Chapter 9 The treacherous trip with an evil officer
Katrina was a higher ranking officer than Dolores and she took the seat of the commander. Dolores stood beside her and kept a calm face.
"I cannot talk.." She thought. If Dolores talked to Belamis she might be heard.
Dolores vividly remembered the horror when she tried to look up about Katrina at a terminal...
She keyed in the command to locate the information about Katrina from the Galaxy Union millitary file systems.
"What the...?" The screen showed Katrina's name, rank, where she stationed, but the other information were blocked and a big red box with the words "CLASSIFIED" blinked at her face.
"What happened... I should have the clearance needed to look at it ...????" Dolores was alarmed.
Then somebody touched her shoulder, "Why are you so interested in pryng ??"
Dolores felt her heartbeat would stop - that was Katrina behind her.
Dolores had cold sweat all over her. Dolores resisted the urge to take a deep breath and she knew her face was pale like a sheet.
She calmly stood up and looked at Katrina.
"Yes...I have to know my superior well.. in order to better serve her..." Dolores said. She thought she heard her voice shook - but in fact she was as calm as still water.
Katrina stared at her, and replied, "Ha..." She walked away.
Belamis heard all that with her super hearing - she saw Katrina walking towards Dolores, and was amazed by Dolores' cool.
"Katrina would not do a thing to harm Dolores..yet..." Belamis thought, "..she is a very good officer.."
This was after all an Galaxy Union ship, and the ship's position and things happened were all logged and secured in a kind of cosmic blackbox - just in case any mishap happened the Galaxy Union could investigate. Any move by anyone there would not escape the log.
"Dolores blew her cover... she is lucky because the Interpol ship is a safe haven ..." Belamis thought.
Dolores stood there, and she waited till Katrina was out of sight before she gave out a look at Belamis which in her eyes were like saying, "That was close..."
Belamis tugged a chain, meaning "yes".
Dolores could not even user her voice - there might be ears on the walls.
She knew she had to communicate with Belamis and she rushed back to her own quarters.
Dolores quarters were secured and the door could only be opened with the system scanning her whole body.
She entered the quarters and closed the door, then locked it.
Dolores turned to the closet, and opened it - out it came a gray cat.
The cat purred softly. Dolores grabbed a small device and put a strap on it, and let the cat carried it with her mouth.
Then Dolores opened a little trap door on the ceiling, and let the cat climbed in.
The trap door led to small passage way in the Interpol ship, and then it led to a small opening to the outside, and the cat was small enough to crawl in and get out.
Then the cat ran to Belamis.
Belamis nodded. The cat jumped up to Belamis and then transformed to Nako the cougar!
"Ednan really make you a handy spy!" Belamis thought and smiled at the cougar.
Before they parted, Ednan said, "I think Dolores needed a body guard..." He looked at Nako.
"She's too big..." Medora said.
Idina replied, "If she can be as small as a cat!"
Ednan exclaimed, "Yes... a cat!!"
Ednan then gave Nako the powers - to transform to the size of a housecat!
This way, Nako could hide in the Interpol ship.
Nako dropped the small device on Belamis' palm - it began emitting a sound of ultra high frequency - which only Belamis could hear.
It was Dolores' message she encoded, "Belamis, the situation is bad. Katrina knew I was trying to find out about her. I try to look up her backgrounds, but it is blocked from my access. This is not normal for her rank. I should have the clearance to look at her files..."
Belamis remembered she was the Admiral Major, "Perhaps...my access is still usable..."
Belamis knew how to encode back her message to the device, "Use my access and passcodes....."
Then Nako changed back to the small cat, carried the device and climbed back into the small opening, and wriggled herself along the small pathways before she was back at Dolores' quarters.
Dolores was waiting, and Nako let out a small purr sound.
Dolores let Nako back in.
She immediately got the device.
"Belamis' passcodes ???? Yeah... Belamis is the Admiral Major...maybe her access can still be used... she has much higher security clearance than me!" Dolores thought.
Dolores then used the terminal in her quarters, and access the system.
The system display: ENTER PASSCODE.
Dolores keyed in Belamis' passcode.
"ACCESS GRANTED FOR ADMIRAL MAJOR BELAMIS, CLEARANCE LEVEL 9999".
"It's the highest level...they have not revoked Belamis' passcode!!!!" Dolores thought.
"I have to be quick.." Dolores said to herself as she worked on the computer.
Dolores immediately checked the files for Constantine and Katrina, and she recorded where she read on the device, which would be delivered by Nako in her cat form.
Dolores heart beat quicker as she read the files she found.
She heard a sound.
Dolores immediately signed off and then let Nako had the device.
"Go..." She gently urged and picked up Nako in her cat form and tugged her into the small vent.
Nako was quiet and she wriggled away in the narrow channel.
Someone knocked at Dolores' door, and it was Katrina.
Dolores' switched the lights of her quarters off, and quickly slipped into her sleeping gowns, pretending that she was sleeping.
"Aarrrhh...Yawn..." Dolores pretended she was awaken from her sleep.
"Dolores.. are you asleep ?" Katrina was at the door.
"No.....no.. just taking a nap..." Dolores opened the door.
During the whole process Belamis was listening in and she was worried.
"Dolores has to be smart and inventive..." She thought.
Then Belamis saw Nako running out a small opening at the side of the Interpol Ship to her.
Belamis looked and caught the cat in her palms and concealed her - if Katrina saw Nako, their cover would be blown away.
Dolores opened the door...
"I am not looking decent.. sorry.." Dolores said.
Katrina looked at Dolores in her gowns and gave her a look of contempt.
"Go back to sleep!" Katrina said.
Dolores closed the door as she yawned.
Katrina left, and thought, "This officer is not really as good as Constantine described.. sleeping in gowns ???"
Dolores listened and knew Katrina was far away.
She went to the window and checked Belamis out.
Nako came out and she dropped the device at Belamis palm, which emitted the message for Belamis to hear.
"Belamis, I used your passcodes and saw the files of Katrina and Constantine. You wouldn't believe what is there!! The file appeared to be forged.... Constantine and Katrina's background don't check out. I ran all the checks, and the stations and posts that were claimed in their files don't match. Someone ... a spy or agent ... possibly from the enemies put the file in... and that person has to have same level of access as you !!"
Belamis listened, and knew she did the right thing, "I have to be back there to find out... someone infiltrated the Galaxy Union!!"
The next question was, who and how many infiltrated the Galaxy Union ?
Belamis then gently let Nako out and she quickly ran back into the Interpol ship. Belamis looked out to the cosmos.
The Interpol ship began to move and Belamis as dragged along.
"Wonder when I can join Kugo ...?" Belamis thought.
Dolores and Belamis had the same thought - Katrina and Constantine had very suspicious background, and they were up to no good.
Nako were in her cat form, and so she could slip quietly back to Dolores' quarters.
Dolores was still at the command room, and Katrina was there.
"Order the ship to change course to 1172..." Katrina ordered.
"Yes... Adjust course... 1172..." Dolores commanded.
Belamis noticed the ship turned.
"Now what ?"
"Captain... we detected something ahead..." A crew said.
Dolores watched and frowned.
Katrina said, "I do think Belamis need some ... entertainment ?"
Dolores then coughed, "I..I think I have a cold...I'll go to the sick bay..."
Dolores walked to the sick bay, closed the door, and whispered, "Hey..kitty..kitty ?"
Then from the vent at the ceiling came a soft meow sound, it's Nako.
Dolores quickly grabbed a chair and whispered into the device hanging on Nako's neck.
"Belamis...watch out...the region ahead is another area of high energy storm..."
Then Nako wriggled and crept away.
Belamis sensed Nako was coming to her.
"This is not going to be good..." Belamis thought.
Nako came out a vent and jumped to Belamis.
"Good girl.." Belamis thought, and she listened to the message.
"Wonder how Dolores can help me..?"
Dolores came back to the command room.
"Have to avoid going to that area...but how ?" Dolores wondered.
She looked at Katrina, and Katrina was looking at the controls.
Dolores then thought of a way.
"Katrina, we have to avoid that storm .... this ship carries anti-matter weapons, and we have problems going through this kind of storm..." Dolores began.
Dolores started keying in commands and show the plan of the ship.
"The storm may damage our ship and causes the torpedoes to explode..." Dolores said.
Katrina frowned, "Is that no other way ?"
Dolores said, "No..."
"Well then.... we have to change courses again ?" Katrina smiled.
Dolores nodded, with a straight face.
"But for Belamis..." Katrina grinned.
The ship fired four probes pulling Belamis towards the storm area, and the probes landed on an asteroid, nailing the chains on Belamis' there.
Belamis knew Katrina wanted to torture her and Dolores tried her best.
Belamis turned around and saw the Interpol ship far away, and she was on an asteroid heading to the storm.
Dolores was frustrated - she knew Belamis would be hurt by the storm as the storm would whip up a lot of rocks and debris hitting her, and there would also be lightning strikes.
Belamis signed - she would have been able to escape, but if she did Dolores would be in danger.
She had already sent Nako back the ship, now Belamis was all by herself.
"This Katrina surely hate me..."
Katrina was holding a cup of wine, and watched as the storm cloud approached.
Belamis in her giantess form growled, and she stared back at the window at Katrina.
Katrina was taken aback by Belamis' stare.
Then the storm cloud came and passed through the asteroid.
Swarms of stones and rocks hit Belamis. Belamis was chained and she could not even lift her arms to shield herself. Yet Belamis was there boldly, and the rocks and stones hit her, cutting her body.
Dolores looked away.
Then a lightning hit Belamis. Belamis endured without a sound.
Katrina laughed.
Dolores could see that Katrina hated Belamis, and Dolores wondered, "Where is this Katrina come from ? And Constantine ? They both hated Belamis...."
It was half an hour before the storm cloud left, and Belamis was hurt all over.
Belamis breathed heavily, and thought, "I will have to endure things like this many times..."
"Get her back ..." Katrina ordered.
The Interpol ship re-engaged the chains on Belamis and pulled her back.
Katrina went out the deck and looked.
Dolores followed.
When Dolores saw Belamis her heart was hurt. Belamis had a lot of wounds on her caused by the swarms of rocks that hit her.
Katrina grinned, and said, "This is to warn you, don't try anything funny..."
Dolores kept her face calm as Katrina turned to her.
"Make sure she is not comfortable!"
When Dolores was back in her quarters, she decided.
"Have to get the cat to find Belamis' friends....I cannot let them hurt Belamis...."
Dolores checked that her door was locked, then she climbed up and whispered to the vent, "Kitty...kitty..."
Nako was there.
"Go... leave the ship!! Find Belamis' friend!!!" Dolores urged.
Nako nodded, and she wriggled out, exit the ship and jumped onto the deck.
Suddenly the door opened.
Nako jumped onto Belamis' palm.
Belamis saw her and thought, "What is it ?"
Nako hid herself inside Belamis' hair.
It was Katrina.
"What is she up to now ?" Belamis thought.
Katrina looked at Belamis and pulled out a control and pressed a button.
Belamis roared in pain.... the chains were sending EM waves on her...

