed!!" Medora thought.

Idina body glowed, and suddenly little Ben also glowed.

"I..di..na..." Belamis uttered in her giantess voice, and she leaped forward, as the force field broke the monster's grip on little Ben.

Belamis caught the little baby in her palms, and Belamis turned to use her back to shield the baby as the monster lashed out its tentacles and spikes on Belamis.

Nick took the hint and ran towards Belamis, and Belamis handed the baby to him.

Belamis with assurance the baby was safe, turned and roared at the monster.

Then numerous tentacles grabbed Belamis and tightened.

Belamis felt the crushing force of the tentacles on her, but she was brave, and she exerted herself and let out a loud roar, breaking all the tentacles - but at that moment, countless spikes shot at Belamis and pierced her body.

"Belamis!!!" Medora yelled. Nick gasped as Belamis was hurt badly.

Belamis had blood all over her, and she grabbed the monster with her bare hands and fought it even though she's severely wounded. She let out her electromagnetic blast and destroy the monster, then Belamis fell onto the ground.

Idina levitated to Belamis and sent out her energy to heal Belamis.

"No...." Belamis shook her head, and hold Idina in her palms, then Belamis turned back to human form.

Belamis looked at Nick, who was holding little Ben in his arms. Little Ben babbled at Belamis.

Idina did not use as much of her Galaxy Energy on Belamis but she appeared tired, and Belamis' heart ached.

Medora came and place her hands on Belamis, and radiated Galaxy Energy on her to stop her wound bleeding.

Belamis stood up, holding Idina in her arms, and walked to Nick and looked at little Ben. Ben reached his hands to Idina, and babbled, "Id..i..na.." He was fond of Idina and cared about her.

Then Belamis looked at the two babies, and said, "Little lovers...". She kissed Idina and Ben, and fell onto her knees before she fainted.

Medora and  Nick scrambled to Belamis.

As Belamis woke up she was inside  Starry Princess, body was in bandages, as in the past battles.

"What happened..." Medora softly asked Belamis, as she gently put another gauze pad on Belamis' wound.

Belamis of course knew Medora was not asking about her fight with the monster. Medora knew the little psychic baby Ben whom Idina befriended told Belamis something.

"Belamis... please, tell me..." Medora pleaded.

Belamis sat up, and looked at Medora, and said, "Ben just warned me about the monster...."

Then Belamis stroked Medora's hair.

This was the first time Belamis lied.

As Starry Princess went air borne, Idina pressed her little face at the window and looked at little Ben - her pal.

Belamis held Idina in her arms, and looked at the psychic boy who warned her...

Chapter 60 Space thugs

Belamis, Medora, Nick and Idina continued their journey towards the star system of Gariusu, where Nick's planet Talusen and Sonya's planet Yolen were, and of course Belamis' home planet, Gariusu once was.

Idina rested in Belamis' arms after Belamis breast fed her. Idina closed her eyes and sucked her finger. Belamis gently placed her back to her little crib, and stroke her hair.

"You surely will be a good mother..." Nick said, as he piloted the craft.

Belamis smiled - she was a tough warrior, but she got her tenderness from her mother - and memories of her mother flashed back to her - especially the one she saw her mother turning to a giantess to protect her when she's a little girl.

"I am really a fool.... if I am a Gariusu giantess... of course my mother is one too.... how come I never realized that ?" Belamis thought to herself, then as she tried to recall more about her mother she got a headache.

"Again...." Belamis thought.

Belamis put back her suit and sat on the pilot seat. She checked the co-ordinates and the navigation, its near the planet where Sherius was buried. Belamis tried to think of other things.

Belamis had had hallucinations sometimes (note: recall Starzinger Ep 51) and saw her mother in a few flashbacks.

"I have to stop there..." Belamis said, as she shook off her thought of her mother. In giantess form, Belamis' emotion and feelings were free, and she could recall her mother, but not in her human form when Belamis was consciously suppressing that memory.

Nick replied, "Sure... are you OK ?" He noticed Belamis was in deep thought.

"Yeah..." Belamis replied.

Starry Princess landed. The company went out.

Medora followed Belamis to Sherius' tomb.

"She's Sonya's younger sister ?" Medora said.

Belamis nodded. She took out the bits of blonde hair of Sonya, and dug a hole at the grave, and said softly, "Sherius, you and your sister Sonya...rest in peace...".

Then Belamis gathered flowers from around and laid them on top of the tomb.

Belamis still felt a heartache for the loss of the two women, and she hold back her tears. Belamis then knelt before the tomb in Gariusu warrior's way of honoring the dead.

Nick also knelt down.

Then Belamis stood up, "I will bring some of Sonya's hair back to my previous home star system...to Yolen where Sonya's home was."