Chapter 8 The alliance with Dolores
Dolores looked and saw the enemy ships... she frowned.
"Belamis.... and Kugo..." Dolores began, and she took out a control unit, and pressed a button.
The chains and cuffs on Belamis came off.
"Kugo.. take Belamis away, you and your friends run..." Dolores said, "You stay away from this..."
"What ?" Kugo was surprised.
Belamis shook her head, and uttered, "No..."
"Fermalos army's ship out numbered us..." Dolores said, "We must split whilst I fight them with my Interpol ship!"
"Don't be silly!!!" Kugo said.
The ships approached.
"No time for that..." Belamis said. "Kugo....get Medora..to safety..:" Belamis uttered as she leaped up and whistled, signaling Nako to follow her.
Nako growled and transformed to the giant cougar and followed Belamis.
Kugo looked and knew he had to get Medora and Idina to safety first.
"Let me.." Dolores said.
Medora and Idina saw the Interpol ship approaching with Kugo.
"Medora, you and Idina must get away first!" Kugo yelled.
"Where's Belamis ???" Medora asked.
"She's trying to hold back the Fermalos forces..." Kugo said, "I will join her..."
Dolores commanded, "We will escort this craft to a safe place first...and we will join you... I trust that Belamis will not run away..."
Kugo replied, "Belamis is hopelessly stubborn in keeping her promise..."
Kugo immediately turned his craft around and rushed to join Belamis.
Belamis saw the Fermalos ships closed in, and their guns were aiming at her.
"Have to wait till Medora and others are far away in safety..." Belamis thought.
She turned to Nako, and uttered, "We go ...."
Belamis decided to lure the enemies away first.
"Belamis! Wait for me !!" Kugo came just in time, holding out his Astrolance.
Belamis was glad her lover was by her side - she enjoyed fighting alongside with Kugo a lot. They were good partners...but this time Belamis was in her giantess form, not cyborg form.
Kugo yelled, "Here I come..."
Belamis put her palm in front of Kugo's craft and shook her head.
"Too..near...." Belamis remarked.
Kugo turned and realized that Medora, Idina and Dolores were still nearby.
"Right...we have to drive those bastards away first..." Kugo said.
Belamis nodded. She pointed at two ships and hinted at Kugo.
"I will take on those two..."
Belamis then without a word, led Nako to the other three.
It was going to be a rough battle for the two.
Then Belamis saw the guns glowed - they were armed.
Nako knew what Belamis wanted her to do and so she and Belamis split.
Belamis and Nako dodged the blasts from the guns.
"They are powerful!" Belamis thought. Nako and her were agile and they got closer to the Fermalos ships.
Kugo peered as he began firing Trizer Beam from his Astrolance. He was worried about Belamis.
Belamis landed on one of the enemy's craft and she grabbed a gun and began exerting her muscles.
The gun was bent and shot its energy to other enemy ship.
Kugo yelled, "Bravo!!!"
Nako opened her mouth and short out energy balls to cover Belamis as she wrecked havoc around the Fermalos ships.
Then there's a strong blast of high voltage electricity and it hit Belamis.
Belamis fell off and then the rockets rained down on her, exploding as they hit her.
"Belamis!!!" Kugo turned and use his AstroLance to short out AstroThunder to cover Belamis.
Nako hind leg was hit by a rocket too.
"Gosh.... they are all over Belamis!!" Kugo turned.
Belamis shook her head.
The Fermalos ships were still too near Medora's space craft.
Dolores saw that the couple was in difficult situation.
"Fire the two anti-matter torpedo to those two ships!" Ordered Dolores.
The officers complied and two anti-matter torpedo hit the two ships that were attacking Belamis.
"Good!!!" Kugo cheered.
The firing at Belamis stopped momentarily, and that gave Belamis the chance to hit back.
She leaped onto a ship, and then turn the gun on it to another Fermalos ship and fired!!!
There were explosions.
Dolores saw that Medora's ship was now at a safe distance, so she turned the Interpol ship around and aimed.
"Kugo! You and Belamis get out of the way.... our ship will fire!!" Dolores said.
"Belamis! Let'ts get out of the way!" Kugo yelled.
Belamis nodded. She leaped onto Nako's back and rode the cougar away, alongside with Kugo.
"Captain! We have clear shot!" The officer said.
"Wait... wait until Kugo and Belamis are back..." Dolores said.
Then Belamis turned, she saw three ships of Fermalos were aiming their energy weapons at Dolores.
Belamis roared.
Kugo heard the roar and saw Belamis stopped.
"Belamis!"
Belamis hopped of Nako and signaled the big cougar to run.
"Belamis!!"
Belamis gathered cosmic energy around her and she growled.
The three ships of Fermalos had their guns charged up.
"No!! Belamis will suffer another..." Medora screamed as she knew.
The Fermalos guns fired out three jets of energy, only to be blocked by Belamis' shield - which she put up by exerting herself and holding up an energy shield.
"Roooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!"
Kugo, Medora, Idina, Nako and Dolores heard Belamis' loud roar - a cry of a warrior goddess.
The Fermalos guns three jets of energy and Belamis shield were in a lock-horn battle.
Kugo cried, "Belamis!" He steered his Star Probe and rushed to her.
Idina cried, "Belamis will have another Avicci!!"
Sure enough, the strong energy guns depleted a lot of Belamis' energy, and the Avicci struck.
Belamis roared.
"Belamis!!" Kugo knew she was in great pain, and he raised his Astrolance, threw it like a spear and struck one of the ships.
Dolores shouted, "Aim the torpedoes at the ships! Fire!"
The torpedoes hit another two Fermalos ships.
Immediately the energy jets stopped.
Belamis dropped her arms and shook. She was in great pain.
Then a ball of light came and engulfed Belamis.
"Ed..nan...?"
"Tough girl.... just cannot leave you like this!" It was the Master of the Teardrop of Hope.
Belamis' chest opened, the Teardrop of Hope came out and glowed.
"Easy...." The Master of the Teardrop of Hope said.
Belamis breathed heavily...and the Teardrop of Hope on her chest received energy from the Master.
Belamis felt the pain gone and she got up and roared.
"You go ....girl!!" The Master of the Teardrop of Hope said.
"EM...hurricane!!!" Belamis yelled, and she shot out a blast and destroyed all the Fermalos ships.
Medora and Idina cheered.
"Wooooooooooooooowwwwww!!" Kugo was thrilled.
Belamis turned and smiled, and Nako joined her.
The company stayed at a planet - Kugo, Belamis, Medora, Idina, Dolores, Nako and Ednan.
"What are we going to do ? Constantine will have other dirty tricks to harm Belamis ?" Medora said.
Kugo looked at Dolores.
"Constantine knows I were under Belamis' command before... She will no longer trust me.." Dolores said.
"That's why she lured you here to kill you..." Kugo said.
"That will be a problem.." Ednan said.
The others turned.
Belamis then uttered..."Have to...return.."
Belamis could not talk well in her giantess form, so she used her telepathy and said to Medora, "If Dolores returned without me, she will fail her mission and be punished. If she escaped, the Galaxy Union will be after her.. and the ship's crew..."
Medora repeated it to all.
"Belamis has this idea..." Medora told everyone.
Kugo looked at her, Belamis nodded.
Medora, Idina and Ednan looked at Belamis and Dolores.
"The tough girl has a point... it might be worth it for her to take a chance..." Ednan said.
"Then..I am counting on you..for that.." Dolores said.
Kugo said, "We will do anything to help you..."
Belamis uttered, "Dolores..."
The company knew Dolores would be harmed by Constantine, and decided to help.
Meanwhile, Constantine had not heard from Dolores.
"No news... she should have been killed..." Constantine thought.
"Plan B..." Constantine said to herself.
"Bring me Captain Katrina...." Constantine ordered an officer.
Soon another woman officer came through the door.
A taller, blonde and green eyed woman officer, about the same age as Belamis stood, and she saluted Constantine.
"This is a brilliant chance for you to further your career...and grasp power..." Constantine said.
"And...to revenge for my people ..." Katrina said coldly.
"Be patient... Belamis is also responsible for the death of my best friend... " Constantine took out a badge, on it was a photograph.
"My father and brothers.... nearly got her!" Katrina said, with hate burning in her eyes.
"That Dolores woman... she was Belamis' people!"
"She will come to us..." Constantine said.
The company made the decision.
Ednan, Medora, Idina, Nako and Kugo rode the spacecraft and headed out first.
Kugo stood on Belamis palm before leaving, "Belamis, I will meet you back there..."
Kugo was not happy, but he knew Belamis' heart. He and Belamis were both chivalrous warriors and knew aside from their love, they had to help others with their powers.
Belamis gently kissed Kugo.
"Aw... I feel like I am the frog..."
"Frog...???" Belamis did not know about the frog prince story.
"Never mind... I love you..." Kugo smiled.
Belamis nodded, and Kugo waved to her as he departed with the spacecraft.
Belamis stayed with Dolores.
"Belamis..." Dolores looked at Belamis.
"We..go..back.." Belamis said.
"Belamis... Constantine know..." Dolores.
"Not Constantine..." Belamis uttered.
Belamis' telepathy was not of any use with Dolores, they had to rely on their mutual trust and understanding.
"What ?" Dolores.
Belamis pointed to the debris of the wrecked Fermalos ships.
"You... are ....not..."
Belamis was silent.
Dolores said, "It seems... we need not only your powers... but also your mind... well, after all you are the Admiral Major of Galaxy Union..." Dolores said.
Dolores knew. Belamis did not become the Chief Captain of both Lacets Legion and Guima Legion - Belamis had in her the mind and wits of a true commander.
"It will be a challenge to work with you.... " Dolores said.
Belamis smiled, then she reached out her arms, and said, "Cuff me..."
"Yes.." Dolores knew Belamis had her ideas.
The cuffs and chains went back on Belamis.
The Interpol ship started, and Dolores sat on her command seat.
Before long, Constantine called.
"Lieutenant..." Dolores saluted.
"So .. how does it go for my task I asked you of ?" Consantine asked.
"I finished it... that's the package you ask me to retrieve..." Dolores replied calmly, and she made sure that Belamis heard it.
Belamis was pulled along and she was listening, trying to pick up any hints in Constantine's voice.
Constantine was annoyed and she concealed her dissatisfaction.
Dolores could smell that Constantine was not happy, but she kept her straight face, and added, "I will deliver Belamis to the high security facility in ...another 3 days..."
Belamis was impressed, "Dolores was really a cool-headed officer..."
"Dolores, I am sending another capable person to help you..." Constantine said.
"I can handle things here" Dolores replied.
"No.. I am not saying you cannot handle things.. but there are a lot to do.. Katrina is to help you!" Constantine smiled.
Katrina appeared and said, "I will keep that Belamis at bay!"
Dolores saw her and knew this person was not easy at all.
Belamis heard the voice, and gasped, "Why am I finding this voice familiar again!!???"
Dolores knew she could not say no to Constantine, and so she saluted, and replied, "Thank you!"
The communication ended.
Dolores knew Belamis had super hearing, so she got back to her seat.
"Belamis... if you can hear me... stroke your hair with your left hand!" Dolores said. This was the protocol Belamis told Dolores to follow before talking to her.
Belamis stroked her hair with her left hand, but not looking at Dolores. Dolores saw that.
"Belamis, Constantine is sending another officer... that doesn't sound good!" Dolores said.
"Belamis, I will try to trick her around...."
Belamis tugged a chain with her right hand, an indication of "Yes".
"Belamis, when she arrived.... she might...mistreat you ..." Dolores said.
Belamis tugged the chain again.
In just less than a day, Katrina was at the Interpol ship as she travelled by warp. The Interpol ship could have use warp, but as the ship was larger, the warp journey was hazardous with all the Fermalos around that could wreck the wormholes if they were not careful.
Dolores saluted Katrina.
"Quit the BS... Show me Belamis..." Katrina said.
Dolores led Katrina to the deck, where they could see Belamis.
"Wow... she's a bit too comfortable out there, don't you think so ?" Katrina said.
"She is after all, a Galaxy Union officer. I cannot mistreat her. Besides out here isn't really that cozy." Dolores replied.
"Oh..I see.." Katrina smiled and she walked to the edge of the deck.
Belamis looked at her, and wondered, "She looks really as if she hates me to my bones... but who is she ???"
Katrina pulled out her large whip and lashed at Belamis.
Belamis clutched her teeth as that whip hit her and blasted her with high energy EM shocks.
"No!!! You cannot do this!! Torturing a captured prisoner is against the laws!" Dolores shouted.
"How dare you lecture me ?" Katrina said.
Dolores put her hand on her pistol.
"If you ever want to be stationed at .." Katrina said.
Dolores face twitched. "Alfred..." Her heart ached.
Katrina then kept whipping Belamis for another 20 minutes.
Then the two went inside the ship.
Dolores fought really hard not to show her emotions.
She retreated to her own sleeping quarters.
"Belamis... I am sorry..." Dolores said, hoping Belamis could hear her. She peaked out the window.
There Belamis was wearing a calm face.
Dolores knew Belamis understood.
"I have to keep my cool..." Dolores thought.
She now regarded Belamis as her quasi commander now - Belamis told her to try and find out what Constantine was up to.
Dolores remembered what Medora told her, the message from Belamis: Belamis cannot talk, and she said whatever happened, you stay calm and find out more. Belamis can hear you talk, and she know you are a fine officer and have good judgements.
Dolores took a deep breath, and felt a deep gratitude for the trust level Belamis had on her.
"No wonder you are such a fine commander..." Dolores thought.
She saw Belamis through the window - Belamis again stroked her hair - a sign that she appreciated Dolores.
"Who is this Katrina ??" Dolores wondered. That name was unfamiliar to her.
"I have to find out... and tell Belamis.." Dolores thought.
It was late ... everyone were supposed to be sleeping.
Dolores went to the main command room to access the computer. It was only by this way could she find out about Katrina.
Dolores was quiet and quick, and she accessed the computer, keying in the query as quick as she could.
Dolores read the information appearing on the screen, "Good heavens...."
The Dolores felt a pistol point to her head.
Dolores looked and saw the enemy ships... she frowned.
"Belamis.... and Kugo..." Dolores began, and she took out a control unit, and pressed a button.
The chains and cuffs on Belamis came off.
"Kugo.. take Belamis away, you and your friends run..." Dolores said, "You stay away from this..."
"What ?" Kugo was surprised.
Belamis shook her head, and uttered, "No..."
"Fermalos army's ship out numbered us..." Dolores said, "We must split whilst I fight them with my Interpol ship!"
"Don't be silly!!!" Kugo said.
The ships approached.
"No time for that..." Belamis said. "Kugo....get Medora..to safety..:" Belamis uttered as she leaped up and whistled, signaling Nako to follow her.
Nako growled and transformed to the giant cougar and followed Belamis.
Kugo looked and knew he had to get Medora and Idina to safety first.
"Let me.." Dolores said.
Medora and Idina saw the Interpol ship approaching with Kugo.
"Medora, you and Idina must get away first!" Kugo yelled.
"Where's Belamis ???" Medora asked.
"She's trying to hold back the Fermalos forces..." Kugo said, "I will join her..."
Dolores commanded, "We will escort this craft to a safe place first...and we will join you... I trust that Belamis will not run away..."
Kugo replied, "Belamis is hopelessly stubborn in keeping her promise..."
Kugo immediately turned his craft around and rushed to join Belamis.
Belamis saw the Fermalos ships closed in, and their guns were aiming at her.
"Have to wait till Medora and others are far away in safety..." Belamis thought.
She turned to Nako, and uttered, "We go ...."
Belamis decided to lure the enemies away first.
"Belamis! Wait for me !!" Kugo came just in time, holding out his Astrolance.
Belamis was glad her lover was by her side - she enjoyed fighting alongside with Kugo a lot. They were good partners...but this time Belamis was in her giantess form, not cyborg form.
Kugo yelled, "Here I come..."
Belamis put her palm in front of Kugo's craft and shook her head.
"Too..near...." Belamis remarked.
Kugo turned and realized that Medora, Idina and Dolores were still nearby.
"Right...we have to drive those bastards away first..." Kugo said.
Belamis nodded. She pointed at two ships and hinted at Kugo.
"I will take on those two..."
Belamis then without a word, led Nako to the other three.
It was going to be a rough battle for the two.
Then Belamis saw the guns glowed - they were armed.
Nako knew what Belamis wanted her to do and so she and Belamis split.
Belamis and Nako dodged the blasts from the guns.
"They are powerful!" Belamis thought. Nako and her were agile and they got closer to the Fermalos ships.
Kugo peered as he began firing Trizer Beam from his Astrolance. He was worried about Belamis.
Belamis landed on one of the enemy's craft and she grabbed a gun and began exerting her muscles.
The gun was bent and shot its energy to other enemy ship.
Kugo yelled, "Bravo!!!"
Nako opened her mouth and short out energy balls to cover Belamis as she wrecked havoc around the Fermalos ships.
Then there's a strong blast of high voltage electricity and it hit Belamis.
Belamis fell off and then the rockets rained down on her, exploding as they hit her.
"Belamis!!!" Kugo turned and use his AstroLance to short out AstroThunder to cover Belamis.
Nako hind leg was hit by a rocket too.
"Gosh.... they are all over Belamis!!" Kugo turned.
Belamis shook her head.
The Fermalos ships were still too near Medora's space craft.
Dolores saw that the couple was in difficult situation.
"Fire the two anti-matter torpedo to those two ships!" Ordered Dolores.
The officers complied and two anti-matter torpedo hit the two ships that were attacking Belamis.
"Good!!!" Kugo cheered.
The firing at Belamis stopped momentarily, and that gave Belamis the chance to hit back.
She leaped onto a ship, and then turn the gun on it to another Fermalos ship and fired!!!
There were explosions.
Dolores saw that Medora's ship was now at a safe distance, so she turned the Interpol ship around and aimed.
"Kugo! You and Belamis get out of the way.... our ship will fire!!" Dolores said.
"Belamis! Let'ts get out of the way!" Kugo yelled.
Belamis nodded. She leaped onto Nako's back and rode the cougar away, alongside with Kugo.
"Captain! We have clear shot!" The officer said.
"Wait... wait until Kugo and Belamis are back..." Dolores said.
Then Belamis turned, she saw three ships of Fermalos were aiming their energy weapons at Dolores.
Belamis roared.
Kugo heard the roar and saw Belamis stopped.
"Belamis!"
Belamis hopped of Nako and signaled the big cougar to run.
"Belamis!!"
Belamis gathered cosmic energy around her and she growled.
The three ships of Fermalos had their guns charged up.
"No!! Belamis will suffer another..." Medora screamed as she knew.
The Fermalos guns fired out three jets of energy, only to be blocked by Belamis' shield - which she put up by exerting herself and holding up an energy shield.
"Roooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!"
Kugo, Medora, Idina, Nako and Dolores heard Belamis' loud roar - a cry of a warrior goddess.
The Fermalos guns three jets of energy and Belamis shield were in a lock-horn battle.
Kugo cried, "Belamis!" He steered his Star Probe and rushed to her.
Idina cried, "Belamis will have another Avicci!!"
Sure enough, the strong energy guns depleted a lot of Belamis' energy, and the Avicci struck.
Belamis roared.
"Belamis!!" Kugo knew she was in great pain, and he raised his Astrolance, threw it like a spear and struck one of the ships.
Dolores shouted, "Aim the torpedoes at the ships! Fire!"
The torpedoes hit another two Fermalos ships.
Immediately the energy jets stopped.
Belamis dropped her arms and shook. She was in great pain.
Then a ball of light came and engulfed Belamis.
"Ed..nan...?"
"Tough girl.... just cannot leave you like this!" It was the Master of the Teardrop of Hope.
Belamis' chest opened, the Teardrop of Hope came out and glowed.
"Easy...." The Master of the Teardrop of Hope said.
Belamis breathed heavily...and the Teardrop of Hope on her chest received energy from the Master.
Belamis felt the pain gone and she got up and roared.
"You go ....girl!!" The Master of the Teardrop of Hope said.
"EM...hurricane!!!" Belamis yelled, and she shot out a blast and destroyed all the Fermalos ships.
Medora and Idina cheered.
"Wooooooooooooooowwwwww!!" Kugo was thrilled.
Belamis turned and smiled, and Nako joined her.
The company stayed at a planet - Kugo, Belamis, Medora, Idina, Dolores, Nako and Ednan.
"What are we going to do ? Constantine will have other dirty tricks to harm Belamis ?" Medora said.
Kugo looked at Dolores.
"Constantine knows I were under Belamis' command before... She will no longer trust me.." Dolores said.
"That's why she lured you here to kill you..." Kugo said.
"That will be a problem.." Ednan said.
The others turned.
Belamis then uttered..."Have to...return.."
Belamis could not talk well in her giantess form, so she used her telepathy and said to Medora, "If Dolores returned without me, she will fail her mission and be punished. If she escaped, the Galaxy Union will be after her.. and the ship's crew..."
Medora repeated it to all.
"Belamis has this idea..." Medora told everyone.
Kugo looked at her, Belamis nodded.
Medora, Idina and Ednan looked at Belamis and Dolores.
"The tough girl has a point... it might be worth it for her to take a chance..." Ednan said.
"Then..I am counting on you..for that.." Dolores said.
Kugo said, "We will do anything to help you..."
Belamis uttered, "Dolores..."
The company knew Dolores would be harmed by Constantine, and decided to help.
Meanwhile, Constantine had not heard from Dolores.
"No news... she should have been killed..." Constantine thought.
"Plan B..." Constantine said to herself.
"Bring me Captain Katrina...." Constantine ordered an officer.
Soon another woman officer came through the door.
A taller, blonde and green eyed woman officer, about the same age as Belamis stood, and she saluted Constantine.
"This is a brilliant chance for you to further your career...and grasp power..." Constantine said.
"And...to revenge for my people ..." Katrina said coldly.
"Be patient... Belamis is also responsible for the death of my best friend... " Constantine took out a badge, on it was a photograph.
"My father and brothers.... nearly got her!" Katrina said, with hate burning in her eyes.
"That Dolores woman... she was Belamis' people!"
"She will come to us..." Constantine said.
The company made the decision.
Ednan, Medora, Idina, Nako and Kugo rode the spacecraft and headed out first.
Kugo stood on Belamis palm before leaving, "Belamis, I will meet you back there..."
Kugo was not happy, but he knew Belamis' heart. He and Belamis were both chivalrous warriors and knew aside from their love, they had to help others with their powers.
Belamis gently kissed Kugo.
"Aw... I feel like I am the frog..."
"Frog...???" Belamis did not know about the frog prince story.
"Never mind... I love you..." Kugo smiled.
Belamis nodded, and Kugo waved to her as he departed with the spacecraft.
Belamis stayed with Dolores.
"Belamis..." Dolores looked at Belamis.
"We..go..back.." Belamis said.
"Belamis... Constantine know..." Dolores.
"Not Constantine..." Belamis uttered.
Belamis' telepathy was not of any use with Dolores, they had to rely on their mutual trust and understanding.
"What ?" Dolores.
Belamis pointed to the debris of the wrecked Fermalos ships.
"You... are ....not..."
Belamis was silent.
Dolores said, "It seems... we need not only your powers... but also your mind... well, after all you are the Admiral Major of Galaxy Union..." Dolores said.
Dolores knew. Belamis did not become the Chief Captain of both Lacets Legion and Guima Legion - Belamis had in her the mind and wits of a true commander.
"It will be a challenge to work with you.... " Dolores said.
Belamis smiled, then she reached out her arms, and said, "Cuff me..."
"Yes.." Dolores knew Belamis had her ideas.
The cuffs and chains went back on Belamis.
The Interpol ship started, and Dolores sat on her command seat.
Before long, Constantine called.
"Lieutenant..." Dolores saluted.
"So .. how does it go for my task I asked you of ?" Consantine asked.
"I finished it... that's the package you ask me to retrieve..." Dolores replied calmly, and she made sure that Belamis heard it.
Belamis was pulled along and she was listening, trying to pick up any hints in Constantine's voice.
Constantine was annoyed and she concealed her dissatisfaction.
Dolores could smell that Constantine was not happy, but she kept her straight face, and added, "I will deliver Belamis to the high security facility in ...another 3 days..."
Belamis was impressed, "Dolores was really a cool-headed officer..."
"Dolores, I am sending another capable person to help you..." Constantine said.
"I can handle things here" Dolores replied.
"No.. I am not saying you cannot handle things.. but there are a lot to do.. Katrina is to help you!" Constantine smiled.
Katrina appeared and said, "I will keep that Belamis at bay!"
Dolores saw her and knew this person was not easy at all.
Belamis heard the voice, and gasped, "Why am I finding this voice familiar again!!???"
Dolores knew she could not say no to Constantine, and so she saluted, and replied, "Thank you!"
The communication ended.
Dolores knew Belamis had super hearing, so she got back to her seat.
"Belamis... if you can hear me... stroke your hair with your left hand!" Dolores said. This was the protocol Belamis told Dolores to follow before talking to her.
Belamis stroked her hair with her left hand, but not looking at Dolores. Dolores saw that.
"Belamis, Constantine is sending another officer... that doesn't sound good!" Dolores said.
"Belamis, I will try to trick her around...."
Belamis tugged a chain with her right hand, an indication of "Yes".
"Belamis, when she arrived.... she might...mistreat you ..." Dolores said.
Belamis tugged the chain again.
In just less than a day, Katrina was at the Interpol ship as she travelled by warp. The Interpol ship could have use warp, but as the ship was larger, the warp journey was hazardous with all the Fermalos around that could wreck the wormholes if they were not careful.
Dolores saluted Katrina.
"Quit the BS... Show me Belamis..." Katrina said.
Dolores led Katrina to the deck, where they could see Belamis.
"Wow... she's a bit too comfortable out there, don't you think so ?" Katrina said.
"She is after all, a Galaxy Union officer. I cannot mistreat her. Besides out here isn't really that cozy." Dolores replied.
"Oh..I see.." Katrina smiled and she walked to the edge of the deck.
Belamis looked at her, and wondered, "She looks really as if she hates me to my bones... but who is she ???"
Katrina pulled out her large whip and lashed at Belamis.
Belamis clutched her teeth as that whip hit her and blasted her with high energy EM shocks.
"No!!! You cannot do this!! Torturing a captured prisoner is against the laws!" Dolores shouted.
"How dare you lecture me ?" Katrina said.
Dolores put her hand on her pistol.
"If you ever want to be stationed at .." Katrina said.
Dolores face twitched. "Alfred..." Her heart ached.
Katrina then kept whipping Belamis for another 20 minutes.
Then the two went inside the ship.
Dolores fought really hard not to show her emotions.
She retreated to her own sleeping quarters.
"Belamis... I am sorry..." Dolores said, hoping Belamis could hear her. She peaked out the window.
There Belamis was wearing a calm face.
Dolores knew Belamis understood.
"I have to keep my cool..." Dolores thought.
She now regarded Belamis as her quasi commander now - Belamis told her to try and find out what Constantine was up to.
Dolores remembered what Medora told her, the message from Belamis: Belamis cannot talk, and she said whatever happened, you stay calm and find out more. Belamis can hear you talk, and she know you are a fine officer and have good judgements.
Dolores took a deep breath, and felt a deep gratitude for the trust level Belamis had on her.
"No wonder you are such a fine commander..." Dolores thought.
She saw Belamis through the window - Belamis again stroked her hair - a sign that she appreciated Dolores.
"Who is this Katrina ??" Dolores wondered. That name was unfamiliar to her.
"I have to find out... and tell Belamis.." Dolores thought.
It was late ... everyone were supposed to be sleeping.

Chapter 7 The journey to Galaxy Union
Belamis wore the chains and cuffs on her and let the Galaxy Union Interpol Ship tolled her along.
Kugo, Medora, Idina and Nako followed in another craft.
The Interpol ship stopped and landed and Belamis stood on the ground. The cuffs and chains were released.
Dolores came out, "You can all rest here..."
Kugo came out of the craft and asked, "Where are we heading now ?"
Medora continued, "The flight path is not heading to the Galaxy Union base on Earth ..."
Dolores said, "I received reports. Fermalos forces were launching attack in numerous places. We have to take a detour to avoid them. We are not going back to Earth directly.... and this route can take another 20 days."
Dolores turned to Belamis and said, "I know you will not run away. So everyday I will stop and release you from your cuffs..."
Belamis in her giantess form, gazed at Dolores and nodded.
Kugo replied, "Thanks..."
Dolores replied in a straight face, "Don't thank me.... if you make any wrong move, I am authorized to kill Belamis..." She placed her hand on her gun and stared at Belamis.
The party knew Dolores was serious.
Kugo got nervous, and he wanted to walk close to Dolores to confront her.
Belamis placed her hand before Kugo, and shook her head.
Belamis knew Dolores had to obey orders - she remembered her days as the Chief Captain of Lacets Legion, and she could understand Dolores' situation - Dolores could not disobey her orders.
Dolores said, "We will stay for three hours here..." As she turned and left the company.
Medora and Idina immediately came forward to Belamis.
Idina said, "Belamis, you should escape...."
Medora said, "I don't know if it is safe for you... once you are on those cuffs and chains.. she could practically kill you and you cannot tell when !!!"
Belamis shook her head.
Kugo said, "Don't be so stubborn again please!!!"
Belamis shook her head, and replied, "Trust me..."
She gazed Medora and Idina and then Belamis' mind merged with the girls.
Medora and Idina closed their eyes. They felt Belamis' mind and then they looked at Belamis.
Idina said to Kugo, "Papa Kugo, let's go along with Belamis!!"
Medora said, "Kugo, let's talk when we are back into the space ship!"
After the three hours break, Belamis was being chained and cuff.
The Interpol Ship took off and pulled Belamis along.
Kugo, the girls and the big cougar followed.
Dolores was watching outside, then then transmitter sounded.
"Lieutenant Constantine..." Dolores thought.
In the screen was Constantine.
"So...I heard you captured Belamis..." Constantine said with a smile.
"Yes....I will deliver her safely back ..as soon as I can..." Dolores replied.
"Well... safely ? Take your time...." Constantine said.
Dolores heart grew anxious. She wanted to finish this mission and take Belamis back into prison, and hoped that Constantine would allow her to station at her home planet, to be close to her brother Alfred. She would rather be able to deliver Belamis right now.. but again her conscience fought with her wishes.
Dolores had not talked with Aflred for two weeks, and she was worried.
"You brother is doing well..." Constantine said.
It just could not escape her eyes, Dolores thought.
Constantine at the other side, smiled, "I have instructions for you...."
At the other end, Medora replied to Belamis in telepathy, "Yes.... we switched on our radio and are listening in to Dolores conversation with her superior..."
Kugo understood finally, "Belamis wants to find out herself why she was framed, and why Constantine mistreated her...."
Belamis acted as though nothing happened. She told Medora in telepathy, "Just listen... Dolores is not a bad person, but that Constantine has something up her sleeves..."
Idina and Medora heard, and told Kugo.
Kugo nodded, and said, "We will have to watch carefully."
Nako was on the floor and her ear pricked up, as though she was listening too, and she purred.
"Good girl... we will rescue mother!!" Idina hugged the big cougar.
"Look... the Interpol Ship changed course!!!" Medora said.
"But we did not hear any instructions...." Kugo uttered.
Constantine used text to convey her instructions to Dolores.
Dolores frowned, and the she found that she was visible from the window.
Belamis focused her super human vision and she listened and watched.
Belamis saw the facial expression of Dolores, but she did not know what Constantine told her to do.
Belamis believed Dolores changed the course of the Interpol Ship under Constantine's order.
Medora and Kugo looked at each other.
Kugo said, "I will ride my Star Probe out and check..." He immediately got out.
Belamis was being tolled along. Kugo flew his craft and flew side by side with her.
Belamis turned and smiled at Kugo.
"Belamis... I will stick around...."
Belamis nodded.
She turned and hinted Kugo to look.
They saw afar that they were entering a storm.
"What is Dolores doing ???" Kugo.
Belamis immediately saw it was a storm cloud of high energy electromagnetic energy.
Belamis was exposed and the lightning could hit her and cause her pains.
Belamis turned to Kugo, and said, "Back..to ..ship.."
Kugo said, "Let me be at your side!!!"
Belamis said, "Pro..tect Medora..Idina..."
Kugo hesitated. He turned, and knew with only the girls in the craft, they could not pilot it out the storm cloud.
Dolores watched as she saw Kugo headed back to their craft.
"Sorry....." Dolores said.
Kugo entered the craft and sat on the pilot seat and grabbed the controls. He turned to the girls, "Buckle up!!!"
The girls immediately seated and bucked up. Nako used her claws and limbs and hold onto a seat too, where Idina buckle her up.
"What is the matter???" Medora asked.
"Kugo, Belamis is still out there..." Idina cried.
"Hold tight..." Kugo said.
Then as the two crafts entered the storm area, there were blinding flashes of lightning.
Dolores said, "Deploy our energy shield..."
But the energy shield did not cover Belamis.
Then a lightning hit Belamis.
Belamis roared in pain as the powerful energy hit her.
"Belamis!!!" Kugo yelled.
Then Medora heard Belamis in telepathy, "I am OK...."
Nako meowed loudly and put her paws on the window. Idina hold Nako's neck. They watched Belamis enduring the storm.
"That Dolores did it!!!" Kugo said, but he could not leave the girls alone in the space craft.
"Damn!!" Kugo grunted.
The raging storm was a cloud of energetic particles, and it had flashes of lightning, and the lightning hit Belamis again and again.
Belamis clutched her teeth and endured.
Medora cried. Nako meowed and meowed, and Idina wept.
Dolores turned away from the window and avoid looking out.
Belamis silently endured, and after two hours, the crafts exited the storm cloud.
Kugo switched on the controls and contacted Dolores, "Can we just stop!!!?? We have to look at Belamis! She is hurt!!"
The other side was not answering.
"What the ??" Kugo gasped. He stormed out and rode Star Probe. Nako followed him.
The two reached Belamis, and Kugo checked on Belamis. Nako turned to the giant cougar and licked Belamis' face.
Belamis was breathing heavily - there were a few areas of burns on her body, she nodded and rubbed Nako's face with her face.
Kugo flew to Belamis face, and said, "We will stop.. and we will check your wounds..."
Then the Interpol ship accelerated.
Kugo yelled, "Stop !!!" He raised his AstroLance and Nako growled.
"No..." Belamis uttered.
"What ???"
"Don't....attack...."
Belamis stopped Nako as she wanted to attack too.
Then Kugo heard the transmission, it was Medora, "Kugo don't!!! If you attacked even you will be regarded as a criminal.... Belamis said it was Constantine's trick!!!"
Kugo turned to Belamis. Belamis nodded, and replied, "Calm..down..."
Then the ship stopped.
Dolores exited and looked at them. Kugo looked and he was angry.
"There is a planet... we can stay there for a day..... there was Fermalos forces detected ahead... our ship is not equipped to fight... we better wait..." Dolores said.
Then she quickly entered the Interpol ship without looking back.
"What ?" Kugo said.
Belamis said to Medora in telepathy, "It is not true... this Interpol ship was quite well equipped... Dolores is finding an excuse to stop.."
The ship landed, and Belamis was released from the chains and cuffs. She fell on her knees.
Medora, and Idina came out.
They saw Belamis was hurt badly.
"Constantine did this to hurt you..." Medora said.
"Dolores can only follow orders...." Kugo said.
Belamis nodded.
"There's nothing we can do then if Constantine comes up with other idea to hurt Belamis ?" Medora said.
Belamis replied, "No...."
Kugo said, "Dolores reminded us.. .she is authorized to kill you... Belamis..."
Belamis replied in telepathy to the girls, "Constantine wanted me dead......... but I escaped.. she tortured me once when I was locked up...."
Medora said, "Then if Dolores..."
Belamis replied in telepathy, "She will not do it...."
Dolores felt very bad.. she did not know that Constantine was trying to torture Belamis... until they arrived at the storm, it was not possible to turn away - and if she did, Constantine would know.
"I cannot hurt Belamis... she has been kind...not just to me..but to people...." Dolores thought.
But the thought of Alfred was hurting her - he was her only family... she was struggling within.
She again remembered that days at Queen Lacets planet. Belamis was patrolling in her jet and their battleship followed her and arrived at the outpost for the foreign soldiers.
Belamis just walked around silently. Dolores was at a corner watching.
A foreign soldier made a mistake and one Queen Lacets soldier began apprehending the soldier.
"No... don't be harsh..." Belamis said.
"You are new here ?" Belamis asked the young soldier. She replied timidly, "I...I..."
"Remember and learn from the mistake..." Belamis said.
Dolores witnessed these kindness of Belamis a few times.
"But..." Dolores struggled. She was so disparate to go to her brother's side.
Kugo looked at the wound and Belamis and was sad.
Idina and Medora then radiated their Galaxy Energy to heal her wounds.
Belamis nodded.
"We still have a lot of time ... we can stay for a day.." Kugo said.
Belamis then looked back to the Interpol ship and remembered a very faint whisper of Dolores.
"She is uttering a name... with sadness..." Belamis thought.
Soon enough, the day passed.
Dolores came out and said, "We have to go on..."
"Are you alright ?" Dolores asked Belamis.
Belamis nodded and stood up, and then she hold out her arms.
The cuffs and chains went back onto Belamis limbs and body.
Kugo, Medora and Idina watched, and felt frustrated.
"Go..." Belamis gently said.
Kugo and others got back to the space craft.
The Interpol ship took off, pulling Belamis along. The space craft on which Kugo, Medora, Idina and Nako was on board followed.
Dolores looked out and talked to herself, "I just hope Constantine will not issue further orders.... I am sorry Belamis... but I wanted to see my brother..I missed Alfred so much..."
Medora was on the pilot seat, and when all of a sudden she heard Belamis talking to her in telepathy.
"Belamis!" Medora exclaimed.
Kugo remarked, "What is it ???"
"Wait.. I am listening to Belamis!" Medora said, then she nodded.
"Kugo..." Medora turned to Kugo, and said, "We need to talk..." She whispered to Kugo. Kugo eyes opened wide and gasped.
Meanwhile, Dolores sat on her seat, overlooking all of the command room in the Interpol ship.
Then the transmitter buzzed.
"Constantine..." Dolores thought.
The screen turned on, and Constantine was there.
Dolores saluted to her, and said, "Everything is normal here."
"Normal ?" Constantine replied with a cold laugh.
"She survived that electrical storm ?" Constantine said.
"Belamis sustained some injury... according to our latest estimates, we can be back at the Mars base.... in another five days..." Dolores reported.
"Oh...you don't have to hurry..." Smiled Constantine.
Dolores felt anxious, but her face remained calm.
"I do not want to take chances... Fermalos forces were sighted. We could run the risk of being attacked by them the longer we are out here. It is best for us to speed up when we can." Dolores replied.
"Good thinking on your part.." Smiled Constantine.
"Thank you.." Dolores replied.
"I have a special task for you.....since you are near that spot which I needed a task to be done..." Constantine said.
"What is it you need me to do ?"
"A small thing... here's the co-ordinates for the planet. I want you to pick up something for me... When you arrived there... I will tell you... it's top secret." Constantine replied.
"Yes." Dolores replied.
Constantine signed off.
She grinned.
"Dolores... you think I will just trust you ? I have done my homework... I found out all about you - you were an officer in Lacets Legion...... under the command of Belamis..." Chuckled Constantine.
"Hope you enjoy your reunion with your beloved Captain Belamis... hahhahahahaha" Laughed Constantine.
"What ? The Interpol ship changed course again ???" Kugo gasped.
Medora noticed it, "Not another storm ??!!!!"
Belamis noticed it too. She talked to Medora in telepathy, "Medora, have you done what I just told you to do ?"
Medora replied, "Yes.... exactly as you told....Belamis....you are really kind..."
Belamis replied, "The Interpol ship changes course again.... that Constantine is pulling another trick.... have Kugo stay with you.. get Nako out with me...."
"Yes!" Medora replied.
Idina also heard their conversation in telepathy, and said, "Papa Kugo will protect us... no worries!"
Medora went over to Nako, "Go... help your mother, girl!" She patted the big cougar, and took her out to the deck of the space craft.
Nako meowed and she ran out to space, jumping to Belamis and sat on her shoulder.
Belamis smiled at the cougar.
"I wonder what Constantine is up to.." Belamis thought.
After about three hours, they saw a planet.
The Interpol ship engaged landing mode.
Dolores ordered, "Hover at the planet first..."
Soon enough, Constantine called.
"Dolores, you go out alone to the planet.... and there's the spot you should land." Said Constantine.
"Yes..." Dolores replied.
Belamis saw a small craft came out of the Interpol ship.
"It's Dolores.... she is going to the planet alone..." Thought Belamis.
Belamis looked at Nako, and said, "Follow the ship.... protect the woman in it!"
Nako meowed, and she dashed to the ship, following it closely.
"I smell something wrong here.... no Galaxy Union officer is supposed to venture out alone..." Belamis thought.
Dolores landed her own craft, and got off to the ground.
She was fully aware that the instructions given by Constantine was unusual. However, she could not refuse it, as Constantine had power over her, and Dolores had to obey, otherwise she would not be able to see her brother Alfred, unless she left the army without authorization, and that she would break the law, and she would land herself in prison. Dolores had no options.
"What is Constantine thinking ... why is she asking me to come to this planet in nowhere?" Dolores thought.
Then suddenly, a shot was fired at her.
Dolores dodged, and the shot barely missed her.
Dolores pulled out her gun and ran to a rock for shelter.
"Fermalos!!!" Dolores was alarmed. There were at least a dozen of them.
"That Galaxy Union officer is there!! Waste her!!" They shouted.
Then she felt a gun pointed at the back of her head.
"Hahaha..... beauty little one!" A man laughed.
Dolores turned - a Fermalos fighter pointed a gun at her.
Dolores knew she would be killed... she closed her eyes "Alfred...."
Then a roar.
Nako the cougar jumped and pinned the man down.
"What the ??" Dolores gasped.
The other men began firing.
Dolores shot back - but she was outnumbered.
"I am going to die here!!!" She thought.
Then suddenly Kugo on his Star Probe appeared.
"Stop!! You bastards!" Kugo yelled. He took out his Astrolance, and shot out Astro Thunder to the Fermalos fighters.
The Fermalos fighters were no match and they soon retreated.
"Why are you here ??" Dolores asked Kugo.
"You have to thank Belamis... first let's get out of here!" Kugo helped Dolores into his Star Probe.
"Go!!! Nako!!!" Kugo signaled the cougar.
They left the planet and soon were at the side of Belamis. The spacecraft on which Medora and Idina stayed was at their side.
Dolores looked at Belamis, and said, "How did you ..?"
Medora replied, "Dolores... you were at Lacets Legion... Belamis remembered you now..."
Dolores looked at Belamis, eyes filled with gratitude.
Belamis nodded.
Kugo continued, "Belamis remembered you...then she remember some other thing.... your boss Constantine sent you here... so that you will be killed....and then she can frame Belamis again... the same trick Queen Lacets did to kill Belamis friend..."
Belamis began, "Alfred...."
"You know about him ?" Dolores gasped.
"Belamis can hear you with her super hearing... she heard you talking to yourself!" Medora said.
Belamis nodded.
"Thanks..." Dolores said.
"We are not out of danger yet..." Kugo said.
Belamis pointed to a direction - there were four huge Fermalos ship coming.
"Constantine sent you and us here... to be killed by the Fermalos army.... Belamis knew it... so she had Nako to protect you..."
Belamis said, "Time..to fight.."
Belamis wore the chains and cuffs on her and let the Galaxy Union Interpol Ship tolled her along.
Kugo, Medora, Idina and Nako followed in another craft.
The Interpol ship stopped and landed and Belamis stood on the ground. The cuffs and chains were released.
Dolores came out, "You can all rest here..."
Kugo came out of the craft and asked, "Where are we heading now ?"
Medora continued, "The flight path is not heading to the Galaxy Union base on Earth ..."
Dolores said, "I received reports. Fermalos forces were launching attack in numerous places. We have to take a detour to avoid them. We are not going back to Earth directly.... and this route can take another 20 days."
Dolores turned to Belamis and said, "I know you will not run away. So everyday I will stop and release you from your cuffs..."
Belamis in her giantess form, gazed at Dolores and nodded.
Kugo replied, "Thanks..."
Dolores replied in a straight face, "Don't thank me.... if you make any wrong move, I am authorized to kill Belamis..." She placed her hand on her gun and stared at Belamis.
The party knew Dolores was serious.
Kugo got nervous, and he wanted to walk close to Dolores to confront her.
Belamis placed her hand before Kugo, and shook her head.
Belamis knew Dolores had to obey orders - she remembered her days as the Chief Captain of Lacets Legion, and she could understand Dolores' situation - Dolores could not disobey her orders.
Dolores said, "We will stay for three hours here..." As she turned and left the company.
Medora and Idina immediately came forward to Belamis.
Idina said, "Belamis, you should escape...."
Medora said, "I don't know if it is safe for you... once you are on those cuffs and chains.. she could practically kill you and you cannot tell when !!!"
Belamis shook her head.
Kugo said, "Don't be so stubborn again please!!!"
Belamis shook her head, and replied, "Trust me..."
She gazed Medora and Idina and then Belamis' mind merged with the girls.
Medora and Idina closed their eyes. They felt Belamis' mind and then they looked at Belamis.
Idina said to Kugo, "Papa Kugo, let's go along with Belamis!!"
Medora said, "Kugo, let's talk when we are back into the space ship!"
After the three hours break, Belamis was being chained and cuff.
The Interpol Ship took off and pulled Belamis along.
Kugo, the girls and the big cougar followed.
Dolores was watching outside, then then transmitter sounded.
"Lieutenant Constantine..." Dolores thought.
In the screen was Constantine.
"So...I heard you captured Belamis..." Constantine said with a smile.
"Yes....I will deliver her safely back ..as soon as I can..." Dolores replied.
"Well... safely ? Take your time...." Constantine said.
Dolores heart grew anxious. She wanted to finish this mission and take Belamis back into prison, and hoped that Constantine would allow her to station at her home planet, to be close to her brother Alfred. She would rather be able to deliver Belamis right now.. but again her conscience fought with her wishes.
Dolores had not talked with Aflred for two weeks, and she was worried.
"You brother is doing well..." Constantine said.
It just could not escape her eyes, Dolores thought.
Constantine at the other side, smiled, "I have instructions for you...."
At the other end, Medora replied to Belamis in telepathy, "Yes.... we switched on our radio and are listening in to Dolores conversation with her superior..."
Kugo understood finally, "Belamis wants to find out herself why she was framed, and why Constantine mistreated her...."
Belamis acted as though nothing happened. She told Medora in telepathy, "Just listen... Dolores is not a bad person, but that Constantine has something up her sleeves..."
Idina and Medora heard, and told Kugo.
Kugo nodded, and said, "We will have to watch carefully."
Nako was on the floor and her ear pricked up, as though she was listening too, and she purred.
"Good girl... we will rescue mother!!" Idina hugged the big cougar.
"Look... the Interpol Ship changed course!!!" Medora said.
"But we did not hear any instructions...." Kugo uttered.
Constantine used text to convey her instructions to Dolores.
Dolores frowned, and the she found that she was visible from the window.
Belamis focused her super human vision and she listened and watched.
Belamis saw the facial expression of Dolores, but she did not know what Constantine told her to do.
Belamis believed Dolores changed the course of the Interpol Ship under Constantine's order.
Medora and Kugo looked at each other.
Kugo said, "I will ride my Star Probe out and check..." He immediately got out.
Belamis was being tolled along. Kugo flew his craft and flew side by side with her.
Belamis turned and smiled at Kugo.
"Belamis... I will stick around...."
Belamis nodded.
She turned and hinted Kugo to look.
They saw afar that they were entering a storm.
"What is Dolores doing ???" Kugo.
Belamis immediately saw it was a storm cloud of high energy electromagnetic energy.
Belamis was exposed and the lightning could hit her and cause her pains.
Belamis turned to Kugo, and said, "Back..to ..ship.."
Kugo said, "Let me be at your side!!!"
Belamis said, "Pro..tect Medora..Idina..."
Kugo hesitated. He turned, and knew with only the girls in the craft, they could not pilot it out the storm cloud.
Dolores watched as she saw Kugo headed back to their craft.
"Sorry....." Dolores said.
Kugo entered the craft and sat on the pilot seat and grabbed the controls. He turned to the girls, "Buckle up!!!"
The girls immediately seated and bucked up. Nako used her claws and limbs and hold onto a seat too, where Idina buckle her up.
"What is the matter???" Medora asked.
"Kugo, Belamis is still out there..." Idina cried.
"Hold tight..." Kugo said.
Then as the two crafts entered the storm area, there were blinding flashes of lightning.
Dolores said, "Deploy our energy shield..."
But the energy shield did not cover Belamis.
Then a lightning hit Belamis.
Belamis roared in pain as the powerful energy hit her.
"Belamis!!!" Kugo yelled.
Then Medora heard Belamis in telepathy, "I am OK...."
Nako meowed loudly and put her paws on the window. Idina hold Nako's neck. They watched Belamis enduring the storm.
"That Dolores did it!!!" Kugo said, but he could not leave the girls alone in the space craft.
"Damn!!" Kugo grunted.
The raging storm was a cloud of energetic particles, and it had flashes of lightning, and the lightning hit Belamis again and again.
Belamis clutched her teeth and endured.
Medora cried. Nako meowed and meowed, and Idina wept.
Dolores turned away from the window and avoid looking out.
Belamis silently endured, and after two hours, the crafts exited the storm cloud.
Kugo switched on the controls and contacted Dolores, "Can we just stop!!!?? We have to look at Belamis! She is hurt!!"
The other side was not answering.
"What the ??" Kugo gasped. He stormed out and rode Star Probe. Nako followed him.
The two reached Belamis, and Kugo checked on Belamis. Nako turned to the giant cougar and licked Belamis' face.
Belamis was breathing heavily - there were a few areas of burns on her body, she nodded and rubbed Nako's face with her face.
Kugo flew to Belamis face, and said, "We will stop.. and we will check your wounds..."
Then the Interpol ship accelerated.
Kugo yelled, "Stop !!!" He raised his AstroLance and Nako growled.
"No..." Belamis uttered.
"What ???"
"Don't....attack...."
Belamis stopped Nako as she wanted to attack too.
Then Kugo heard the transmission, it was Medora, "Kugo don't!!! If you attacked even you will be regarded as a criminal.... Belamis said it was Constantine's trick!!!"
Kugo turned to Belamis. Belamis nodded, and replied, "Calm..down..."
Then the ship stopped.
Dolores exited and looked at them. Kugo looked and he was angry.
"There is a planet... we can stay there for a day..... there was Fermalos forces detected ahead... our ship is not equipped to fight... we better wait..." Dolores said.
Then she quickly entered the Interpol ship without looking back.
"What ?" Kugo said.
Belamis said to Medora in telepathy, "It is not true... this Interpol ship was quite well equipped... Dolores is finding an excuse to stop.."
The ship landed, and Belamis was released from the chains and cuffs. She fell on her knees.
Medora, and Idina came out.
They saw Belamis was hurt badly.
"Constantine did this to hurt you..." Medora said.
"Dolores can only follow orders...." Kugo said.
Belamis nodded.
"There's nothing we can do then if Constantine comes up with other idea to hurt Belamis ?" Medora said.
Belamis replied, "No...."
Kugo said, "Dolores reminded us.. .she is authorized to kill you... Belamis..."
Belamis replied in telepathy to the girls, "Constantine wanted me dead......... but I escaped.. she tortured me once when I was locked up...."
Medora said, "Then if Dolores..."
Belamis replied in telepathy, "She will not do it...."
Dolores felt very bad.. she did not know that Constantine was trying to torture Belamis... until they arrived at the storm, it was not possible to turn away - and if she did, Constantine would know.
"I cannot hurt Belamis... she has been kind...not just to me..but to people...." Dolores thought.
But the thought of Alfred was hurting her - he was her only family... she was struggling within.
She again remembered that days at Queen Lacets planet. Belamis was patrolling in her jet and their battleship followed her and arrived at the outpost for the foreign soldiers.
Belamis just walked around silently. Dolores was at a corner watching.
A foreign soldier made a mistake and one Queen Lacets soldier began apprehending the soldier.
"No... don't be harsh..." Belamis said.
"You are new here ?" Belamis asked the young soldier. She replied timidly, "I...I..."
"Remember and learn from the mistake..." Belamis said.
Dolores witnessed these kindness of Belamis a few times.
"But..." Dolores struggled. She was so disparate to go to her brother's side.
Kugo looked at the wound and Belamis and was sad.
Idina and Medora then radiated their Galaxy Energy to heal her wounds.
Belamis nodded.
"We still have a lot of time ... we can stay for a day.." Kugo said.
Belamis then looked back to the Interpol ship and remembered a very faint whisper of Dolores.
"She is uttering a name... with sadness..." Belamis thought.
Soon enough, the day passed.
Dolores came out and said, "We have to go on..."
"Are you alright ?" Dolores asked Belamis.
Belamis nodded and stood up, and then she hold out her arms.
The cuffs and chains went back onto Belamis limbs and body.
Kugo, Medora and Idina watched, and felt frustrated.
"Go..." Belamis gently said.
Kugo and others got back to the space craft.
The Interpol ship took off, pulling Belamis along. The space craft on which Kugo, Medora, Idina and Nako was on board followed.
Dolores looked out and talked to herself, "I just hope Constantine will not issue further orders.... I am sorry Belamis... but I wanted to see my brother..I missed Alfred so much..."
Medora was on the pilot seat, and when all of a sudden she heard Belamis talking to her in telepathy.
"Belamis!" Medora exclaimed.
Kugo remarked, "What is it ???"
"Wait.. I am listening to Belamis!" Medora said, then she nodded.