The company left and Starry Princess was air borne.

"Something on the radar...." Nick said.

Belamis looked, and frowned.

"It looks like a fleet of space jets... they are coming at our direction..." Nick said.

"What is it ?" Medora came and she hold Idina's in her hands.

"Put Idina back to her crib and buckle her up... you buckle up too..." Nick said.

Belamis said, "I will go out in my jet and check..." Belamis ran out and leaped to her space fighter jet, and flew out towards the fleet of space jets.

Belamis turned on the visual system in her jet and got a clear picture - the jets were in different shapes, about 10 of them, flying towards Starry Princess.

Belamis turned on her communication system, and said, "Who are you ? What do you want?"

The other side did not answer. Then they fired at Belamis.

Belamis steered away from the fire. "Nick, steer Starry Princess away... far away.... I am fighting them..."

Nick replied, "OK... you be careful.."

"Take care of Medora..." Belamis replied.

"You bet!" Nick said.

Then Belamis opened fire at those jets, hitting their wings and wrecking a few of them.

Then there's a leading one heading to Belamis.

"That one's pilot was good..." Belamis thought.

The two jets engaged in a space fight, and exchanged fire.

Belamis was after all the ace fighter of Galaxy Union forces, and that fighter was nearly hit by Belamis' fire.

"You are good..." A voice from the other end.

"Who are you ?" Belamis asked.

The other jet stopped, and a man came out. He's big, with dark skin, thin, in blue hair.

Belamis stopped and opened the cockpit and got out to see who that person was.

They had eye contact.

"Name's Edon..." The man said.

"I am Belamis, cyborg warrior from Gariusu." Belamis replied, "Why are you attacking us?"

"This area of space is our turf.... we would not let anyone pass without ... let's just say.. paying a fee to passage...." Edon replied.

"I saw you are a good fighter... why don't you join us and reap more fortune ?" Edon laughed.

"You are out of your mind..." Belamis said, "... I am not going to fight you... just let me and my friends pass..."

"Okay..... your ask for it..." Edon remarked.

Then scores of fire and laser shot at Belamis. Belamis dodged with her ultraspeed move and she summoned her space bike and rode on it.

Belamis drew her sword, and said in a loud and stern voice, "I cannot forgive people who bully and prey on others!"

Nick was steering Starry Princess away but watched closely. "Damn.... those are space thugs..."

Belamis told Nick, "Deploy warp drive and get to a place far from this spot.. the fight is going to be nasty.... Starry Princess is not armed..."

"But..." Nick stuttered...

"I will join you... but first get Medora and Idina to safety.." Belamis said.

Medora was beside Nick, and she exclaimed, "We are not going without you..."

Nick knew full well that he could not risk Medora and Idina as Starry Princess was not a battleship, so he bit his lips and said, "You be careful, I will start warp flight..."

Nick pressed the buttons and pull the lever -- Starry Princess warped away.

Edon laughed, "You thought you can take on all of us ? We are all former soldiers... and we are also cyborgs..."

Then a blast of energy shot at Belamis and hit her. "Arrh...." Belamis yelled in pain and fell off her space bike.

"I am too careless... I underestimated them..." Belamis thought.

Then several ropes shot at Belamis, and tied her up.

Belamis tried to break free, and a painful electric shock hit her.

"We are cyborgs... and know how to deal with one..." Edon said.

Belamis eyes burned with anger, and said, "I am not the regular cyborg!"

She exerted her muscles and broke the rope, then she pulled her sword and used her ultraspeed and attacked the men.

"What the???" Edon exclaimed, as he just watched helplessly as Belamis took down each of his men.

Then Belamis pointed her sword at Edon.

"What have you got to say ?" Belamis asked.


Edon was angry and afraid, and he stuttered, "I...I..."


Belamis recalled her days of wandering by herself.....


It was hardly 3 months after she survived the destruction of her home planet system and she flew in her jet, with her little pet Mi being her only companion.


"Mi..... it's just the two of us now..." Belamis spoke softly to her pet and stroked Mi gently. Belamis lost every loved ones and was all alone in cosmos. She had nobody to talk to, and there were unknowns before her.


"Where should I go ? What am I supposed to do ? ...Why...why am I the only survivor ???" Belamis heart wondered and ached.


Mi licked Belamis face. Belamis had Mi since it was a baby, and Belamis loved Mi.

Then the sensors of Belamis' jet showed something. There were jets around.

"People....maybe... maybe I can join them..." Belamis thought, in her rather naive thought, as she was in her very early days of wandering in the cosmos.

"Let's fly together..." The man at another jet said.

Belamis nodded.

Then before Belamis knew it, the man shot at her.

If not for Belamis' superior piloting and combating skill, her jet would be hit.