Chapter 6 Belamis being escorted back
Kugo drew out his Astro Lance, and he said, "I cannot let them take you away!!" He raised his Astro Lance and pointed to Dolores as he saw Belamis being chained and cuffed.
"No.." Belamis uttered, and she stood between Dolores and Kugo.
"Belamis!!!! Don't be stubborn!!!! You don't have to keep this promise!!!" Kugo shouted.
Dolores stepped back.
"Ku..go... no..." Belamis insisted, "...I...trust.... Dolores..."
Kugo gasped.
"Please...." Belamis said.
Then the space craft on which Medora and Idina was riding came.
The girls came out and yelled, "No!!!! Belamis!!! Don't go with her!! They are going to lock you up again!" Medora cried.
Nako growled, and transformed to the giant cougar.
"Nako...no..." Belamis ordered the big cat to back off.
Belamis turned to Dolores, and nodded.
"Belamis, it is only you being the one being wanted by the authorities...." Dolores said. She looked at Kugo, Medora, Idina and the big cat.
"Those person and that cougar... I will just pretend them to be passer-by......" Dolores continued.
Belamis got the hint, and looked at Medora, Idina and Kugo, and nodded.
"You mean.. we can come along with you ??" Medora asked.
"Yes.." Belamis uttered.
Kugo was dumbfounded, "What's the point ?"
Medora gave a thought and she looked at Belamis.
"Kugo, let's just follow...."
"What ?"
Medora whispered in Kugo's ears. He looked at Belamis.

So the Galaxy Union Interpol Ship tolled Belamis along with heavy chains and cuffs, and with Kugo, Medora, Idina and Nako in another ship following.
"You sure ?" Kugo asked.
"I trusted Belamis. That Dolores can be trusted... she allows us to come along... so that we can take care of Belamis. She will not have done so if she is a bad person." Medora said.
After nearly 20 hours, the Galaxy Union Interpol Ship stopped.
Dolores came out to the deck.
"There's a planet with water...." Dolores pointed to a planet, "We will land there..."
"What is she going to do ?" Kugo wondered.
The Galaxy Union Interpol Ship landed.
Belamis still wore the heavy chains and cuffs on her.
"Go...have a dip in the water... stretch yourself.." Dolores said.
The chains and cuffs came off from Belamis body.
"Wow ?" Kugo, Medora and Idina gasped.
They came out, with Medora running to Belamis.
Belamis knelt down, and gently reached out her palms.
Kugo and Idina, along with Nako came out.
Medora leaned onto Belamis' palm and cried.
Kugo approached, and Idina climbed onto Belamis' palms.
Dolores turned away.
Kugo looked, and started to change his mind about Dolores.
Dolores said, "Just spend the next three hours here... let Belamis wash herself..."
Belamis nodded. She took up Kugo, Idina, Medora and Nako in her hands, and walked to the large lake of fresh water.
Then Belamis put her friends onto the ground, and stepped into the water.
She was covered with dirt, and dried blood from her wounds. Belamis then began washing herself in the water.
Kugo approached Belamis, "You trusted Dolores ?"
Belamis nodded.
Belamis got herself cleaned, and she washed her hair too. Then Belamis noticed her hair had grown, all the way down to her back.
Belamis hold her hair, and looked at Kugo.
"You need them trimmed ?"
Belamis nodded.

The company temporarily forgot they were with Belamis who was under arrest.
Medora and Idina laughed, "Be careful with that hair...if you screw up Belamis will kill you!!"
Kugo said, "I will be careful!"
Kugo finished, and Belamis dipped herself in the water and washed off the bits of hair and came out of the water.
Belamis then turned to look at the ship. Dolores was watching them.
"They are really warm and loving..." Dolores thought.
Belamis stood up, and walked back to the ship. There Dolores was waiting.
Kugo, Medora, Idina and Nako followed and looked at Belamis.
Belamis looked at them and nodded.
Belamis hold out her arms, and the chains and cuffs snapped back on her legs, ankles, wrists and arm, plus one huge cuff on her torso.
Kugo and others watched, and Belamis turned to them, and smiled.
"Let's go..." Dolores said.
The Galaxy Union Interpol Ship lifted off and pulled Belamis along.
Kugo, Medora, Idina and Nako followed in another ship.
Dolores watched out the window and looked at Belamis, and said, "Those chains aren't going to stop you from running away.... not even our maximum security prison can lock you up...."
Belamis turned and saw Dolores at the window. They looked into each others eyes.
Belamis somehow felt a connection, and she gazed at Dolores.
"Belamis... nothing can stop you... when you are determined... just like you came and rescue your adopted mother..." Dolores said to herself.
Then suddenly alarm sounded.
"Captain... we detected monsters and enemy forces...." An officer reported.
Dolores looked - Fermalos and monsters were surrounding a planet again.
Kugo and others saw it.
Kugo said, "No!!! Fermalos are attacking the people... we have to help them!!"
Belamis growled, and she pulled on the chains.
Dolores turned, and her eyes met Belamis' eyes.
Dolores reached for the communication microphone, and said, "Belamis... it's not my business to interfere... this ship is not an army ship... we cannot ..."