"What are you doing ?" Belamis yelled.

The man said, "Leave your valuables with us..."

Belamis replied, "You are robbers ???"

"Hahahaha"

Belamis got angry and she stood out of her cockpit, and cried, "You mess with the wrong person!!!"

She used her cyborg powers and drove away those robbers.

Since then Belamis wandered in the cosmos all by herself, and she helped people who lost their home planets, but often running into thugs. It was why she acted very cautious and suspicious of strangers.

Belamis looked at Edon, and said, "Thugs like you are just unforgivable..."

Edon voice shook, "Please..." He could tell Belamis was a powerful cyborg.

Belamis however was compassionate, she said, "Get the hell away!" Then she welded her sword and destroyed the weapons on Edon's craft.

Edon immediately flew away in his craft.

Belamis watched and frowned.

She remembered the first encounter with Kugo. Belamis thought that Kugo and his partner Hakka were space thugs too... and Belamis lost Mi at that planet just after her first fight with Kugo.

Belamis turned and was about to join Nick, then a series of shots hit her when Belamis was lost in thoughts...

Belamis was hit and cried in pain, and she fainted.

Belamis gradually woke up. She knew she was attacked by a strong blast of electromagnetic shots that knock her out. Yet she was strong so Belamis regained consciousness quite quickly.

Belamis moved her limbs and found she was cuffed on her hands and feet.

Before Belamis was Edon and those thugs.

"You are really some tough cyborg..." Edon said.

Belamis stayed calm and looked at those space thugs. Then she heard people calling for help - they were children.

Edon could tell from Belamis' face, and said, "Yep... we kidnapped these kids -- if they had parents we will blackmail their parents, or else we sell the children as slaves...."

Belamis was angry, but she knew she had to save the kids, so she said, "What do you want from me ?"

Edon walked towards Belamis and kicked her at her torso.

Belamis groaned.

The thugs surrounded Belamis and chained her four limbs, then each pulled at different direction, riding a large animal like a horse.

"You are such a fool not to join us..." Edon said.

The four men rode the animal and pulled, and Belamis felt the pulling. Belamis was strong, and she exerted her limbs.

Nick steered out his jet as he settled down Medora and Idina.

"Let me come along!" Medora demanded.

Nick said, "OK, but stay close to me..."

Medora nodded.

They traced Belamis' jet's signal and found that Belamis was captured by the thugs, and the thugs tortured her.

"Belamis is tough... she'd be OK..." Nick assured Medora, who was worried about Belamis.

"But.. Belamis..." Medora spoke.

"Hush... don't let them hear us..." Nick said, as he drew his pistol.

Belamis four limbs were pulled, and the men were astonished as other people's joint would have dislocated.

Then Belamis let out a loud cry, pulling all her four limbs as she exerted herself. The chains and cuffs broke, and Belamis was free.

The thugs were astonished, as Belamis leaped up and drew her sword. She ran straight to the cave where the children were locked up.

Nick yelled, "I will cover you!!" As he fired shots at the thugs.

Belamis heard Nick, and was glad.

She went to the opening of the cave, and saw there were 12 children there, and they were unharmed.

"I will rescue you..." Belamis said, as she stood before the entrance and fought the thugs surrounding her.

Nick hit a few of the thugs with his pistol, as Belamis struck down the cyborg thugs one by one.

Then only Edon left. He pulled out his large weapon - a gigantic axe, and chop down at Belamis.

Belamis used her sword and block it.

Edon pressed hard, as Belamis used only her right hand to resist.

"Let me see how you can resist my strength!!" Edon was a towering 8 feet tall man  and he was big.

Belamis smiled, "I can win you even  with one arm!"

Edon pressed hard on his axe but Belamis was able to resist him just with her sword and right arm.

Belamis remembered her fight with Prince Guyma - she could have won had she not been exhausted after she got herself out the volcano vent, and she could have got herself killed had not been for Kugo.

As Belamis stared at Edon she was angry, "You thugs!! You even harm children!" Belamis exerted her body and pushed back, sending Edon flying and hit a cliff wall.

Then Belamis leaped up and struck Edon with her electromagnetic sword, knocking him out.

Nick and Medora cheered.

Belamis ran to the cave, and she pulled open the door, releasing the children.

The children surrounded  Belamis. Belamis remembered the children at the orphanage on Earth, and she smiled at them.

"We have to return the kids to their family..." Belamis said.

Medora replied, "Yes...."

They took the kids on board Starry Princess, and most kids were about 7 to 9 years old. Belamis, Nick and Medora took them one by one to their home and rejoin their parents.

The parents of the kids were overjoyed to have their children safely returned.

Nick smiled to Belamis, "I am happy for them..."

Belamis thought to herself, "When will I join Kugo...at Earth...."