Kugo yelled, "Please!!! Just let us help those people!!! Belamis won't escape...!!!"
Belamis exerted her muscles, and pulled off a cuff from her right arm.
Dolores immediately knew, Belamis could have run away if she wanted.. she came with her voluntarily....for whatever reasons.
Dolores said, "Let nobody know that I allowed that..." She released Belamis.
Belamis roared, and the she whistled.
Nako came out the other craft and turned to the giant cougar.
Kugo came in his craft and the trio dash to help the planet in distress.
Belamis hinted to Kugo, as she pointed to a Fermalos ship.
"I will handle that!!!" He replied, pulling out his Astrolance.
Belamis then leaped onto the back of Nako and rode her, chasing the other Fermalos ship.
Nako spitted out balls of energy at a ship.
Belamis saw the huge monster - a strange insect and reptile cross thing, with many tentacles.
Belamis roared and leaped to the monster, and the tentacles wrapped around her.
Belamis signaled Nako to keep attacking other ships.
Kugo attacked a ship, and Nako fired at the other Fermalos crafts.
The monster use its tentacles and tightened them on Belamis, and sent out blasts of electric shock to her.
Belamis roared.
Then some rockets hit the monster.
It was Dolores who ordered the firing from the Galaxy Union Interpol Ship.
Belamis was freed, and she pulled off the tentacles from the monster.
The monster shot out numerous blasts of energy and hit Belamis.
Belamis roared in pain, but she hurled herself to the monster, and grabbed it, and toss it away.
Kugo said, "Nice!!" He raised has Astrolance and shot the monster.
Belamis then caught the monster, and pulled its head off, killing it.
Belamis breathed heavily.
Then Medora gasped, "No!!! They are about to fire the big gun on the planet!!"
Belamis turned, and she saw it was a huge energy gun.
Belamis immediately leaped and stood before that huge ship, standing between the gun and the planet.
"Belamis!!" Kugo yelled.
Belamis began gathering energy from all around her.
Then a huge white ball of energy shot out of the gun and raced towards Belamis.
"Rooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!"
Belamis used her hands and hold up an energy shield, blocking the powerful energy.
Then successive balls of energy fired to her.
"No!!! If Belamis goes on like that...she will have an Avici seizure again!!" Medora shouted.
Then came the voice of Dolores, "Kugo, you and the big cougar try and distract that big ship...I am aiming a rocket at it's fuel exhaust at the back..."
Kugo turned, "What ?"
"Do it ..." Dolores said.
Kugo had no choice, so he and Nako approached in two separate paths and began shooting.
Belamis exerted hard and she growled.
Then she felt a sharp pain.... the Avici ...
Belamis roared loudly.
"No!!!" Medora and Idina screamed.
"Aim it carefully..." Dolores said to the officers.
"Target acquired!!" They said.
"Fire the antimatter torpedo!!" Dolores commanded.
The antimatter torpedo was fired, and it hit the Ferlamos ship's fuel exhaust at the back, and then a huge explosion. A big hole was blown at the ship's back.
At the same time, the gun stopped firing.
Belamis endured the Avici.
The Ferlamos fleet retreated.
Belamis fell down to the planet and hit the ground.
She shook in horrid pain as this is the seventh seizure of Avici she had. The pain was horrid.
Medora and Idina arrived in the space craft, and came out.
"We have to help her!!"
Medora took the scepter out, and with Idina they concentrated.
Belamis shook like a leaf, and her chest opened up - the Teardrop of Hope emerged and glowed.
The girls hold up the scepter and shot a beam of energy to the Teardrop of Hope.
"No...it is not working!!" Medora gasped.
"More...." Idina said.
Kugo and Nako came, and watched. "No..." Kugo said to himself.
The girls tried harder and radiate more Galaxy Energy to Belamis.
After 10 minutes the seizure on Belamis stopped. Belamis struggled up, breathing heavily, and body had a lot of wounds.
Then the two girls sat on the ground, very very exhausted. Idina's face was pale.
Belamis hold out her hands to the girls, and Idina rested in her palm.
Belamis was saddened to see Medora and Idina like that.
Dolores arrived in her ship too and saw all that.
Belamis looked up, and put Idina down.
"Don't hurry yet... all of you needed rest..." Dolores said.
Belamis saw Dolores kept her face serious, but Belamis could see she was kind.
Kugo heard that, and said, "Thanks..."
Belamis nodded.
Nako gently rubbed her head at Belamis face, and Belamis gently hugged the big cat.
Kugo thought, "Belamis..she is having the Avici all over again...."
Medora said, "It seems to have gotten worse..."
Belamis looked at them, and signed.
Dolores watched the company, and inside her she was yearning for such friendship too.
Belamis looked at Dolores, and she tried hard to remember - who was this officer with a face that she seemed to know ?
Kugo drew out his Astro Lance, and he said, "I cannot let them take you away!!" He raised his Astro Lance and pointed to Dolores as he saw Belamis being chained and cuffed.
"No.." Belamis uttered, and she stood between Dolores and Kugo.
"Belamis!!!! Don't be stubborn!!!! You don't have to keep this promise!!!" Kugo shouted.

"Ku..go... no..." Belamis insisted, "...I...trust.... Dolores..."

Then the space craft on which Medora and Idina was riding came.
The girls came out and yelled, "No!!!! Belamis!!! Don't go with her!! They are going to lock you up again!" Medora cried.
Nako growled, and transformed to the giant cougar.
"Nako...no..." Belamis ordered the big cat to back off.
Belamis turned to Dolores, and nodded.
"Belamis, it is only you being the one being wanted by the authorities...." Dolores said. She looked at Kugo, Medora, Idina and the big cat.
"Those person and that cougar... I will just pretend them to be passer-by......" Dolores continued.
Belamis got the hint, and looked at Medora, Idina and Kugo, and nodded.
"You mean.. we can come along with you ??" Medora asked.
"Yes.." Belamis uttered.
Kugo was dumbfounded, "What's the point ?"

"Kugo, let's just follow...."

After nearly 20 hours, the Galaxy Union Interpol Ship stopped.

"There's a planet with water...." Dolores pointed to a planet, "We will land there..."
"What is she going to do ?" Kugo wondered.

"Go...have a dip in the water... stretch yourself.." Dolores said.

Dolores turned away.
Kugo looked, and started to change his mind about Dolores.
Dolores said, "Just spend the next three hours here... let Belamis wash herself..."

Then Belamis put her friends onto the ground, and stepped into the water.
She was covered with dirt, and dried blood from her wounds. Belamis then began washing herself in the water.

Chapter 5 - Rescuing Penelie and the deal
Belamis raced through space, and finally arrived at the planet where she was being left there by the Masters of the Teardrop of Hope, adopted by Penelie.
As she drew closer to the planet, Belamis felt the crystal in her body was causing her heardache.
Belamis growled.
Meanwhile Kugo regained consciousness, and he contacted Medora and Idina.
"You found Belamis ?" Medora exclaimed.
"Yes...I will try and chase after her...." Kugo replied.
"We are coming from behind to catch up with you..." Medora said as she hold Idina with her.
Idina replied, "Mama Belamis!!! I can feel her!!! She is hurting in her heart!!!"
"Belamis must be going back to her adopted mother.... we can go to that planet first and catch up with her!!" Medora said.
Kugo replied, "OK. I will go straight to find Penelie.... you will join me there!"
Kugo then accelerated his Star Probe.
There conversations were eavesdropped by Dolores.
"Captain, Belamis will be heading there... these are the co-ordinates!!" One officer said.
Dolores listened to the whole conversation, and thought to herself, "Belamis' adopted mother ?"
"Prepare warp flight. We will arrive there ahead of Belamis and her friends..." Dolores commanded.
Dolores said, "This time.. I can capture you ... Belamis..."
Belamis arrived at that planet she made her home after she was awoken, and when she had lost her memory temporarily.
Belamis felt a heartache, and she looked at the planet from afar and growled.
Then suddenly a bright light appeared before Belamis.
It was the Galaxy Union Interpol ship.
Belamis roared.
"Belamis, I am here to offer you a deal!" Dolores stepped out to the main deck and looked at Belamis.
Belamis growled, but she calmed down.
"Your loved ones, are captured by Ferlamos .... if you just appear they would kill them..."
Belamis realized the risk to Penelie, and even the others in the planet, like Toto, Mimi and even Nick.
"Listen to me, I can assure the safety of your loved ones... but in return..."
"No!!" It was Kugo who just arrived.
"What are you trying to do !!?????" Kugo raised is Astrolance.
"So..you are Jan Kugo... Belamis' lover ?" Dolores replied, smiling, and trying hard to conceal her pain of breaking up with Sempa.
Belamis put her large palm before Kugo, and shook her head.
"Belamis ?" Kugo said.
"Ku...go....... lis...ten..." Belamis said. Belamis was released by Dolores twice. Belamis figured, Dolores was not a bad person, so she decided to let Dolores say what she had to say.
"OK..." Dolores began. "Belamis, you are also a captain and a strategist..."
Belamis nodded.
"Ferlamos has at least three large battleships here..... any one could take down a Galaxy Union ship, like the one you commanded..."
Belamis made a soft growl.
"Not to mention...the monsters they have..."
Kugo was silent.
Belamis was not just a giantess warrior, she was also a commander. What Dolores said was true.
Belamis nodded, hinted her to go on.
"Belamis, I will go on... outlining my plan.... so you can save the persons you love... but on one condition will I do it and help you...and Kugo..." Dolores said.
Belamis knew, and just nodded.
"Belamis!!??? How could you just say yes??????!!!!!!!!" Kugo yelled.
Belamis replied, "...yes..."

Dolores, "Here's the deal..."

Penelie, Nick and others were rounded up and being guarded by Fermalos soldiers.
Whilst the other Fermalos people were building fortresses on the planet.
They planned to takeover the place.
The chief commander of them was Olivadan. He was a cold looking man.
"Commander...." An officer ran to him.
"We...we found the giantess!!!" He said to Olivadan.
"What ???" Olivadan.
They were air born and in a ship, and there, Belamis were in chains, at a small asteroid.
"Who did this ???" Olivadan wondered.
"Commander, what are we going to do ?" The officer asked.
"Took her in, and confine her in a secured cage..." Olivadan ordered.
The Fermalos ship shot out a beam, and it sucked in Belamis.
She appeared unconscious, and there were heavy cuffs and chains on her.
"Put her in that large cage...tomorrow... we would show these people the consequence of standing up against us!!" Olavadan said.
Belamis was then put in a special cage, one that fit her body and totally confined her movements.
Belamis slowly woke up, and growled.
"Haahahaha.... so you are that giantess warrior ? You dare to oppose us ?" Olivadan laughed.
"You are now a fugitive in the whole cosmos.... you have no place to go..so you want to come back to here ??"
Olivadan pointed to the screen, and said, "Look, here's your loved ones..."
On the screen were Penelie, Nick, Toto and Mimi and others. Penelie was safe.
Belamis growled.
She was relieved.
Then a strong blast of electromagnetic shock hit Belamis.
Belamis roared in pain.
"Tomorrow....we will execute you... in front of your loved ones and the people there..."
Belamis breathed heavily.
The next day, the soldiers ushered the people out to the open.
"What is happening ???" Penelie asked.
Nick hold Penelie's hand, and said, "Dunno...."
They were rounded up by armed soldiers.
Before them was the largest Fermalos ship.
Olivadan came out, and said, "People...... now I am teaching you a lesson.....whoever stands in the way of Fermalos... is the last thing they will do..."
Then the bottom hull of that large Fermalos ship opened.
"No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Blue Snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Penelie screamed, and she rushed forward.
"No...!" Nick grabbed Penelie's hand.
"Blue Snow!!!" Penelie was in tears.
Belamis was in the cage, body with cuffs and chains.
The Ferlamos beat her and she had a lot of opened wounds bleeding on her.
Belamis looked at Penelie, and was touched by her love.
"Hahahahah...." Olivadan laughed.
"Please.....please...don't hurt her!!!" Penelie pleaded.
"You plead for her ?" Olivadan laughed, and said, "You can't even protect yourself!!!" He slapped Penelie's face.
"NO!!" Nick shouted.
Then soldiers pointed their guns to them.
Belamis saw it and growled.
"Not so tough in that chain, are you ?" Olivadan said.
Belamis growled.
Then a large monster emerged. It was like a sphinx, a lion's head, winged, but it could stand on its hind legs.
It stood up.
"We will let the monster play with you for a moment!" Olivadan said.
The monster made horrid sound, and sank its claws into Belamis' pectorals, and trying to rip them off!
The sound of the flesh being pulled was horrid, and Penelie cried, "Blue Snow!!! Blue Snow!!!"
Belamis clutched her teeth, and even she could not move, she could exert her muscles and resisted.
"Blast her!!" Olivadan said.
A strong shock of electromagnetic energy hit Belamis.
"Hahahahah..." Olivadan and the soldiers laughed.
All of the Ferlamos ships were on the ground, as the whole forces gathered to watch Belamis being executed.
Belamis endured the torture, and shook.
Penelie cried.
Suddenly, rockets fired and hit the ships on the ground!
"Now...." Belamis said in her low voice.
Then Kugo...hiding inside Belamis' hair came jumping out!
"Trizer beam!!!" He used Trizer Beam and hit the soldiers surrounding the people, and he stood before Penelie.
Nick grabbed a gun.
Olivadan was shock, and yelled, "What the hell ???"
Belamis roared, and she exerted her muscles.
Then a beam from a ship hit the chains on Belamis, and the chains and cuffs opened up, releasing her.
The beam came from the Galaxy Union Interpol Ship - it was Dolores.
The rockets was from Galaxy Union Interpol Ship too.
"Let's rock!!! Belamis!!!" Kugo yelled.
"Rooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!"
Belamis pulled out the claws of the monster from her chest and pushed the monster away.
Then she pulled the bars on the cage, and tore the cage open!!!
"Gosh.... this giantess is strong!!" Olivadan yelled.
Kugo sent out his clones and the clones went all around beating the soldiers.
Nick fired the gun, and the villagers also grabbed weapons and fought back.
Belamis wrestled with the monster, and pushed it back.
The Fermalos ships were on the ground and hit by rockets, the rockets damaged their engines and they could not fly, and practically being hit like sitting ducks by the Galaxy Union Interpol Ship.
Penelie watched Belamis fought the monster, and gasped, "Blue Snow..."
Belamis roared, then suddenly the pointed tail of the monster came and its pointed end poked into Belamis body at her side.
"Aarrhhh" Belamis growled.
Then monster then sank its sharp thangs into Belamis chest.
Belamis fought, and endured the pain.
Then a rocket hit the monster - it was Dolores who ordered it.
Belamis pulled open the monster's jaws, and then she wrestled it to the ground.
Belamis lift a hand chop and broke its horns. Then she lifted the monster up with her arms.
Kugo came and hopped to his Star Probe, "Belamis!! Here I come!!"
The Fermalos soldiers were either knocked out or rounded up by the villages.
Olivadan was captured and Nick pointed the gun on his head, "One false move, dork and I will put a bullet in your head!!"
Belamis hold up the monster, toss it to the ground.
She shook her head at Kugo.
"You want to do it yourself???"
Belamis nodded.
She roared and threw the monster on the ground again and again, then finally, she broke its neck with her bare hands.
Belamis was wounded all over, and she walked to Penelie.
"Blue...Snow..." Penelie approached the giantess.
Toto, Mimi and Nick watched.
Belamis slowly knelt down, and reached her hand to Penelie.
"Mo...ther..." Belamis uttered.
Kugo was touched.
"You must be hurting all over..." Penelie spoke gently, "....but ..I cannot tend to your wounds...." She looked at Belamis.
Belamis chest opened up, as the Teardrop of Hope pushed out of her flesh and glowed.
Kugo turned and saw Olivadan, and yelled, "You bastard!!!"
Dolores watched from afar.
The Galaxy Union Interpol Ship landed.
The officers came out, and they handcuffed all of the Ferlamos soldiers.
"Belamis, I will contact Galaxy Union to come her and take these enemy soldiers away. Shortly another interpol ship will arrive and protect this place." Dolores said.
Kugo walked to Dolores, and said, "Your plan worked..."
Belamis turned to her, and nodded.
"I will leave you here first.." Dolores boarded her ship and her ship lifted off.
As Dolores left in her ship, she kept thinking the scene Belamis was with Penelie.
"Mother..."
Dolores was in her memories again.
She was just 13 years old, and her brother Alfred was just 8 years old.
"Do..lores..." It was Dolores' mother on her deathbed.
Dolores was crying, and Alfred wept.
"I...I am... so ...so sorry....I...cannot take care of you ..." Dolores' mother gasped.
"No...no... you will recover!!" Dolores said, "I go get the doctor!!"
She ran out and in tears. Her mother was widowed when the two children were very small. She took care of Dolores and Alfred, and worked herself and wrecked her health.
Dolores knocked all around, crying, "My mother is dying!! Please..please!!!!"
After some hours, Dolores finally found a doctor.
"Mother!! Mother!!"
When she entered the house to her mom's bedroom, it was Alfred weeping.
Her mother died.
Dolores and Alfred hugged each other and cried.
"You love your adopted mother too...." Dolores thought.
Meanwhile, Belamis hold Penelie in her palm, and gently touched the lady.
"Blue Snow...no... Belamis...." Penelie said.
Belamis nodded, and replied, "Mo..ther..."
Kugo said, "Don't worry, Belamis is tough...."
Belamis gently put down Penelie, and looked at Mimi and Toto.
"Yes, we promise we be good, and I will protect mother!" Toto said.
Mimi added, "Will you be staying???"
Belamis shook her head and stood up.
"Will you be coming back ?" Toto asked.
Belamis smiled and nodded.
Kugo was silent.
Then Belamis turned to Nick, "Pal..."
"I got it ... pal..." Nick said.
"I'll stay here to make sure things are OK..."
Kugo said to Nick, "Please help to take care of Penelie for us!"
Nick replied, "Sure!!"
Then Belamis roared, and she leaped up and raced to space.
Kugo followed her in his Star Probe.
Then at a location, Belamis stopped in space. There it was the Galaxy Union Interpol Ship.
Dolores came out the deck, and said, "I know..you will keep your words..."
Belamis stood still.
Kugo arrived, "Belamis, you are not going to ..."
Belamis nodded.
She spread out her arms.
Then out from the Galaxy Union Interpol Ship came chains and cuffs and snapped onto Belamis, restraining her.
Belamis made a deal with Dolores - if she helped Belamis to rescue her mother, she would surrender herself to Dolores.
Belamis raced through space, and finally arrived at the planet where she was being left there by the Masters of the Teardrop of Hope, adopted by Penelie.
As she drew closer to the planet, Belamis felt the crystal in her body was causing her heardache.
Belamis growled.
Meanwhile Kugo regained consciousness, and he contacted Medora and Idina.
"You found Belamis ?" Medora exclaimed.
"Yes...I will try and chase after her...." Kugo replied.
"We are coming from behind to catch up with you..." Medora said as she hold Idina with her.
Idina replied, "Mama Belamis!!! I can feel her!!! She is hurting in her heart!!!"
"Belamis must be going back to her adopted mother.... we can go to that planet first and catch up with her!!" Medora said.
Kugo replied, "OK. I will go straight to find Penelie.... you will join me there!"
Kugo then accelerated his Star Probe.
There conversations were eavesdropped by Dolores.
"Captain, Belamis will be heading there... these are the co-ordinates!!" One officer said.
Dolores listened to the whole conversation, and thought to herself, "Belamis' adopted mother ?"
"Prepare warp flight. We will arrive there ahead of Belamis and her friends..." Dolores commanded.
Dolores said, "This time.. I can capture you ... Belamis..."
Belamis arrived at that planet she made her home after she was awoken, and when she had lost her memory temporarily.
Belamis felt a heartache, and she looked at the planet from afar and growled.
Then suddenly a bright light appeared before Belamis.
It was the Galaxy Union Interpol ship.
Belamis roared.
"Belamis, I am here to offer you a deal!" Dolores stepped out to the main deck and looked at Belamis.
Belamis growled, but she calmed down.
"Your loved ones, are captured by Ferlamos .... if you just appear they would kill them..."
Belamis realized the risk to Penelie, and even the others in the planet, like Toto, Mimi and even Nick.
"Listen to me, I can assure the safety of your loved ones... but in return..."
"No!!" It was Kugo who just arrived.
"What are you trying to do !!?????" Kugo raised is Astrolance.
"So..you are Jan Kugo... Belamis' lover ?" Dolores replied, smiling, and trying hard to conceal her pain of breaking up with Sempa.
Belamis put her large palm before Kugo, and shook her head.
"Belamis ?" Kugo said.
"Ku...go....... lis...ten..." Belamis said. Belamis was released by Dolores twice. Belamis figured, Dolores was not a bad person, so she decided to let Dolores say what she had to say.
"OK..." Dolores began. "Belamis, you are also a captain and a strategist..."
Belamis nodded.
"Ferlamos has at least three large battleships here..... any one could take down a Galaxy Union ship, like the one you commanded..."
Belamis made a soft growl.
"Not to mention...the monsters they have..."
Kugo was silent.
Belamis was not just a giantess warrior, she was also a commander. What Dolores said was true.
Belamis nodded, hinted her to go on.
"Belamis, I will go on... outlining my plan.... so you can save the persons you love... but on one condition will I do it and help you...and Kugo..." Dolores said.
Belamis knew, and just nodded.
"Belamis!!??? How could you just say yes??????!!!!!!!!" Kugo yelled.
Belamis replied, "...yes..."

Penelie, Nick and others were rounded up and being guarded by Fermalos soldiers.
Whilst the other Fermalos people were building fortresses on the planet.
They planned to takeover the place.
The chief commander of them was Olivadan. He was a cold looking man.
"Commander...." An officer ran to him.
"We...we found the giantess!!!" He said to Olivadan.
"What ???" Olivadan.
They were air born and in a ship, and there, Belamis were in chains, at a small asteroid.
"Who did this ???" Olivadan wondered.
"Commander, what are we going to do ?" The officer asked.
"Took her in, and confine her in a secured cage..." Olivadan ordered.
The Fermalos ship shot out a beam, and it sucked in Belamis.
She appeared unconscious, and there were heavy cuffs and chains on her.
"Put her in that large cage...tomorrow... we would show these people the consequence of standing up against us!!" Olavadan said.
Belamis was then put in a special cage, one that fit her body and totally confined her movements.
Belamis slowly woke up, and growled.
"Haahahaha.... so you are that giantess warrior ? You dare to oppose us ?" Olivadan laughed.
"You are now a fugitive in the whole cosmos.... you have no place to go..so you want to come back to here ??"
Olivadan pointed to the screen, and said, "Look, here's your loved ones..."
On the screen were Penelie, Nick, Toto and Mimi and others. Penelie was safe.

She was relieved.
Then a strong blast of electromagnetic shock hit Belamis.
Belamis roared in pain.
"Tomorrow....we will execute you... in front of your loved ones and the people there..."

The next day, the soldiers ushered the people out to the open.
"What is happening ???" Penelie asked.
Nick hold Penelie's hand, and said, "Dunno...."
They were rounded up by armed soldiers.
Before them was the largest Fermalos ship.
Olivadan came out, and said, "People...... now I am teaching you a lesson.....whoever stands in the way of Fermalos... is the last thing they will do..."
Then the bottom hull of that large Fermalos ship opened.
"No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Blue Snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Penelie screamed, and she rushed forward.
"No...!" Nick grabbed Penelie's hand.
"Blue Snow!!!" Penelie was in tears.
Belamis was in the cage, body with cuffs and chains.
The Ferlamos beat her and she had a lot of opened wounds bleeding on her.
Belamis looked at Penelie, and was touched by her love.
"Hahahahah...." Olivadan laughed.
"Please.....please...don't hurt her!!!" Penelie pleaded.
"You plead for her ?" Olivadan laughed, and said, "You can't even protect yourself!!!" He slapped Penelie's face.
"NO!!" Nick shouted.
Then soldiers pointed their guns to them.
Belamis saw it and growled.
"Not so tough in that chain, are you ?" Olivadan said.
Belamis growled.
Then a large monster emerged. It was like a sphinx, a lion's head, winged, but it could stand on its hind legs.
It stood up.
"We will let the monster play with you for a moment!" Olivadan said.
The monster made horrid sound, and sank its claws into Belamis' pectorals, and trying to rip them off!
The sound of the flesh being pulled was horrid, and Penelie cried, "Blue Snow!!! Blue Snow!!!"
Belamis clutched her teeth, and even she could not move, she could exert her muscles and resisted.
"Blast her!!" Olivadan said.
A strong shock of electromagnetic energy hit Belamis.
"Hahahahah..." Olivadan and the soldiers laughed.
All of the Ferlamos ships were on the ground, as the whole forces gathered to watch Belamis being executed.
Belamis endured the torture, and shook.
Penelie cried.
Suddenly, rockets fired and hit the ships on the ground!
"Now...." Belamis said in her low voice.
Then Kugo...hiding inside Belamis' hair came jumping out!
"Trizer beam!!!" He used Trizer Beam and hit the soldiers surrounding the people, and he stood before Penelie.
Nick grabbed a gun.
Olivadan was shock, and yelled, "What the hell ???"

Then a beam from a ship hit the chains on Belamis, and the chains and cuffs opened up, releasing her.
The beam came from the Galaxy Union Interpol Ship - it was Dolores.
The rockets was from Galaxy Union Interpol Ship too.
"Let's rock!!! Belamis!!!" Kugo yelled.

New archives surfaced from the author of Starzinger showing that Belamis was in the planning for subsequent animations
Author of Starzinger 松本零士 Matsumoto Reiji lately published a book based on his famed animation the Galaxy Express 999 - Galaxy Express 999 Ultimate Journey in two volumes.
I saw something in this blog of a reader commenting the book it was revealed, if I understand correctly an animation set to be shown in 2014 called Super Cosmos Drepdrought (??? cannot read the picture!!!!), has a character based on Belamis:
The character name..... Sonia Belamis.....
This is spooky!!!! I created a person to be Belamis' nemesis and called her Sonya....

Chapter 4 - a deadly run, trap and chase and killers surrounding
Captain Dolores let Belamis off the hook because she was not willing to harm Belamis when she was trying to protect helpless people, but there were many going after Belamis for her life.
"Belamis!! Answer me!!" Medora and Idina focused and tried to contact her.
Belamis knew full well that she was in dire situation. She was not so sure the next them if she ran into Galaxy Union Interpol forces and Ferlamos again, she could protect her loved ones.
Besides she was very worried about Penelie.
"Aarrhhh...." Belamis felt a heartache.....her mid chest glowed and the Teardrop of Hope again pushed out of her chest, ripping her skin and flesh.
Belamis growled..... it was a signal... Penelie was calling her.
"Mo.ther...." Belamis thought.
Belamis raced through space, anxious to get to Penelie.
Kugo and the girls were worried.
"Belamis... she's not answering..." Medora said.
"Are we going the right direction..???" Kugo gasped.
Idina and Medora closed their eyes and concentrated.
They nodded.
"You come behind me... I will take Star Probe and try to get ahead and find her!!" Kugo said.
Kugo immediately boarded his Star Probe, and raced in high speed, trying to chase Belamis.
Belamis was passing through a lot of planets, then she stopped.
Belamis growled. She turned.
Belamis knew.... as the Gariusu giantess warrior, she would sense people calling in distress.
She could not bring herself to ignore those cries..

"You encountered Belamis ?" Constantine asked Dolores.
"Yes..but I was just a step behind..she escaped..." Dolores replied.
"Good for you... you didn't let her escape.... I know your past... as an officer in Lacet's Legion.." Smiled Constantine.
Dolores face expressed no emotion, "This time I have a plan ..."
"A plan... nice..." Constantine said, "You better succeed this time..... well... my regards to your kid brother." The communication ended.
Dolores turned, and looked. Her bother was not doing well at all.
"How is the situation ?" Dolores asked.
"Captain Dolores, the giantess really stopped and headed to the planet..." A Galaxy Union officer said.
"Belamis... I am sorry to have to do this...." Dolores thought.
"What's the status of the other side ?" Dolores asked.
"The Ferlamos are heading to that planet... we did what you commanded...."
"Just as I guessed..... Belamis... she used this tactic to trap Princess Aurora before..." Dolores remarked.
In one episode, Belamis set up antennas to broadcast sounds from a uninhabited planet to lure Princess Aurora - Princess Aurora was compassionate and would rescue anyone in distress. There Belamis nearly succeeded in capturing the Princess.
Dolores were among the officers executing this plan of Belamis.
"Ironic.... this time I am using the same tactic... " Dolores said to herself.
"But... better you fall into my hands than to others... at least I will spare you and hand you over to the court...." Dolores said.
The Galaxy Union Interpol did not set up the things like Belamis did. They simply watched the Ferlamos fleet surrounding the planet, but then sending out false signals that the planet had the rare mineral Ferlamos needed.
As Dolores anticipated, Ferlamos fleet, four ships surrounded that planet.
Dolores figured that Belamis would fight them......
Belamis saw the Ferlamos forces, and she hid herself behind a space rock.
The Ferlamos ships approached the planet, and sent out a lot of space fighters.
Belamis knew she had to interfere - she raced out and headed to the planet.
Dolores watched. Her heart was struggling.
"Belamis... please defeat the Ferlamos..... "

Kugo was in his Star Probe, and detected energy surges.
"What is it ?" Kugo thought.
He immediately accelerated.

Belamis went before the swarm of space fighters.
"Have to stop them from getting near the planet!!!" Belamsi thought.
She lashed out the chains on both her hands and hit them.
The fighters fired at her.
Belamis roared. The were many rockets hitting her, and she bleed.
Then suddenly a insect like huge monster came out and charged her.
Belamis roared and fought with it.
Kugo saw explosion on the planet from afar...
"What is that ????" Kugo saw intense fighting.
He speeded up his Star Probe....
A giantess was fighting a huge insect like monster, she roared.
"Belamis!!!"
She turned...
Belamis' heart felt warm, but she was also sad - she knew this reunion would be short as she had to leave Kugo and ran by herself - Belamis would not want Kugo to risk himself for her.
Kugo pulled out his Astro Lance.
Belamis right arm was grabbed by the giant claw of the insect, and the other claw sanked into her chest, and Belamis was trying to pull it out.
Kugo flew to her.
Belamis shook her head, "Save... them..." She uttered.
Kugo looked, and saw the fighters and the battleship heading to the planet. It was inhabited and the people were vulnerable.
Belamis wanted him to save the people rather than fighting with her.
Kugo faced a dilemma.
"Go... I..can.. fight..." Belamis urged Kugo.
Kugo saw that the people on the planet were facing great danger, he reluctantly nodded.
"You hang on!!" Kugo cried as he turned his Star Probe.
Belamis smiled and nodded.
Kugo immediately turned to the Ferlamos fighters and shot them with his Astro Thunder.
Belamis growled and struggled with the huge monster.
Then the monster sent out a strong electric blast at her. Belamis roared, and she pulled out the claw from her chest, broke the claw and sank it back at the insect's head!
The insect monster was wounded and it backed off.
Belamis was wounded, and she fell from the sky.
"Belamis!!!!" Kugo yelled and he chased.
Belamis landed on the ground in a loud crash.
"Aaarrhh... arrh.." Belamis moaned in pain. Her body covered in blood, she had a horrid wound on her left chest.
Belamis struggled up. The people of the planet watched.
"She saved us...." Some said.
"Look... she is wounded!!!" Others said.
Belamis breathed heavily, her hand over the bleeding wound.
Kugo came to her, and he looked at Belamis and his heart was in pain.
"Ku...go..." Belamis uttered.
Dolores watched, and was sorry for Belamis.
"I have to wait for the chance..." She thought.

Kugo was just content seeing her.
"Come with me... to Medora and Idina... and we go back to Earth and get you wounds treated..." Kugo said.
Belamis looked around, then she shook her head.
"Belamis... don't be stubborn now!!! You are wounded... and the whole galaxy is after you!!"
Kugo protested.
Belamis gazed at Kugo. In her giantess form, Belamis could not talk. Her telepathy could only work with Medora and Idina.
Kugo looked at Belamis, and said, "Yes... I know.. you are afraid that we might be harmed in the process... given that the Galaxy Union and Fermalos are both after you... "
Belamis nodded, and let out a soft growl....
"And we want to fix that... get you back to human form..... otherwise, how can I take you out for dinner??" Kugo said.
Belamis smiled as she liked the jokes by Kugo, then she looked up, and signed.
"Now.... we first drive out those SOBs from Ferlamos first!!" Kugo said, and he took out his Astro Lance.
Then Belamis jumped up and roared.
Kugo looked, and gasped, "Oh no...."
The Ferlamos came back..with a huge battleship.
Dolores looked on, and thought to herself, "This time.. Belamis will have to user her powers..."
"Rooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
The people on the ground screamed. The gigantic shadow was over them, turning day to night - a Ferlamos ship!!!!
"Belamis, let me take on them!!" Kugo said.
Belamis put her hand stopped Kugo, and said, "Power..ful.... gun.." She pointed to the gigantic battleship.
It was aiming its huge canon at the planet.
The arm bracelet on Belamis' right arm had a gem, and it began to glow.
Belamis looked at it, and knew she had to focus energy from around her.
The Ferlamos ship gun began to glow too.
Belamis raised her arms and roared.
The Ferlamos gun fired, and at the same time Belamis let out energy she absorbed and formed a huge energy shield, blocking the gun.
"Belamis!!!" Kugo shouted.
The Ferlamos ship kept shooting out huge balls of energy, and Belamis was exerting herself, holding up her energy shield.
"Ku...go..." Belamis uttered, "..get...the other...ships.."
Kugo nodded. With Belamis holding the largest battleship, the rest Kugo could take on.
Kugo immediately jumped onto his Star Probe and raced to space - he and Belamis were the only ones that could protect this planet.
Kugo flew around shooting down fighters and then wrecking the small Ferlamos ships.
Belamis hold her energy shield up, blocking the attack.
Kugo turned to the huge ship that was firing energy canons to the planet.
"I have to stop it!!!" Kugo thought.
Then a rocket nearly hit his craft.
"What the ???" Kugo gasped.
It was from the Galaxy Union Interpol ship.
"Just stop him from attacking the Ferlamos ship.. we need it to deplete all energy from Belamis..." Dolores said.
Kugo saw the ship and was furious, "What the hell are you doing ??? The Ferlamos are the bad guys!!! Which side are you on ???"
The Galaxy Union Interpol ship stayed on the sidelines.
Kugo had no time for that and he fought other fighters but when he attacked the huge Ferlamos ship, he was again blocked.
Frustrated, Kugo sent out his clone.
Meanwhile Belamis roared, as she exerted herself - she knew it would trigger an Avici on her but she just wanted to protect the planet.
Kugo used his clone to take on the Galaxy Union Interpol ship.
Dolores did not know it was a clone, and ordered, "Put up our shield!!"
Kugo saw that his clone had tied up the Galaxy Union Interpol ship, he immediately threw his Astro Lance to the Ferlamos ship that was firing at Belamis.
The ship was hit and the firing stopped.
Belamis saw it was her chance, she roared and leaped up, and raced to the ship.
Belamis grabbed the ship, and growled, "EM-inferno!!!"
She let out a huge surge of EM energy, and she pushed the Ferlamos battleship away with all her might.
Kugo saw it all, and yelled, "Bravo!!"
The Ferlamos ship exploded.
Belamis breathed heavily, before she fell back to the ground.
Kugo screamed, "Belamis!!"
Belamis then felt a numbness all over her... and the she roared in pain - she had another Avici seizure and the pain was horrid. She shook and endured the pain.
Kugo went to the ground and could do nothing.
Suddenly eight cuffs went flying towards Belamis who was shaking on the ground.
The cuffs snapped onto Belamis arms, wrists, thighs and legs, and one on her neck.
Kugo turned in horror - it was Galaxy Union Interpol ship that sent out the cuffs.
Dolores had seized the time when Belamis was weakened and in pain, and could not fight back, so that she could capture her!!!
"Sorry... if I have to fight you when you are in your prime form..then it will be a difficult and nasty fight... the Ferlamos helped out..." Dorlores said.
Belamis roared, and the Galaxy Union Interpol ship hauled her up.
"NO!!!!" Kugo tried to stop, and thenzap!!! A strong energy beam hit him, and he fell to the ground and knocked unconscious.
Dolores looked at Belamis, shaking in pain.
Belamis was retrained in cuffs, and shook in pain as she was enduring the Avici.
Dolores knew all about Belamis' weaknesses, aside from Belamis' compassion heart, she knew Belamis would be unable to fight back after she exerted herself, so Dolores deliberately allow Ferlamos to attack the planet.
Belamis suffered the full Avici for twenty minutes, before she could talk.
She looked at Dolores.
Dolores replied, "Belamis, I am really sorry to do this... but..... that will be the way that avoid most fighting... and I can deliver you to the courts ..... I let you fight the Ferlamos... so that you are weakened... for me to capture you ...this way is the easiest..."
Belamis growled, she knew she was outsmarted by Dolores.
Then suddenly an explosion.
"Captain, the Ferlamos returned!!!"
Dolores looked, there were more Ferlamos ships, they were returning for the planet. They wanted to capture it.
Belamis saw the Ferlamos ships and roared. She began to struggle.
"Belamis, we are not going to help them..my duty is to capture you.." Dolores said.
"Drag her away and head back to our headquarters..." Dolores ordered.
The Galaxy Union Interpol ship pulled and Belamis was dragged along.
Belamis roared, and began to struggle.
A strong blast of EM-energy hit Belamis.
"Belamis, don't struggle.... we are leaving now..." Dolores said.
Belamis pulled.
"Captain... .she is strong... " The officer said.
The Galaxy Union Interpol ship increased its thrust. Belamis pulled back, and she roared.
Dolores looked at the planet.
"No... I have captured Belamis... I accomplish the mission...and can see my brother..... and I am not the army.." Dolores thought.
Then Dolores mind returned to her own days in the planet.

"Alfred, how's the day ?"
"Naahh... boring as usual.. except now I will be dating a girl!!"

"Dolores, so how's you and Sempa ?" Alfred knew Dolores dated this guy, and Alfred knew her sister liked Sempa.
"Dinner is ready..." Dolores replied.
Dolores broke up with Sempa - because Dolores was going to sign up to the army.
Alfred was sick for a long time, but still be able to go to school. His medical fees were high, so Dolores signed up to the army, which would bring her more income.
"Army ???" Sempa asked.

Belamis then put Kugo down - she could not have Kugo to be with her at this state of things, and she had to rescue Penelie.
Belamis leaped up and raced to the planet where she was Blue Snow.
Dolores and her ship watched Belamis left.
"Follow her..." Dolores ordered.
Captain Dolores let Belamis off the hook because she was not willing to harm Belamis when she was trying to protect helpless people, but there were many going after Belamis for her life.
"Belamis!! Answer me!!" Medora and Idina focused and tried to contact her.
Belamis knew full well that she was in dire situation. She was not so sure the next them if she ran into Galaxy Union Interpol forces and Ferlamos again, she could protect her loved ones.
Besides she was very worried about Penelie.
"Aarrhhh...." Belamis felt a heartache.....her mid chest glowed and the Teardrop of Hope again pushed out of her chest, ripping her skin and flesh.
Belamis growled..... it was a signal... Penelie was calling her.
"Mo.ther...." Belamis thought.
Belamis raced through space, anxious to get to Penelie.
Kugo and the girls were worried.
"Belamis... she's not answering..." Medora said.
"Are we going the right direction..???" Kugo gasped.
Idina and Medora closed their eyes and concentrated.
They nodded.
"You come behind me... I will take Star Probe and try to get ahead and find her!!" Kugo said.
Kugo immediately boarded his Star Probe, and raced in high speed, trying to chase Belamis.
Belamis was passing through a lot of planets, then she stopped.
Belamis growled. She turned.
Belamis knew.... as the Gariusu giantess warrior, she would sense people calling in distress.
She could not bring herself to ignore those cries..

"Yes..but I was just a step behind..she escaped..." Dolores replied.

"What's the status of the other side ?" Dolores asked.
"The Ferlamos are heading to that planet... we did what you commanded...."
"Just as I guessed..... Belamis... she used this tactic to trap Princess Aurora before..." Dolores remarked.
In one episode, Belamis set up antennas to broadcast sounds from a uninhabited planet to lure Princess Aurora - Princess Aurora was compassionate and would rescue anyone in distress. There Belamis nearly succeeded in capturing the Princess.
Dolores were among the officers executing this plan of Belamis.
"Ironic.... this time I am using the same tactic... " Dolores said to herself.
"But... better you fall into my hands than to others... at least I will spare you and hand you over to the court...." Dolores said.
The Galaxy Union Interpol did not set up the things like Belamis did. They simply watched the Ferlamos fleet surrounding the planet, but then sending out false signals that the planet had the rare mineral Ferlamos needed.
As Dolores anticipated, Ferlamos fleet, four ships surrounded that planet.
Dolores figured that Belamis would fight them......
Belamis saw the Ferlamos forces, and she hid herself behind a space rock.
The Ferlamos ships approached the planet, and sent out a lot of space fighters.
Belamis knew she had to interfere - she raced out and headed to the planet.
Dolores watched. Her heart was struggling.
"Belamis... please defeat the Ferlamos..... "

Kugo was in his Star Probe, and detected energy surges.
"What is it ?" Kugo thought.
He immediately accelerated.

"Have to stop them from getting near the planet!!!" Belamsi thought.
She lashed out the chains on both her hands and hit them.
The fighters fired at her.
Belamis roared. The were many rockets hitting her, and she bleed.
Then suddenly a insect like huge monster came out and charged her.
Belamis roared and fought with it.
Kugo saw explosion on the planet from afar...
"What is that ????" Kugo saw intense fighting.
He speeded up his Star Probe....
A giantess was fighting a huge insect like monster, she roared.
"Belamis!!!"
She turned...
Belamis' heart felt warm, but she was also sad - she knew this reunion would be short as she had to leave Kugo and ran by herself - Belamis would not want Kugo to risk himself for her.
Kugo pulled out his Astro Lance.
Belamis right arm was grabbed by the giant claw of the insect, and the other claw sanked into her chest, and Belamis was trying to pull it out.
Kugo flew to her.
Belamis shook her head, "Save... them..." She uttered.
Kugo looked, and saw the fighters and the battleship heading to the planet. It was inhabited and the people were vulnerable.
Belamis wanted him to save the people rather than fighting with her.
Kugo faced a dilemma.
"Go... I..can.. fight..." Belamis urged Kugo.
Kugo saw that the people on the planet were facing great danger, he reluctantly nodded.
"You hang on!!" Kugo cried as he turned his Star Probe.
Belamis smiled and nodded.
Kugo immediately turned to the Ferlamos fighters and shot them with his Astro Thunder.
Belamis growled and struggled with the huge monster.
Then the monster sent out a strong electric blast at her. Belamis roared, and she pulled out the claw from her chest, broke the claw and sank it back at the insect's head!
The insect monster was wounded and it backed off.
Belamis was wounded, and she fell from the sky.
"Belamis!!!!" Kugo yelled and he chased.
Belamis landed on the ground in a loud crash.
"Aaarrhh... arrh.." Belamis moaned in pain. Her body covered in blood, she had a horrid wound on her left chest.
Belamis struggled up. The people of the planet watched.
"She saved us...." Some said.
"Look... she is wounded!!!" Others said.
Belamis breathed heavily, her hand over the bleeding wound.
Kugo came to her, and he looked at Belamis and his heart was in pain.
"Ku...go..." Belamis uttered.
Dolores watched, and was sorry for Belamis.
"I have to wait for the chance..." She thought.

Kugo was just content seeing her.
"Come with me... to Medora and Idina... and we go back to Earth and get you wounds treated..." Kugo said.
Belamis looked around, then she shook her head.
"Belamis... don't be stubborn now!!! You are wounded... and the whole galaxy is after you!!"
Kugo protested.
Belamis gazed at Kugo. In her giantess form, Belamis could not talk. Her telepathy could only work with Medora and Idina.
Kugo looked at Belamis, and said, "Yes... I know.. you are afraid that we might be harmed in the process... given that the Galaxy Union and Fermalos are both after you... "
Belamis nodded, and let out a soft growl....
"And we want to fix that... get you back to human form..... otherwise, how can I take you out for dinner??" Kugo said.
Belamis smiled as she liked the jokes by Kugo, then she looked up, and signed.
"Now.... we first drive out those SOBs from Ferlamos first!!" Kugo said, and he took out his Astro Lance.
Then Belamis jumped up and roared.
Kugo looked, and gasped, "Oh no...."
The Ferlamos came back..with a huge battleship.
Dolores looked on, and thought to herself, "This time.. Belamis will have to user her powers..."
